Best Western Hotel Biri

Cleanliness

Coffee and oj

Ottima colazione. Ottima pulizia. Personale cortese e disponibile

Sarebbe bello avere il parcheggio

Very clean and quite.

Poor breakfast 😃

Camere confortevoli e pulite

Nulla

Vriendelijk personeel. Grote en propere (bad)kamer. Goed bed en slaapkussens. Leķker, verzorgd ontbijt.

Druk verkeer.

Tolles Zimmer

Doskonała lokalizacja, czysto, wygodnie, przestronnie. Bardzo dobre śniadania. Dobra restauracja na miejscu. Bardzo miły personel. Dziękujemy

Really good place

Cet hôtel, légèrement excentré à Padoue est très confortable et même stylé. La chambre était spacieuse et très bien agencée et décoré dans un design rarement aussi soigné. Tout confort. Une mention spéciale pour la salle de petit déjeuner au somment de l'immeuble avec une vue panoramique et un beau mobilier et un choix délicieux pour se régaler. Le parking est pratique;

Parfait, rien à redire. Parfaite étape pour visiter Padoue.

Nice room, comfortable bed, good price. We appreciated also being able to check in earlier.

Perfetto per due notti di soggiorno

Room is very spacious. The parking lot also .

A little pressure to reserve breakfast which we did not want to do .

Stanza spaziosa e pulita. Bagno con tutti i servizi e mega doccia. Colazione con tutto ciò che serve. Parcheggio interno gratuito e ampio. Bar e ristorante interni sempre aperti.

The hotel manager is a true gentleman — exceptionally polite, well-mannered and welcoming. His traditional approach to hospitality was a real pleasure and made us feel very welcome. Another gentleman at the reception was also very polite and helpful. Overall, we had a very good experience and appreciated the personal approach to hospitality. We would be happy to stay here again if we are around.

One of the younger, Gen Z staff members was somewhat less engaged and attentive compared with the others

Good

Nothing

Staff molto cortese e professionale

Un hotel curat, mic dejun foarte bun, personal amabil, camera foarte curata, saltea foarte confortabila, totul a fost foarte bine, stau a doua oara la ecest hotel si voi mai reveni.

Chambre spacieuse, confortable,.très propre.. Parking.

Sehr sehr nettes Personal.

Petit dejeuner Très bon, copieux, personnels très bien

Her şeyi. Tertemiz odalar.

---

Modern, sehr sauber, stylisch.

Air condition do not work properly, room feel hot

Perfetto come sempre

Great room size and good size bathrooms as well. Big enough to also have a dedicated eating space at table with two chairs. The room also had a balcony which was a nice addition.

Obviously relesently renewed Interior design is very nice. Big thank you for the personal for help and friendly welcoming.

all good

The breakfast was very good I was able to leave a suitcase for a week for no charge Staff were very helpful

Location of the room - on a very bus street However, I did ask the staff to ensure I could stay in one of the back rooms when I returned for 4 nights at the end of the week and they did.

Sve

NOTHING

First the amount paid didn't worth it, the air condition wasn't working requested for a room change or refund because they states they have no room, the staff causing you by speaking. in italian language. Then after all said and done they changed my room to the worst room ever. The bed was horrible got back pain every day.

Hotel up to the standard of modern city hotels. Polite staff, spacious modern clean rooms. Good bed and linen. Good wifi and air conditioning. Sound proofed rooms with good blackout curtains. Free hotel parking! Great value for money. Couldn’t ask for more. About 15-20min walk from the city center. Absolutely recommend from me.

Personale, pulizia.

Location

The AC did not work on the first night

Close to the bus stop. The young men on the evening shift were friendly.

The wall switches are obsolete, and some do not work. The entire place is in disarray. The advertised building picture is AI-generated. The building is old and nothing to write home about. The vending machine is bad.

I arrived as early as 1 am in the morning, I pleaded with the receptionist to allow me to wait at the reception but he proudly refused even when I showed him all my booking document and Identity cards. I was left outside the building from 1am on the 19th to 11am. secondly, the air-condition in my room was not working well, I even complain about it, and nothing serious was done about it. The treatment and hospitality was not pleasant at all to me.

I like the structure, the building and the cleaning. The cleaners are good staffs and understanding.

The location was very central and many restaurants are close by.

Some staff members at reception tend to be very rude when they are under pressure, which is not professional. I would advise them to be calm and stain more training for customer services.

Tutto perfetto

Complimenti 👏👏

Restaurant was closed. We asked for some concierge services, staff gave us a call center number available on Internet. Bathroom was dirty, toilet seat specifically. Only one teabag and one coffee pod in the room.

There was no air conditioning in my room. They made me move to a tiny room without help. The air conditioner there worked for a few hours then stopped. But at least this one had coffee and a fridge (which the first room didn’t). Turns out the fridge doesn’t work either. I literally sat in the hallway just to stop sweating. I heard a lot of people had many problems too. Including problems with air conditioning and light. I wouldn’t stay here again if you paid me to. I probably would have been more comfortable in a motel.

Ok

We were asked if we wanted breakfast and we said no. On checkout they gave us the ammount owed which I paid, no invoice was given. Once I left I realised we had been overcharged. They had put breakfast on. I have been chasing for days and even though they know we did no have breakfast they are refusing to refund the 40 euros as apparently it was my fault for not checking the invoice.

Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr sauber, hervorragend Frühstück, Super Service kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit. Wir werden gerne wieder buchen.

Posizione e ambienti accoglienti

Inconveniente con condizionatore

Free parking, nice breakfast restaurant location

Breakfast not so good, poor choice of food

Everything was perfect!

Clean , basic rooms without carpet. Small in size. Breakfast was tasty, nice terrace to dine out when good weather. The restaurant was not up to expectations, we got sick from pasta with raw scampi.

To basic and a bit worn out. Location far from center of the town.
