ligging van het hotel is erg goed. Mooi uitzicht over de zee vanuit de kamer. Kamers zien er ook netjes schoon uit. Personeel ook erg aardig en denken graag met je mee.

La camera quadrupla è molto ben progettata con 2 letti in una stanza attigua (senza bagno). Molto spaziosa e ben arredata anche se si vede subito che l'hotel ha vissuto tempi migliori. Il personale è sempre gentile e esaustivo. La colazione è sufficientemente abbondante anche se non amo le macchinette per il caffè/cappuccino ecc... Non sono stato in spiaggia, ma la piscina è di tutto rispetto. Molto grande e molto ben attrezzata. Il mare di Tirrenia è la classica spiaggia di sabbia che si trova sulla maggior parte delle coste italiane.

Unico piccolo neo è la doccia che risulta un po' strettina, ma per il resto nulla da eccepire.

Der morgendliche Lärm durch den Zimmer Service. Teilweise wurden wir vor 7:00 Uhr durch ein sehr lauten verwünschen der Reinigungskräfte geweckt. Die Lautstärke erinnerte an einem Krankenhaus Aufenthalt, das die Visite und das Frühstück kommen würde. Die Reinigung selber, teilweise wurde nur oberflächlich gereinigt die Betten gemacht. Zimmer 1.OG ( 119 ) muss mal dringend renoviert werden. Die Tür , wurde augenscheinlich, wahrscheinlich mal aufgebrochen . Sicherheit stahlt sie nicht aus. Sehr viel Spiel im Rahmen und auch augenscheinlich Spuren vom Einbruch vorhanden, der nicht instand gesetzt wurde. Wie das ganze Zimmer.

Douchecabine was echt krap, je kon niet fantsoenlijk bewegen. Airco/ventilatie in de beide kamers was zwart van stof en viezigheid. Verouderde hotel, de prijs was voor zo een hotel (4 sterren), was het niet waard.

If you had no transport it’s a little out of the way. Be good if there was private or reserved parking. We managed to find one but in peak season or arriving at a busy time it could be difficult.

Old and tired

The lateral sea view actually had none - the staff seemed tired - the beach seats were sideways so you could barely see the sea - just an old building g with no frills at all very high price.

Very friendly staff and the food was great. The pool was a great size and allowed families to use the shallow end with small kids, while adults and couples could utilise the other end - there was also lots of beds and recliners so no need for the morning rush to put towels on beds !

While the hotel is located literally on the beach, outside the hotel there isn’t a lot of restaurants to choose from, so that you could vary your dinner experiences in the evenings. Also, the beach loungers are arranged perpendicular to the water front and facing other beach-goers ans not the sea !? Which is very strange. Also, we weren’t allowed to rent or book the front row of loungers that were facing the sea because they were all reserved by ‘seasonal guests’ according to the life guard .. and 90% of them remained unoccupied for the whole day !!

A szállodai szoba felszereltsége borzalmas, egy ruhaszárító se volt, vagy bármilyen megoldás a vizek ruhák kiterítésére. A reggeli egysíkú, nem finom. A szálloda régi, felújítással nem foglalkoznak. Több helyen feketék a falak, és ázottak. Valószínűleg a szobában száradó ruháktól.

Es war nicht das gleiche wie auf dem Bildern. Ich weis nicht wann die Bilder gemacht worden sind aber es ist Alt jetzt. Zu kompliziert die liegen am Strand sind nicht gleich da sondern du musst Labyrinth machen bis du dort bis.

Strandnähe und Lage des Hotels

Mangelhafte Zimmerqualität: Im Zimmer herrschte ein extrem starker, unangenehmer Geruch nach Moder und Schimmel.Defekte Klimaanlage: Die Klimaanlage war Mitte Juli ohne Funktion, sodass es im Zimmer unerträglich warm war.Schlechtes Frühstück: Die Qualität entsprach eher einem Hostel als einem 4-Sterne-Hotel. Das ohnehin sehr magere Buffet wurde kaum oder nur mit extrem langer Verzögerung nachgefüllt.Zustand der Tiefgarage: Große Teile der Tiefgarage waren stark verschimmelt und extrem nass.Katastrophales Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis: Für 750 € für zwei Nächte (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) ist diese 1- bis 2-Sterne-Qualität eine absolute Unverschämtheit. Der Zustand war so schlimm, dass wir am liebsten nach der ersten Nacht abgereist wären.

