Location was good, easy access to bus/tram and beaches etc

Check in was not overly friendly, barman at pool bar needs to get off his cellphone and try assisting guests. Guests in room next to us (102) where making a horrific noise in passage until early hours of the morning, the reception desk is a few short steps away and they did nothing to stop the noise, not acceptable .

Close to the sea, tram stop (but not the one on the map), good apartment with a view of the building next door.

Noise from 7am on the development near our side of the building. The tram stop was one further on from that on the map. Still only 100 metres to the Palace.

Отличное расположение, до моря - 2 минуты, до центра Афин - 40 минут с остановки прямо рядом с отелем. Гостиница (пока что) самая крайняя в этом городке, так что у нас из окна был вид и на море, и на горы и вдали виднелась столица (рядом активно ведутся 3 стройки новых отелей). Мы прилетели ночью, о чем заранее им сообщили, и нас смогли заселить на 4 часа раньше официального чекина. Завтраки - вкусные, небольшой шведский стол и немного столиков, но в любое время можно сесть. Есть 2 лифта и приятный бассейн со своей отдельной зоной.

Номера старые, много трещин, каких-то потрепанностей. Из кондиционера текла вода на балкон, так что там постоянно было мокро. В номер заползали муравьи, как из трещин в стене с балконом, так и откуда-то в ванной. Постоянно бегали черные точки по полу. Уборка - не их сильная сторона. Когда только заехали в номер, запах средств стоял сильный и казалось, что убираются на славу, но потом обнаружились и какие-то веточки от ягод на полках от прошлых жильцов, и открытые пачки сахара в шкафу, которые так и оставались на месте последующие уборки. Постельное белье тоже было сразу с пятном и потом не разу не сменилось. При уборке всегда выдавали новые чистые полотенца, но почему-то они пахли рыбой (возможно это такое моющее средство).

Der Pool, zwischendurch Besuch von der Hotel-Katze, die am Pool nach Streicheleinheiten suchte, das Zimmer, Frühstück war gut, Bushaltestelle vor der Tür, Tram in der Nähe und der Strand war auch vom Balkon zu sehen.

Die Dusche, Verletzungsgefahr. Das Waschbecken war mitten in der Dusche! Man hört manchmal den Nachbarn im Zimmer. Abends rasen vorm Balkon, der zur Straße führt, Autotuner, Motorradfahrer mit lauten Geräuschen vorbei. Baustelle direkt rechts vom Balkon, Beginn ab 7 Uhr..Bett hat leider eine zu laute Matratze. Beim Aufstehen aus dem Bett weckt man den Ehepartner damit.

אחלה מלון, בהחלט נותן תמורה לעלות. מיקום מעולה מגליפדה, מטר מחוף ים נעים ונוח , עשר דק במונית לכל מקום - יש גם טראם צמוד למלון ותחנת אוטובוס . חדרים מגניבים עם נוף משגע לחוף, ארוחת בוקר סטנדרטית ומספקת. אדיבים מאד ועוזרים בכל מה שאפשר - הדבר היחיד שפחות מוצלח, הן מקלחות ממש צפופות וזרם מים לא מגניב.. לא הייתי מבטלת על זה את ההזמנה - אבל כדאי לדעת מראש

Superb service in the restaurant and amazing view!

The friendly staff, good location, 24h reception desk and rooftop with its amazing view.

Nothing in particular was missing; however, the room would benefit from renovation, as it felt rather dated. There were no common relaxation areas apart from the outdoor pool.

The location was good.

The food at breakfast was shocking. Most of the staff have to learn to smile and friendly. Two of the staff on reception were very nice. We were kept up all night by a group of two bus loads of school children aged between 16 and 18. We had to complain every hour on the clock. It was ridiculous. They eventually moved them around and the next night was quite. We should be getting refunded for that night. I would not recommend anyone looking for a nice hotel to stay at the Palace Hotel Glyfada Paul Larkins

מלון מעולה. מסודר, נקי, וקרוב לתחבורה ציבורית שדרכה אפשר להגיע לכל מקום מעניין בסביבה. ארוחת בוקר עשירה וטעימה, אך יחסית פשוטה וחזרתית אחרי 3 ימים. בנוסף חבל שאין סלטים, אלא רק עגבניות ומלפפונים חתוכים. החדרים היו נוחים מאוד, רק המקלחת קצת קטנה ונוזלים ממנה מים לשאר חדר האמבטיה ללא חפיפה מספקת. בקבלה היו מאוד נחמדים וניסו לעזור בכל בעיה עם חיוך ובמהירות. הבריכה קצת קטנה אבל הספיקה לגמרי, והייתה כיפית מאוד. חבל שלא סוגרים את הציליה בשיא החום אבל. בנוסף היינו עם עגלות, והגישה לכל המלון למעט הכניסה הראשית הייתה עם מדרגות שזה הקשה. זה לא סיפור להוסיף רמפה :) מסעדה בקומה העליונה עם נוף מדהים, אך קצת יקרה ביחס לתמורה. בסך הכל חוויה טובה מאוד ביחס למחיר, ממליץ

Overall our stay was great. The pool and rooms were clean, the staff was very helpful and polite. The location of the hotel was great as well, about 40min by bus from the airport and 45min by bus from Athens. The breakfast bar was excellent as well as the roof top restaurant with a wonderful view of the sunset, just a bit pricey.

