L’emplacement très pratique dans le quartier Hassan, près de plusieurs monuments et du tramway. La qualité et le confort de la suite de luxe.

Cuando he estado el hotel estaba en obras, Zonas cerradas como el spa. Que de hecho lo cogí por ese motivo. He tenido que poner una reclamación. Porque si el hotel está en obras se debe avisar o al menos bajar el precio.

We recently stayed at the hotel and overall found the staff to be friendly and the service welcoming. However, we were disappointed by one particular issue. It was not explained to us that the treats inside the fridge were part of the mini bar. We assumed they were complimentary or simply provided as part of the room. Unfortunately, this misunderstanding led to us being charged 120 dirhams for a small box of mints, which not only tasted unpleasant but felt unfairly priced. My wife suggested we should have returned them, but the lack of clear communication left us feeling misled. While we appreciated the otherwise good service, this experience overshadowed our stay. We believe some form of recompense or goodwill gesture would be appropriate, as transparency about mini bar charges is essential for guest satisfaction. Thank you

The mini bar incident

The rooms were top notch and well rennovated.

Basically this hotel does not have their act together. The entrance and lobby are under rennovation, there is an alternative lobby that is dirty and stinks. Laundry didn't work 2 out of the 4 days i stayed, and when they did they returned my clothes missing items. Phone was disconnected in the room. Breakfast was below average.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au sein de cet établissement. L’emplacement à proximité des musées, du palais royal et du centre ville est idéal pour découvrir Rabat. Nous avons grandement apprécié l’accueil chaleureux, l’amabilité et la disponibilité du personnel. La chambre est insonorisée et spacieuse, avec une literie d’une grande qualité. Des produits Nuxe sont disponible dans la salle de bain :) Le petit déjeuner est variée et complet avec des produits frais et excellent. Il y en a pour tous les goûts ! En partant de l’accueil, jusqu’au service de chambre ou encore au petit déjeuner, le service était parfait, offrant un séjour unique, nous recommandons vivement cet établissement.

Coupure d'eau le matin !!!! On a pas pu faire notre douche, toilettes.... Qualité de la prestation du petit déjeuner s'est dégradée....

L'hôtel a été complètement restauré. Les chambres sont splendides.

Es gab Bauarbeiten in der Unterkunft, so dass es unmöglich war im Zimmer zu arbeiten da zu laut. Laut Angaben sollten die Arbeiten erst um 10:30 beginnen. Es begannen aber bereits um 9:30!! Ich habe ein King size Bett bestellt, es waren aber zwei Einzelbette, die man einfach zusammen gerückt hat. Dadurch war es äußerst unangenehm drin zu schlafen. Wenn man beim Schlafen in die Mitte des Bettes rutscht, sind die beiden Einzelbetten auseinander gegangen und man ist dazwischen gefallen. Der Abfluss in der Duschkabine funktionierte nicht, es war verstopft!! Das Frühstücksbuffet war ok.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel et je le recommande sans la moindre hésitation. Le personnel est tout simplement remarquable : chaleureux, souriant, disponible et véritablement à l’écoute. Chaque demande a été prise en compte avec beaucoup de professionnalisme et de réactivité, ce qui a largement contribué à rendre notre séjour particulièrement agréable. Les chambres sont impeccables. La propreté est irréprochable et le ménage est réalisé avec un soin remarquable chaque jour. Ayant séjourné dans de nombreux hôtels 4 étoiles en Europe, ce niveau d’exigence est loin d’être systématique. C’est un véritable point fort de l’établissement. L’emplacement est également idéal : à moins de 900 mètres de la gare, tout en étant à proximité de nombreux musées et des principaux sites d’intérêt, ce qui permet de découvrir la ville très facilement à pied. Notre séjour a été des plus agréables. On sent que la satisfaction des clients est une véritable priorité. C’est une excellente adresse où je reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

Fantastic stay from start to finish. The service was excellent, the location was perfect, and the food was delicious. A special thanks to Salah Malki, who went above and beyond to make sure I was well looked after. Great experience overall, I would definitely stay here again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent séjour au Diwan Hôtel à Rabat ! Malgré les travaux en cours, cela n’a en rien gâché notre expérience. Les chambres sont magnifiques, très confortables et impeccablement entretenues. Un immense merci à toute l’équipe pour sa gentillesse, son professionnalisme et son accueil chaleureux. On se sent vraiment bien dès l’arrivée. La qualité du service fait toute la différence. Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésiter et j’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir !

I had a very pleasant stay. The hotel was good, and the service was excellent. The check-in and check-out process was very smooth and easy. A special thank you to SALAH, who was very helpful and supportive throughout my stay. I truly appreciate his kindness and great assistance. The breakfast staff were also more than wonderful.

Je suis tombée dans la mauvaise période. Il y avait des travaux de rénovation de l'hôtel. C'est bouillant et désagréable. Il fallait le mentionner quelque part pour nous éviter la mauvaise surprise.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay in the Le Dewin Hotel. The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the city, close and walkable to most local attractions. The staff was incredibly polite, gracious and helpful. A particular shoutout to Salah, who tended to our every need.

While the building is under renovation and there is work-related noise during the day, the positives far outweighed this inconvenience, especially since we were out and about most of the day.

