Large room (lots of space). Good location, easy to get to places from it. Water machines on each level to refill bottles. Parking available.

In many ways it felt 3 star, the facilities you expect from a 4 star were missing. Paper cups in the rooms (no glasses), no coffee maker (just instant coffee), minimal toiletries (one product for everything), no lotion, no conditioner, main bar closed at 11, no drink facility for residents when returning from dinner. Steam room wasn't working, Sauna is so small it's almost standing room only! Pool was OK but no clocks anywhere so hard to gauge time spent.

International hotel always deliver what you expect

Outside pool.

Wir hatten sicherlich etwas Pech. Gefühlsmäßig war der Waschsalon über unserem Zimmer und irgend etwas wurde über uns dauernd durch den Raum gerollt. Wir hatten Zimmer 254. Das Frühstück war außerordentlich gut. Die Lage auch sehr gut.

Der Lärm beim Einschlafen.

La ubicación. Fácil de aparcar en la calle. Y que tuviera restaurante. Pudimos cenar si tener que salir del hotel.

La zona de la sauna. La vi muy deteriorada y descuidada. Habíamos estado hacía 2 años antes y no la recordaba tan mal.

Comfortable bed and chairs in the room. Plenty of hot water and powerful shower. The pool was clean and a good temperature with good facilities. Cheaper parking than that offered by the hotel opposite.

There was an underlying smell of fish/bad drains around the lift area of the entrance. The pool towels in the room were not replaced. The washbasin plug mechanism was missing a knob and - the lever kept disappearing - a problem the staff (very politely) did not recognise as such.

Un bar bien décoré et un barista au top. Un spa agréable mais sans les + habituels (citronnades à disposition, etc.) Un très bon petit déjeuner.

Une chambre pas prête à notre arrivée. Pas de peignoirs ou de chaussons pour aller au bain. Un 4* transformé pour les clients qui ne prennent pas les chambres les plus chers en 3*. Pas de mini-bar dans la plupart des chambres. Une empreinte bancaire de 650 euros récupérée une semaine après. Le pire pour nous a été le Mercure d'Angers où nous avons pris simplement un verre : une coupe de champagne pour l'un d'entre nous facturée 18 euros (cher pour un Feuillate et par rapport au tarif habituel) sous prétexte d'une erreur commise par une stagiaire qui n'aurait pas dû ouvrir la bouteille, le service au verre ne se faisant plus dans cet hôtel pour le champagne. On nous a proposé de racheter le bouteille. Ayant refusé, la responsable a surfacturé la coupe, histoire d'être au plus près du coût de la bouteille. Le client n'est plus roi. C'est plutôt un pigeon permettant aux actionnaires de ramasser un maximum de revenus.

Excellent accueil de la part de tout le personnel: des personnes travaillant à l’accueil aux personnes travaillant dans les étages. Tout en passant par les barmans. Tout le monde a été au top et aux petits soins!

Il manque peut être une étagère dans la salle de bain pour poser des produits.

El desayuno muy bueno, aunque también caro si solo desayunas fruta y pan con mermelada. Criticaría quizás el café, en los otros hoteles de este viaje ha estado más rico

Creo que un hotel de esa categoría debiera de tener más articulos de aseo, como zapatillas y crema hidratante

We chose this property because it is very conveniently located while also providing parking space in the building itself, which is hard to find in Blois. As most hotels of this chain, it stands for reliable service and reasonable standards of quality, with simple but spacious bedrooms, clean infrastructure and plenty of services. This one has a lovely two-storey-high bar, with very friendly staff!

The bedroom was a bit spartan and could benefit from simple coms like a minibar, etc. Also, breakfast was nothing to write home about, and looked a bit too basic for a 4-star hotel: what there was, was good, but there could have been a wider choice of fruit and breads, for example.

Ottimo hotel in posizione leggermente decentrata ma comunque tale da consentire di raggiungere il centro a piedi in 10 minuti. Staff cordiale e disponibile. Ottima la colazione. Abbiamo anche provato il ristorante per la cena rimanendo estremamente soddisfatti. Presenti posti bici nel garage sotterraneo. Apprezzato il dispenser di acqua al piano.

Purtroppo durante il nostro soggiorno c'era una perdita di acqua dal soffitto della sala ristorante. La gestione dell'emergenza poteva, a mio avviso, essere migliore. Avevano sistemato dei secchi e stracci in maniera un po' improvvisata. La perdita era presente sia a cena che la mattina dopo a colazione.

The room was clean, the pool was great, breakfast was good and you could walk into town very easily.

There was amix up with us being charged for breakfast incorrectly, which eventually was resolved but not without some bother.

Very nice 3-star hotel 1 1/2 hour car ride from CDG airport. In the town center of Blois and within walking distance to many local restaurants and taverns. Very large twin bed room with shower room. Food at the hotel restaurant was very good all be it a little different from our usual USA type food. You got to be adventurous and just pick a dish as the menu is often in French. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The indoor pool and spacious bar were very nice. Parking could be a problem as the later you are trying to find a space the further you are from the hotel. We stayed 3 nights in Blois and used this hotel as our starting. Highly recommend.

