Stairs were a bit narrow, and were regularly blocked by the dirty bedsheets being changed by the maintenance staff.

My 9 year old son found the bunk bed was too short and the mattress too thin in the family room. Bathroom counter was damaged and needs sorting.

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026I stayed at the Greet Hotel in Boulogne for a total of two nights. Thanks to an Accor summer sale, I got an excellent deal at €85 per night including breakfast. The location is good: it is close to Marcel Sembat metro station, with most central Paris destinations reachable within about 20/30 minutes. There are also several supermarkets and bistros nearby, and the neighbourhood felt pleasant, quiet, and safe, even in the evening. Check-in was friendly and efficient. The room, however, was a mixed experience. The bed was comfortable and I slept well, but the room itself, and especially the bathroom, were very small. There were some visible stains on the carpet and walls, and there was an unpleasant sewage smell coming from the bathroom. On the positive side, the air conditioning worked very well, which was essential during the summer. The room was poorly soundproofed, and I could clearly hear noise from neighboring rooms. The building itself is quite old, with creaky wooden floors and stairs that add to the noise. Breakfast was quite basic and, in my opinion, lacking in variety. Some items such as yogurt were missing, and the selection of bread was limited and not particularly high quality. Would I return? Probably yes, but only if traveling solo and at a similarly reduced price. In that case, I would likely skip the hotel breakfast and eat elsewhere. For two people or at a higher rate, I would most likely look for another option.

Reviewed Jul 2, 2026The room has a queen bed and a bunk bed for 2 persons. The room was clean and comfortable, with air conditioning. Cleaning was done daily. Hotel is at a walking distance from shops, restaurants and supermakets. Marcel Sembat metro station is at a 3 minutes walk and from there you can reach the main tourist areas of Paris in just a few minutes. Also it is close to a bus station that connects directly to Versailles Palace. The stuff is great and very helpfull.
We didn't had breakfast so we can't say how it is.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026Très bon accueil.🙂 Personnel tres sympathique, malgré un problème de clim du au forte chaleur, ils ont reussi a nous mettre dans une autre chambre plus petite mais tout en se préoccupant du confort de notre enfant de 3 ans et on vite trouver une solution pour nous mettre dans une chambre familiale. Je recommande vraiment cet hotel 👌 Petit déjeuner très bien avec beaucoup de choix. Et encore merci au personnel et au patron 🙂

Le prix de la taxe de séjour est excessif, l'ascenseur est trop petit, il n'y a pas de bouteilles d'eau dans la chambre ainsi que l'eau de la douche était froide. Manque de ménage, araignées sur les rideaux. Toiles d'araignées dans les coins des murs. Lits superposés non fait.

Tiny room and bathroo, but you're in Paris, so you shouldn't be hanging out in your room, anyway! Totally worked for me, and I'm a big guy. Front desk staff were wonderful and helpful. Reviewed May 20, 2026Colazione ottima, posizione perfetta, carino anche il quartiere con tanti ristoranti dove cenare la sera. Belle le camere a tema tennis. Siamo andati a piedi al Roland Garros e anche allo stadio del PSG.
Le camere hanno bisogno di qualche manutenzione e la moquette di una pulizia più approfondita ma nel complesso ci siamo trovati bene e torneremo in questo albergo.

Reviewed May 19, 2026スタッフがフレンドリーだった。周辺の治安は良く夜は静かで良い。サッカーを観に行くならスタジアムまで徒歩15分くらいなので良いと思う。駅まで徒歩5分、スーパーやレストランも徒歩圏内でアクセスは最高。こっちの方に来るならまた泊まりたいと思った。
エレベーターが小さいので大きな荷物を持っている人には大変かもしれない。階段もやや急なのでそれも辛いかもしれない。トイレに座ると洗面台に足が当たるくらいバスルームが狭い。パリだからしょうがないとは言え宿泊費が高い。

Reviewed May 10, 2026Vriendelijk personeel, mooie locatie en perfect voor gezinnen. De kamers waren leuk ingericht en het hotel ligt op een fijne plek om Parijs te ontdekken.
Onze badkamer had helaas wat mankementen. Er zat op sommige plekken los hout door vocht en er liet wat verf los van de muur. Verder hebben we een prettig verblijf gehad.

Au niveau des petits déjeuners ca manque un peu de produits( petits suisses natures ,yaourt nature et d autres...)et aussi ca se serait mieux en individuel pour éviter tout contact car beaucoup de personnes sont fragiles en santé. Certains personnels se mêlent un peu ce qu on fait pour prendre les produits du déjeuner c est très gênant. Dans la chambre ce serait mieux de regarder niveau produit beauté et aussi regarder niveau électricité interrupteur de lumière ne fonctionne pas une lumière qui clignote sans arrêt pas d'ampoules.

Reviewed Mar 26, 2026L'emplacement est super pratique, prêt des resto,fasfood, supérette ! Proches des gymnases de sport . Déjeuner très bien et copieux, personnels très agréables. Pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants la chambre était très bien un lit double et un lit superposé. Nos enfants on apprécié de prendre un bain car il y a une baignoire.

Reviewed Mar 11, 2026Albergo pulito e confortevole. Colazione davvero ottima, di livello superiore. Staff disponibile e gentile. A pochi metri dalla fermata del metro. Intorno si trova tutto quello che serve
Camera piccolina (OK), Bagno minuscolo, si faceva fatica a girarci intorno, nessuno spazio per appoggiare nulla. Cmq pulito e controbilanciato dalla qualita' della colazione.

Reviewed Mar 9, 2026Расположение классное. Рядом есть магазины, есть где поесть даже очень поздно вечером. Метро рядом с прямой веткой до смотровой площадки на Эйфелеву башню и галереи Лафайет.
Номера довольно маленькие: заходишь в номер и сразу кровать. В ванне\туалете очень мало места. Раковина очень неудобная: маленькая, мало места между краном и самой раковиной - еле просунешь руку. Звукоизоляция средняя. По утрам просыпался от того, что были слышны шаги в коридоре, когда другие люди выходили.
