This is our 2nd time here and It's just excellent. Great hotel, great personel, great location. Very clean, the AC is great, and we'll go back again!

Le parquet et le confort de la chambre

La vétusté de la salle de bain PMR. Equiments à remplacer et rénover absolument. Le personnel à l'accueil au moment de la récupération de ma valise a été particulièrement incorrect. Manque de politesse et de courtoisie. C'est bien dommage. Cela a entaché ma perception de l'établissement.

Buona la posizione, tra 2 fermate metro, vicino ci sono diversi negozi che fanno comodo, buono anche il servizio ristorante interno, si mangia bene! Inoltre e' presente anche il parcheggio privato, a 25 euro a notte. In camera il letto comodo, una bella TV... Pratico anche la macchina a cialde del caffè e il bollitore.

Camera piccola per 4 persone, avevo prenotato la camera con il divano letto e invece mi danno la camera col letto a castello, non fanno le pulizie durante il soggiorno, cambiano solo la pattumiera. Dal wc esce anche cattivo odore , il saliscendi della doccia sgangherato . Manco il mini frigo . Il personale in generale è poco collaborativo è diffidente.

Znakomita, pomocna i sympatyczna obsługa. Bardzo wygodne łóżko i komfortowo działająca wentylacja, dobrze się śpi i odpoczywa. Pokój i cały hotel czysty i zadbany. W pokoju czajnik i podstawowa herbata i kawa. Dobre i różnorodne śniadania (nie tylko na słodko) oraz możliwość zjedzenia czegoś również wieczorem. Otoczenie nie jest jakieś super przyjemne, ale raczej bezpieczne. Sklep spożywczy pod hotelem, w pobliżu piekarnie, bary, restauracje. Kilka minut spacerem do stacji metra.

Pokój i łazienka bardzo małe. Dłuższe przebywanie poza spaniem mogłoby być niezbyt przyjemne, ale jako baza wypadowa do zwiedzania miasta to nie przeszkadza.

Nice hotel inside. You’re in the city close to everything. Nice staff and breakfast was great! The had air conditioning witch was nice in the heat!

The town area felt a bit sketchy as there was a lot of homeless and shady looking people around and the city is a dump. Lots of garbage everywhere. Metro and buses all close by. Easy to get to the attractions and Paris center once you figure out the system! Very small room, not much space!

Friendly staff, clean room with no functional issues, location (though not the fairest place) had good places to eat and shop for convenience and good transport links.

Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en helpt je goed verder. Het ontbijt was ook heel lekker. De kamers werden mooi gekuist en het was handig dat er een haardroger aanwezig was. Ik zou het zeker aanraden.

Persoonlijk vond ik de kamer aan de kleine kant. Op de foto's online leek de kamer groter. De badkamer was ook maar klein maar voor die prijs was het wel goed. Jammer dat er geen koelkast op de kamer aanwezig was.

The room was clean and pretty and it was really close to the metro station, which was really practical. The breakfast had a lot of options and the staff was friendly.

It was slightly tight for two people. There was not enough room to place our luggages. Also it would be nice if the hotel offered water and slippers at the room.

quand on ouvrait la fenêtre il y avait un bruit aigu (de machines?) dehors.

Het hotel ligt dichtbij de metro waar je nog rustig kunt zitten en die je naar de juiste locatie brengt. Het hotel is rustig en schoon. De bedden waren prima en het was ook qua verblijf rustig. Parkeren kan onder het hotel en kost 25 euro per dag. Je auto staat er veilig en er was tijdens ons verblijf ruimte genoeg. Er is op ongeveer 50 meter hotel uit links af een goede bakker en een supermarkt.

De douche is wat klein en de watertemperatuur wisselt behoorlijk. Maar dat is vaker zo in hotels.

The staff were always wonderfully friendly and helpful. Adeline was especially accommodating to put us in another room when we complained of the noise on the street at night. The rooms are small, but we found that they were not especially smaller than the 4-star hotel we later stayed at as part of tour group we joined. The location is within an easy walking distance from the Metro.

The rooms on the street side of the hotel were especially cramped and I wouldn't recommend them. Photos on the website don't include them, but are actually of the better rooms on the inner court-side of the hotel.

Excellent location and secure storage for cycles

The room was pretty clean although the vent for cooling and heating was very dusty, The location was great for visting Parque de La Villette whihc was really great.

The breakfast was mediocre with machine coffee and juice, limited selection of fruit, and not the greatest pastries (It´s Paris! not good coffee!)

