Reviewed Sep 18, 2026A very charming and modern hotel in the city center; however, it is worth remembering that in Finnish cities—and especially in the center—pedestrians and cyclists always have the right of way. In general, the Finnish sense of calm is wonderful—everything happens without haste, yet things get done; there are no crowds, queues, or throngs of people. There is a shop across from the hotel where you can buy a can of beer to keep in your room's fridge, though the hotel also has a bar with a decent selection. By the way, one block behind the hotel, there is a craft beer bar. The beds are very comfortable, and the breakfast is good and tasty. Of course, it is a very good hotel for business trips and connecting with colleagues in Lahti, but if I were traveling around Finland on holiday, I would probably stay closer to nature—by the Finnish lakes.
Usually I find something to criticize, but this time I can't think of anything :)

Kahjuks ei olnud toa ja koridori vaheline uks helikindel.

La climatisation de l’hôtel ne fonctionne pas correctement; il souffle un froid épouvantable, la température ressens en dessous de 10 degrees, impossible d’arrêter la climatisation. Le personnel a été désagréable et a dit qu’il ne pouvait rien faire. Nous avons dû dormir sous deux couvertures avec un souffle glacial. À éviter.

Oma moka kun ei mainittu tilatessa ettei saa olla kylpyammetta. Ei ollut helppoa mennä ammeeseen kun on liikkumisrajoitteita.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026The breakfast was absolutely great - one of the best I’ve ever had in a hotel. Also, it was interesting to bump into the beekeeper who has hives on the roof.
The reception staff were friendly and helpful but the Trattoria staff were fairly rude and definitely out of their depth. We walked out after waiting for 25 or 30 minutes for drinks and to order.

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026For our overnight stay in Lahti, we decided to stay at this hotel and it turned out to be a great choice. The most convenient car park to the hotel is P-Tori, a little cheaper than the hotels own space and with wide bays and plenty of space, it was easy to park and only a short walk to the hotel itself. We were allocated a lovely queen room on the third floor (303) with lots of space. It looked to be slightly larger than other rooms on the room and according to the receptionist, it was a favourite of regular visitors. The room was well equipped with Chromecast tv, tea and coffee making facilities, comfortable bed. A similarly spacious bathroom with good shower and quality toiletries. Breakfast the following morning had an impressive array of food. Despite it being a busy hotel, everything was really well organised, you are asked about preferred half hour slots when booking into the hotel and this alleviates congestion. Overall, we were very impressed with the hotel.

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026Aamiainen oli hyvä. Esillepano oikein onnistunut ja siisti. Bonuspisteet omasta tee-osuudesta. Harvinaista, että teenjuojat huomioidaan yhtä hyvin aamupalalla. Hotellin sijainti Lahdessa on erinomainen. Saimme huoneen hieman ennen varattua check-in aikaa!
Huone oli hieman epäsiisti: lattialla pölypalloja ja pyyhkeessä oli edellisen käyttäjän huulipunaa tai vast. Henkilökunta ratkaisi nämä ongelmat viipymättä, kun ilmoitimme niistä.

Reviewed Jul 3, 2026Beautiful interior design, fast and smooth check-in and check-out with different options for our stay, rich amount of breakfast options, cleanliness of rooms and hotel, niceness of each staff peronnel we have met, we have been given a higher-tier rooms than booked, great room facilities, very comfortable bed, beautiful room and hotel lighting with practical settings.
Higher price, although this opinion has been compensated with higher-tier room we have been given. It can get little bit crowded on breakfast, however there is pretty enough space to sit down. Guests passing by the inner garden can slightly see into your garden room at the end of the garden, unless you close the opaque curtain.

Helpful and accommodating. The breakfast is amazing. Not to be missed. And the Italian restaurant at the hotel serves tasteful Italian cuisine. 😋
Parking is convenient but tight. Also if first floor is full, the second floor is confusing how to get to the hotel reception area. But the staff was again very helpful.