A localização é boa, com parque de estacionamento do outro lado da rua. A funcionária da recepção era muito simpática. A piscina interior era boazinha.

O hotel é velho e o quarto demasiado básico para um hotel de 4 estrelas e para o preço. Falta minibar, champô e amaciador e as amenidades da casa de banho. O banho turco da piscina não estava em funcionamento e a entrada da piscina era exposta ao bar, estreita, com duches, cacifos e uma passagem com água suja.

The room was a good size room, good air conditioning and comfortable bed, the property itself is very good. Nice indoor slightly heated pool and sauna and a pretty good bar. The reception is lovely, friendly and very helpful.

The walls are so thin, we could hear people coming back to their rooms all night, then first thing in the morning. The doors banging close, opening, squeezing, rolling of suitcases, not a great sleep was had. People weren’t noisy, just getting on with their business, it’s the hotel that didn’t insulate enough.

Great service from everyone! Loved the pool, restaurant, quiet rooms, and location near the river.

Having in-room mini refrigerators would help with medication temperature needed, but they were so helpful to let me store my meds in their bar fridge until I needed them later.

Die Zimmer müssten dringend renoviert werden. Es riecht sehr ranzig. Die Wasserarmatur im Bad funktioniert nur eigenwillig. Fliesen sind gebrochen. Die Fenster sind außen verdreckt.

Camera Privilege molto bella e comoda. Buona posizione abbastanza vicina al centro. Garage privato a pagamento. Ristorante abbastanza buono anche se un po' caro.

La colazione non è all'altezza dell'hotel. Buona, ma la scelta è un po' limitata, ad esempio, non c'era nemmeno una torta.

Sehr gut mit dem Pkw erreichbar; in den Hotelkomplex integrierte geräumige Garage, schöne Architektur im Atriumstil, sehr schöne Bar mit Sesseln und Tischen, sehr schönes Restaurant bzw. Frühstücksraum mit Blick auf die großen schattenspendenden Bäume vor dem Gebäude sowie die Loire im Hintergrund. Gutes, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbüffet. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel und ruhig.

Hôtel très agréable, lumineux, spacieux. En plein centre ville avec bcp de restos autour. Chambres spacieuses et agréables avec serviette disponible pour le coin détente. Chambres climatisées, ce qui est fort appréciable par ces chaleurs. Piscine agréable, assez grande. Coin spa avec sauna très bien? Malheureusement le hamam était hors service Nous n'avons pas pris le petit déjeuner, ni de repas --> pas d'avis. La salle de sport était accessible 24/24 mais nous ne l'avons pas testée.

Parking assez cher (12 euros par nuit). Le parking à coté est gratuit et celui d'en face est de 8 euros pour 24H. Peut etre faudrait-il plus de passage à la piscine car les 2 réservoirs de savon étaient vides.

Chacune des personnes de l'hôtel ( des personnes qui font les chambres à celles qui nous accueillent à l'entrée de l'hôtel en passant par les serveurs du petit déjeuner et du restaurant) se caractérisent par un professionnalisme et une courtoisie permanente. C'est très agréable pour quelqu'un comme moi qui suis partie seule à la découverte de cette région des châteaux. De plus, il est facile de trouver une place dans l'un des deux les 2 parkings "mitoyens" de l'hôtel. Enfin, le restaurant propose un menu qui tout en étant fin est à un prix très correct. Re enfin au petit déjeuner il faut essayer le cake à la banane, il est délicieux et idéal pour bien démarrer sa journée.

Z bezglutenowych opcji na śniadanie tylko chleb, nie było muesli. Brak jogurtu bez laktozy do wyboru. Dla osoby z celiakią i nie tolerującej laktozy to istotne szczegóły

Stayed for 3 nights, staff were welcoming. We were able to use the underground car park which was payable but secure We had a duplex room with balcony. The room was clean and tidy and bed comfortable. Coffee machine & kettle provided with small mini fridge, which didn’t hold very much. Robes & slippers provided. Nice bathroom with bath & shower over, Swimming pool was great after a day sightseeing.

Modern, good location, great facilities, large bar area, fine restaurant, good sized room with great air conditioning, extremely friendly and helpful staff.

Hotel ma doskonałą lokalizację blisko centrum Blois i zamku. Strefa wellness z krytym basenem i jacuzzi pozwala idealnie zrelaksować się po całym dniu zwiedzania Zamków nad Loarą. Pokoje są czyste, nowoczesne i dobrze klimatyzowane. Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa, a restauracja na miejscu serwuje smaczne posiłki.

Depuis l'hôtel, vous ferez tout à pied : château, point de vue, restos, shopping, promenade. Parking fermé dans l'hôtel, 12€ la nuit. Il y a aussi des parking payant juste en face, le long de la Loire. Le personnel est très accueillant, sympathique et vous donnera d'excellents conseils de visite et restauration. Bar, restaurant, piscine dans l'hôtel. Tout est calme, nous avons très bien dormi sur une literie de très bonne qualité.

The Mercure has the most amazing friendly and helpful staff and the atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed . Super dog friendly: staff went out of their way to help.