The stay was generally fine, but breakfast was a letdown, there were only a few options, it was always crowded, the produce seemed low quality, and the coffee was terrible. The bigger issue was parking. I used the hotel's public paid parking right at the entrance, and overnight my bike, which was inside my car, was stolen from the parking lot. There was no camera facing the entrance, and when I asked about parking options, I wasn't warned about this risk. When I told the staff about what happened, their reaction made it seem like it had happened before. They do offer covered parking, but it costs more; I would have chosen that option if I had known there was this kind of risk. I would strongly advise others to avoid the public parking, even if the hotel offers it as an option.

- Zimmer wurde nicht immer sauber geputzt (v.a. das Badezimmer) - Duschkopf im Bad war kaputt, unter dem Lavabo sickerte Wasser durch; Hotelpersonal hat darauf nicht reagiert, obwohl darauf hingewiesen wurde - die Sitz-Stühle am Privatstrand waren eng aneinandergereiht; wenig Privatsphäre - man durfte sich nicht in anderen Abschnitten auf Liegestühlen sonnen - Frühstücksvielfalt war beschränkt - verglichen zu anderen gleichwertigen Hotels

Der Strand war gut erreichbar, den Pool haben wir nicht genutzt. Balkon am Zimmer angenehm groß, auch das Zimmer an sich komfortabel

Es hatte genügend Liegestühle für alle. Das Personal war sehr freundlich im ganzen Hotel.

Der Preis für das Buffet Dinner finde ich zu teuer, für das Essen, das geboten wurde.

Die Lage direkt am Meer und im Zentrum ist toll. Die Bar in Bagno Mary ist stilvoll und gemütlich, die Kinder hatten Spass am Pool und Spielplatz. Wir hatten eine grosse Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer und ein grosses Zimmer mit zwei Röunen.

Ist insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen, auch wenn renoviert. Plätze am Pool sind oft voll, leider muss man Badetücher mieten, es gibt leine zur freien Nutzung. Der Pool ist gross aber nicht besonders schön.

Flott og stort badebasseng og kort vei til strand. Veldig bra at ledig solseng var lett å få tak i ved basseng, samt ledig solstoler på den private stranden. Stort pluss at det var mange valg av restauranter i området. Vi fikk også oppleve feiring «blå natt» i området ved siden av hotellet, med mange boder og ulike aktiviteter. Hyggelig personale og bra renhold hver dag. Frokost var bra. Deilig å kunne sitte ute og nyte frokost. Etterbestilte balkong og dette anbefales for bedre comfort og for å kunne tørke håndklær og badetøy. Flott å se solnedgang fra balkongen vår😊

Når man er avhengig av taxi, kan det fort bli dyrt å komme seg til bl.a Pisa. Det blir fort 600 kr pr vei. Vi hadde litt trøbbel med aircondition på det ene rommet, men resepsjon var behjelpelig med å fjernjustere fra resepsjon.

The hotel has an excellent location with direct access to a beautiful beach and stunning sea views. The swimming pool is very large, clean, and well maintained. The room size was comfortable—not too small, though not particularly spacious. The sea-view rooms offer a fantastic view. Breakfast was varied, delicious, and satisfying. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. On the downside, the hotel feels outdated and would benefit from renovation and modernization. Parking is available in a nearby public parking area for €6 per day (subject to availability), which is a good option. The hotel's private covered parking is convenient but quite expensive at €30 per day.

We had a great stay. The staff were friendly and attentive.