We booked 2 rooms. One was with a shower, one had a bath tub. The shower was not designed well with water leaking all over the floor if you were showering. Ask for a bathtub and it will be fine. Ask for a 3rd or 4th floor if you want to see the beach from your balcony. The beach was not nice by the hotel, take a bus 10-15min south and pay €6 per lounge to enjoy your day by a nicer, well taken care of beach. Well worth it!!!!!

Location and breakfast and price

The air conditioning does not get the room cold. If you’re looking for cold AC while you sleep this is not the hotel to use. This is a Big problem in Europe across most hotels, they are outdated and lack proper AC systems. This would not be in an issue in America

Their staff attitude,they were friendly and always ready to assist the visitor with whatever service you may need, Their room's cleanliness was superb and the staff were ready to assist for any need in the cleaning of the room.Towels were readily provided at any time in case your towels got messed up Their food is in another class of itself,their food was of international class and can only be related to a 6 stars hotel, My children loved it and can't wait to go and stay there for another summer holiday Their swimming pool was a.rwal excitement for me and my family and the hotel's proximity to the sea only made it more wonderful . The scenery from our rooms and seeing the Ferry's and yachts passing by was awesome I highly recommend it to anyone intending to see the beauty of the beaches around the palace hotel. The reception was always ready with a smile to assist me and my family get taxis to and from town and advising us on places to sight see and visit.

Very friendly staff, clean, excellent breakfast and pool facilities - the kids loved it! The restaurant at the top offers amazing sunset views and the food was very good. Great location near the town centre.

No dedicated parking facilities but there is parking availability for free on the road at the back of the hotel.

Na plus należy jednak zaliczyć bardzo dobrą lokalizację hotelu. W bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie znajduje się przystanek tramwajowy, co znacznie ułatwia komunikację i zwiedzanie okolicy. Chciałabym również wyróżnić obsługę strefy basenowej, która była bardzo uprzejma, pomocna i profesjonalna. W tym obszarze nie mamy żadnych zastrzeżeń.

Pobyt niestety nie spełnił naszych oczekiwań. Już od godziny 6:00 rano budziły nas hałasy związane z remontem i budową prowadzoną obok hotelu. W pokoju utrzymywał się nieprzyjemny, wręcz obrzydliwy zapach. Po zgłoszeniu problemu obsługa poinformowała nas, że jest to „zapach z zewnątrz”, jednak trudno było zaakceptować takie wyjaśnienie, biorąc pod uwagę jego intensywność. Pewnego dnia doszło nawet do wybicia ścieków przez kratkę odpływową w łazience. Balkon był bardzo mały, a drzwi sprawiały wrażenie nietypowych i mało funkcjonalnych. Śniadania były poprawne, jednak bardzo mało urozmaicone. Dodatkowo komunikacja z personelem była utrudniona ze względu na słabą znajomość języka angielskiego przez część obsługi. Basen miał niefunkcjonalny układ i był otwarty przez zbyt krótki czas. Wokół niego brakowało miejsca do opalania i wypoczynku. Jeśli jedna osoba zajmowała pufę do opalania, praktycznie nie było możliwości swobodnego przejścia obok. Co więcej, jedynymi miejscami do wypoczynku przy basenie były właśnie pufy, co trudno uznać za higieniczne rozwiązanie w strefie basenowej. Dodatkowo plaża przy hotelu była zaniedbana i nie nadawała się do komfortowego relaksu. Nie było możliwości wynajęcia leżaków, nawet za dodatkową opłatą, a jedynym wyposażeniem były stare, przypadkowo ustawione krzesła w rogu. Kolejnym problemem był bardzo ograniczony i mało elastyczny proces przedłużenia doby hotelowej. Po wymeldowaniu bagaże pozostawione przez gości były przechowywane bez żadnego nadzoru ani zabezpieczenia, co budziło poważne obawy o bezpieczeństwo pozostawionych rzeczy. W praktyce każdy miał do nich swobodny dostęp i mógł je zabrać. Biorąc pod uwagę standard obiektu, cenę pobytu oraz prezentowaną ofertę, poziom świadczonych usług okazał się znacząco niższy od naszych oczekiwań.

Terrace restaurant. I would definitely suggest you keep yourself away from this restaurant. Initially we thought it’s part of the hotel, it turned out to be not. Anyway, we had a very bad experience with this restaurant. Basically, if you decide not to order anything, staff become so rude and come by where you sit and implicitely threaten you like a gang. It was the worse experiences we have ever had.