After spending 17 days in Morocco, at several hotels/riads throughout the country, Le Diwan in Rabat stands out as a uniquely horrific experience. Incredible loud (jack hammers in the room directly above us) construction noise from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm daily. Dangerous walkway and steps - many without handrails. A brusque front desk staff in a lobby that is adjacent to a smoking area. No air conditioning and doors / windows without screens. A broken patio door lock that allowed road noise from the busy traffic circle below. Tired and musty rooms. The only positive - a reasonably good breakfast with attentive staff. Strongly consider lodging elsewhere when staying in Rabat.

Das Frühstück war ausreichend und gut, jedoch nix besonderes.

Le voiturier et les personnels qui nous aident à descendre les bagages et les ranger dans la voiture sont très gentils et serviables. La chambre rénovée au 5ème étage est très jolie et bien isolée.

L'hôtel est en travaux, Booking nous n'avons pas prévenu lors de la réservation. A notre arrivée, nous sommes déjà très déçus de voir que l'hôtel est en travaux. La 1ère nuit du 30/04 , nous étions dans une chambre rénovée, tout était bien mais la 2ème nuit le 2/5 nous étions dans une chambre pas encore rénovée, impossible de dormir, très mal isolée, nous sommes réveillés plusieurs fois par les bruits des voitures et les bruits dehors. Le matin à 10h les travaux tapent, impossible de rester à l'hôtel. Le petit déjeuner est très médiocre pour un hôtel de 4 étoiles , nous sommes arrivés 1h avant la fermeture du petit déjeuner le dimanche 3/5, il n'y a plus de saucisse, le casserole était vide, nous avons demandé à la serveuse elle a dit qu'il n'y a plus, l'assiette du melon était vide aussi alors qu'elles étaient nombreuses. Il n'y avait pas de couvert sur la table et nulle part nous avons dû demander aussi.

This hotel had beautiful rooms and helpful staff. Many spoke English which was very helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the price was reasonable! Staff responses were kinds to us.

Per via di alcuni lavori di ristrutturazione della reception, abbiamo ricevuto un upgrade alle nostre stanze . Ci sono state fornite le due migliori stanze dell'hotel . molto apprezzato.

Il piano terra era in ristrutturazione e non ne siamo stati messi al corrente se non al nostro arrivo .

Le personnel est très accueillant et sympathique. Les chambres sont spacieuses et agréables. Le petit déjeuner est très varié et copieux à souhait.

Il y avait des travaux et mon épouse a été gênée par le bruit. De même, la nuit, circulent de grosses cylindrées bruyantes.

The staff were generally very good. The location was good for walking the city....Medina to river. It was sunny and warm.

No air conditioning cooling.....with 24c temperature unacceptably hot and stuffy. Told first night it would be activated. Next afternoon it was admitted that there was only heating and no cooling...the Aircon cooling was switched off ...not related to building works. Told that if hot open the balcony door! The 5am motorcycle racing on the main street did not add to the situation. Very noisy renovation works...poster said from 10.30 to 6......started just after 9. Service in the bar was poor....e.g. menu showed 2 options for each of a glass of rosé and of white wine. None available. Uncomfortable bed. No notification on internet of building works.

The pictures that advertise the Hotel were quite different to my experience ... definitely not my room or any of the public areas that I could see . Hotel in need of maintenance.. location is a business district so not great for tourists, unless you can find your way and walk for a bit.. .. was charged a different price for the same glass of mineral water in the afternoon and the evening and then had to ask the bar for my change and the bar staff actually askrd me to give him a cigarette twice..door handle came off in my hand, bedside light not working,wardrobe door had a piece missing, glass partion in bar area was cracked and due to workmen drilling you could not stay in the hotel in the day...the outdoor area looks over old buildings and abandoned empty lots and there were holes in the concrete covered with random tiles...quite unsafe..the room was clean but there was mould in the shower and the bed was too soft...could not get the curtains to close completely so had the streetlights shining in the room all night...very average experience

Tesiste büÿük bir restorasyon yapılıyor, gündüz yoğun inşaat gürültüsü var. Rezervasyon yaparken bu konu Booking sayfasında müşterilere bildirilmeli, süpriz olmamalı. Ayrıca tüm Accor markalı otellerde olduğu üzere müşteriden gereksiz şekilde check in sırasında depozito tahsil ediliyor. Accor grubu otellerinde rezervasyon yapmamaya özen göstereceğim

Renovation ongoing which weren’t an issue as it was highlighted to us but the rooms could do with some soundproofing from the outside.

The location is good, and the room is clean.

However, it’s mid-April and the air conditioning is not working. It was very hot inside the room especially at night. When we asked about it, we were told that only the heating is available at the moment and it cannot be changed. We were not able to lower the temperature.Also, we are only entitled to one bottle of water per day for two people ; otherwise, we have to pay 7 euros for additional water. Very disappointed.

En ce mois de Mars, l’hôtel est actuellement en travaux et nous n’avons pas été informés lors de notre réservation que l’accès au spas n’estait pas possible.

Großes und sauberes Zimmer ,es gab marokkanische Mandeln und Snacks als Begrüßung ,Frühstück war super. Das Hotel liegt relativ zentral,HBF Rabtt Village ist zu Fuß zu erreichen .wir waren sehr zufrieden