Overall, our stay was disappointing. The location is definitely the hotel's biggest advantage, as it is convenient and beautiful. However, many aspects of the property need significant improvement. The cleanliness was inconsistent. Some areas were clean, while others clearly needed more attention. The furniture is outdated and should be replaced. The swimming pool and several of its facilities are rusty, which gives the impression of poor maintenance. The food was acceptable, but the variety was limited, especially for vegans and vegetarians. Finding suitable meal options was difficult. The coffee was also of very poor quality. The biggest issue was the bed. The mattress was incredibly hard—almost as hard as the floor—making it very difficult to get a good night's sleep. With better maintenance, updated furniture, improved food options, and more comfortable mattresses, this hotel could offer a much better experience. Unfortunately, in its current condition, I would not choose to stay here again. Staff is very frendly and helpful but overall i find it very pricy for what they offer!

Der 50 Meter Pool war super. Zentrale Lage.

The location is excellent, with a lovely beach just a short walk from the hotel. The reception staff, especially Beatrice, and the night manager were kind, professional and did their best to help us when we reported the issues. We appreciated their understanding and willingness to assist.

Unfortunately, our stay was overshadowed by repeated cleanliness and maintenance issues. When we got ready for bed on our first night, we discovered blood-stained bedding on two different beds, along with stains on the headboard. We were moved to another room by the night manager, but that room also had cleanliness issues, including a stained pillowcase, mould in the bathroom, dirty shower grout and hair on the soap dispenser. The following morning, the original room was cleaned while we were at breakfast. However, when we returned, one of the replacement bed sheets was also stained and had to be changed again. On our second night, heavy rain caused water to leak through the window into our room, and we had to use towels to stop the water spreading across the floor. For a hotel where our original two-night stay cost over €530, we expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and maintenance. Although the hotel reduced our bill after we raised our concerns, we did not feel this reflected the number and seriousness of the issues we experienced. The building itself is also quite dated and would benefit from significant modernisation and refurbishment.

Überteuerte Preise an der Pool-bzw. Hotelbar. Nur konserviertes Obst für Joghurt. Es gab natürlich auch zwei Sorten von frischen Obst - Pflaumen und Pfirsiche täglich.

L’albergo è posizionato bene, tutto lo staff molto gentili .

Non c’era il servizio in camera. Per l’unica volta che volevamo la cena , ma in cambio c’è un ristorante sulla spiaggia che si può accedere dall’area piscina dell’albergo .

Jeg synes beliggenheden var fin, det var en dejlig strand og poolområdet var fint. Det var også en fin lobby og personalet var venligt i det omfang vi havde kontakt med dem. Morgenmaden var fin. Nemt at komme til bussen og rigeligt med spisesteder lige i området.

Blev spurgt om vi gratis ville have en opgradering, hvilket vi sagde ja til. Ved dog ikke hvad den bestod i? Havde bestilt et værelse med 2 separate senge, vi fik et værelse med en dobbeltseng (der var et delelagen på sengen) og 1 ekstra børneseng. Plus at vores værelse lå ud til en vej med temmelig meget støj, ved ikke om vores oprindelige værelse var til samme side. Der lå en bar/discotek som spillede høj musik indtil kl 01.00 lørdag aften, så hvis man har mindre børn skal man efterspørge et værelse til poolsiden. Sengene var dårlige, der var kun et ekstra tæppe på værelset, måtte bede om 1 ekstra. Badeværelset var velfungerende, men temmelig slidt.

10/10!! beautiful hotel, friendly staff and our favourite holiday location yet! the whole holiday felt unbelievable everybody was so friendly including the locals and everywhere you looked was beautiful. situated close to the beach, yummy restaurants, shops, bars and sunset views i’d recommend this hotel to everybody just wow. definitely will be visiting again! arrivederci🫶🏼

Wir bekamen einen Schlüssel zu einem belegten Zimmer und hätten theoretisch das ganze Gepäck dieses Gastes mitnehmen können. An der Rezeption war die Reaktion lediglich: Ups. Die Badtüre ließ sich nicht schließen. 1 h vor Ende des Frühstücks war nicht mehr alles verfügbar und wurde auch nicht nachgelegt.

Lovely hotel great staff. Maybe not ready for the season but food was amazing and the waiters made our holiday. Thank you to Franco and Gabriel for making us feel special.