Bed was comfortable

The main issue was the housekeeping staff. They kept knocking on the door while we were still asleep, and on some occasions they even opened the door while we were still in bed, which was very uncomfortable and woke us up. They also knocked twice before check-out, which felt unnecessary and disruptive. I was also disappointed with the housekeeping. They changed the bins but didn’t change our towels or bedsheets, and they didn’t even make the bed. I also didn’t like that our room had a connecting door to another room. Although it was locked, it made us feel less comfortable and private. On top of this, we had to pay €40 for early check-in and €3 per bag just to leave our luggage, which I felt was excessive. Overall, the housekeeping service, lack of privacy, connecting room, and additional charges could definitely be improved.

Osoblje je pristupačno i uvijek spremno za pomoći i brzo odgovoriti. Krevet je bio udoban, a soba relativno čista. Inače se ne čisti svaki dan, ali može se zatražiti ta opcija što su i sami napomenuli. Metro stanica je u blizini hotela kao i dućan, ljekarna te pekarnica.

Kvart je prljav i ulice podosta smrde. Također, ima podosta beskućnika. Hotel je dobro povezan s gradom, ali se nalazi u nesigurnijem kvartu. Nije najugodnije za hodati po dani, a kamoli tijekom noći.

De kamer was klein, maar netjes en het bed was juist groot en comfortabel. Het personeel is vriendelijk en het ontbijt is goed en heeft een ruime keuze. De metro is op loopafstand, waardoor je vlot naar het centrum kunt reizen. Ook vond ik het heel fijn gebruik te kunnen maken van de parkeergarage onder het hotel (kost wel 25 euro per nacht), zodat de auto veilig geparkeerd stond.

De badkamer is wel erg krap.

La chambre et la salle de bain étaient très belles et fonctionnelles. Le petit déjeuner était très bon. L'emplacement de l'hôtel, situé entre deux stations de métro, facilite grandement le déplacement dans Paris.

L'hôtel et la chambre étaient très bien, le lit était très confortable.

Le quartier n'est vraiment pas agréable mais cela ne nous a pas trop dérangé car nous n'y étions pas pendant la journée et la soirée.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war für Paris sehr gut. Die Lage war auch gut nur wenige 100 Meter zur nächsten Metro. Preis Leistung war völlig in Ordnung.

Wenn man Koffer abstellen möchte bevor das Zimmer fertig ist zahlt man pro Gepäckstück 3 Euro :-(

Ontzettend vriendelijk personeel, waardoor wij ons heel prettig voelden tijdens ons verblijf.

De directe omgeving is in ontwikkeling, grenst nog wel aan een plek waar je je s'avonds minder op je gemak zou voelen. Maar daar is de prijs ook na. Verwacht binnen 1 of 2 jaar dat de hele buurt op is geklommen en het wat veiliger aanvoelt. Heb mij als gezin niet onveilig gevoelt, maar moest bij binnenrijden van het gebied wel eerst even wennen,

Everything was great! Room was clean, comfortable beds and we slept really well.

La surface de la chambre . Elle est trés petite. Il y a des interférences entre le lit et la porte de la salle de bain. Il est difficile d'utiliser la chaise en face du bureau. La télé fixée au mur géne le passage.

El hotel cuenta con absolutamente todas las comodidades. Un restaurant grande, una sala para estar cómoda, atención permanente y muy amable y una ubicación muy bien conectada tanto con metro directo (sin combinación) a las grandes atracciones, como conexión con el servicio Velib y cercanía con el canal que es muy agradable. La habitación era bastante cómoda.

No hay limpieza diaria salvo que la solicites pero cuando haces el self check in no te consultan. Por lo que, a los 2 días tuvimos que pedir que vengan a limpiar. Si es verdad que sacan la basura todos los días pero no limpian el piso o reponen tazas usadas. Esto debería ser sin solicitud previa. Por otro lado, si bien tiene aire acondicionado, es centralizado y se prende "de a ratos", lo que sumado a la habitación pequeña genera que por momentos estés durmiendo con mucho calor hasta que activa nuevamente el aire. La zona es extraña. El hotel parece un oasis en medio de una zona no muy agradable pero te mueves un par de cuadras y ya está bien.

Una garanzia per tutti i miei viaggi a Parigi. Posizione eccellente, colazione super, negozi e ristoranti prossimi e prossimo il centro de la Villette, cuore verde frequentato da famiglie, studenti, giovani di tutte le età.

Della struttura non mi è piaciuto il fatto che devi chiedere se ti venga pulita la stanza la sera prima. Se lo dimentichi, non la puliscono si limitano semplicemente a cambiare gli asciugamani. Poi, all’esterno, ma questo non dipende dalla struttura, molti Richard e molto degrado.

there is just a sheet on the mattress and no sheet on top was not comfortable because it s a synthetic fabric , not fresh and not soft . There is a garden with tables and chairs , but no one is taking care of it , plants are dead , tables dirty . No shadow

Hotel je uistinu lijep. Prostor za druženje mi se jako sviđa, daje osjećaj udobnosti. Hrana je jako ukusna i raznovrsna. Sobe su dosta male, ali meni nije smetalo.Sve je bilo uredno i čisto.Samo preporučam sve plaćati na licu mjesta.

Moja prijateljica je platila preko interneta, kao smještaj +doručak, jer joj je bilo tako ponuđeno.Na kraju je smještaj platila više kao da ima doručak, koji nije bio uključen u cijenu,doručak je morala je platiti dodatno ako ga je htjela imati.

Готель дуже здивував, було чисто, привітний персонал, смачна їжа. Доїзд до готелю також дуже зручний, недалеко від обʼїздної дороги. Також вечірній буфет був дуже смачний і за помірною ціною. Ціна набагато нижча ніж якість! Однозначно раджу відвідати!

wonderful, modern and clean room, everything about it was perfect. Also clean and beautiful bathroom, with wash gel included. Staff were extremely nice, and also big thanks to the cleaning lady☺️. Location is 10 minutes by walk to the airport bus stop from La Vilette to airport Beauvais, which was a very good thing. Metro station also 5 minutes from the hotel. This hotel definitely deserves more than 3 stars!!

Las habitaciones eran cómodas. No muy grandes pero más que suficiente para lo que se necesitaba.

La ubicación. Si bien hay tiendas a los costados lo cual es muy beneficioso, habían algunas personas alrededor que nos hicieron sentir un poco inseguros.

Bed and room space. Checking in late (24-hour lobby). Big lobby area with an electrical plug.

The bathroom had a shower directly on the floor, so after the shower, the entire bathroom was flooded. That was pretty uncomfortable. Also, breakfast time – I came at the end of it. And while a few people were still finishing their breakfast, two staff members who cleaned the dining room looked unfriendly. They peeled and squeezed oranges for juice. But when I asked them where I could drink fresh orange juice, they pointed to a box with regular juice from the store. They also gave me dissatisfied looks and spoke in French, discussing something the hotel should not allow guests to do at the dining room entrance if they arrive late. I felt a bit uncomfortable. Especially since I checked in quite late and didn't even have time to sleep enough before breakfast. It is a total contrast to the Moxy hotel, where I was staying for a week before Campanile. When I arrived late for breakfast there, the staff were more than friendly and even went on to find and bring me some croissants and a cappuccino so I could eat. Especially since my hotel room reservation at Campanile included breakfast (paid additionally).

Not a great area of the city however, easy to jump on the Metro for more desirable locations to visit. There was no fridge in the room.

Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement proche de la cité des sciences et d'une bouche de métro, l'hôtel familial, les repas sous forme de buffet à volonté, l'amabilité du personnel et la propreté des lieux.

Das Frühstück und die Betten waren super. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Tiefgarage war praktisch. Ein Supermarkt ist direkt nebenan. Ein kostenloser Wasserspender von Brita steht in der Lobby.

J'ai beaucoup apprécié l'accueil et le professionnalisme de l'équipe de l'hôtel. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est également préparé avec soin et diversité ce qui est très appréciable.

J'avais un oreiller un peu trop volumineux ce qui m'a gêné la première nuit; cela a été réglé avec un changement d'oreiller les nuits suivantes.

Not much except for the location

Staff was condescending and had an attitude, especially one lady during the day. There was no ice machine anywhere in the hotel so I had to ask a front desk person every time I wanted some (which is not very convenient nor efficient) and every time she gave me side eyes … I had heard rumors of Parisian service being rude but never experienced it myself until I stayed at this hotel. I needed an iron for my clothes which again most hotels have in the room or on demand and when I asked for one I had to give a €20 euros deposit in cash?! (Never seen that before…). Rooms are very small and unlike the front desk lady liked to condescendingly say to us is not necessarily standard in Paris. We literally stayed at a holiday inn at gate de Lyon the weekend before and had a much larger room. I had to slightly bend to get past the bed to my side because of the poor tv placement and very limited space. The list is long but I’ll stop here. You get the gist.