Am stat 9nopti in camera 212 unde salteaua patului matrimonial a fost extrem de utilizata, moale iar pozitia corpului in timpul somnului nu a fost deloc relaxanta. Cele 2paturi pentru copii sunt defapt 2 fotolii extensibile iar la unul dintre ele existau gauri mari intre pernele ce ar trebui sa formeze un pat. Dupa inlocuirea prosoapelor, cele noi miroseau intotdeauna foarte urat.

the hotel is nice and clean. there is no private breach' but public beach is 50 m away, it has umbrellas and shower but no toilet. Breakfast was good enough and fresh. Id like to have more fresh fruits and vegetables.

For those who needs salience this hotel is not an option. It is situated to the very active and loud street. For me personally it was like a white noise.

Chambre au premier étage avec vue sur le toit de la piscine, nos amis qui avaient réservé en même temps avaient une chambre au 5° étage avec vue mer sans commune mesure. Conception de la salle de bain totalement farfelue avec la douche devant le lavabo; donc on a les pieds dans l'eau pour se laver les mains

Accueil agréable, proximité du bus pour aller à la plage. Un peu loin du centre ville. Par contre rooftop incroyable beau et bon. On a pas le sentiment d’être dans le même hôtel.

Les salles de bain sont très mal conçues, minuscules, le personnel du petit déjeuner très antipathique pas un sourire.

Breakfast is very good... good quality of food and variety... rooms are small somehow... What I liked is that there was painting of the hotel wall in the hall and in the garden... it means there is a constant maintenance....

Awesome location, property is just directly opposite the beach and train station is just 5mins walk from the property . It has a swimming pool, pool is very clean and has comfortable relaxing area with Bar. Nice restaurant area for breakfast and lunch and extra Rooftop lounge, that opens from 7 pm when the bar at the pool closed by 7 pm. Drink and dinner are served at the rooftop lounge. From there the Beach can be seen and is always a beautiful view to watch the sun as it sets back. A Family friendly hotel with delicious meals, especially breakfast Buffet was great, there’s a lot to choose from. The staffs are very helpful and friendly, makes you feel at home. I highly recommend this hotel

Noisy unclean place

Moderne hotel med velfungerende AC i værelserne, rent og pænt. Morgenmaden var virkelig god med et stort udvalg. Vi spiste på rooftop bar den ene aften, hvilket var virkelig lækkert! Maden i poolbaren var også rigtig god ligesom de serverede lækker kaffe mm.

Selve poolen var ok, men det var et mærkeligt område. Ingen liggestole, kun lounge agtige møbler. Desuden var der glas hele vejen rundt samt en del af taget, hvilket gjorde det meget indelukket og drivhus agtigt. Dog var der fin bruser og toilet tilknyttet (som blev holdt meget rent). Hotellet ligger ca. en time fra lufthavnen, hvilket er fint. Men selve området rundt om er en stor byggeplads og der er ingenting i nærheden (restauranter, butikker eller lign.), udover en enkelt kiosk. Dette giver en mærkelig stemning og man er meget begrænset med mindre man tager bus, bil eller andet derfra. Altanen meget lille med kun to stole selvom vores værelser var til 4 personer.

Great location, very close to the beach and with easy access to Athens city centre. The hotel provided excellent service, with a decent breakfast and bar food and drinks available throughout the day. The staff were particularly friendly and helpful. The only drawback was that the rooms felt a little dark, as there were no windows and natural light came solely from the balcony door. We were a party of three, and the room felt somewhat small for three adults, although it would be very comfortable for two. There is currently a significant amount of construction taking place in the surrounding area. While this impacts the immediate atmosphere, I believe the location will be much more attractive in a few years' time once the development is completed. At present, there is not much within walking distance apart from the beachfront promenade, which was excellent and ideal for a relaxing stroll.

Very small bathroom, you need to step to the side of the toilet so the door can be closed, and very odd shower size (L shape) with the curtain allowing the water to go outside.

A hotel elhelyezkedése, közel a part, a reggeli bőséges és finom, a medence és a hozzá tartozó bár nagyon jó volt.

A szoba egy picit szűkös volt, az ágyaktól nehezen lehetett közlekedni.

Jó helyen volt, szép kilátás, finom reggeli, medence.

A szomszédban 2 nagyobb építkezés is folyik, ami nagyon zajos, emiatt az erkély is tiszta kosz. A fürdőszoba kellemetlen szagú, illetve a mosdó kialakítása- kézmosáshoz is bekell lépni a zuhanyzóba. Az ágy nagyon puha.

Surprisingly for Greece the quality of fruits and vegetables was not as expected.

I would say it's rather a three-star hotel.

Eravamo già stati in questa struttura e ci eravamo trovati divinamente. La struttura rimane valida ai nostri fini: abbiamo dormito comodamente, fatto una buona colazione e un bagno in piscina prima di andare in aeroporto. I letti sono comodi, la colazione buona.

La stanza piuttosto piccola con letti divisi. Alle nostre rimostranze hanno risposto che lo abbiamo richiesto noi (?). L'unica proposta alternativa è stato di unire i letti. Bagno maleodorante. Nessun servizio pasti in camera, per cena hanno soltanto il ristorante rooftop altrimenti occorre uscire, Sinceramente, stavolta abbiamo trovato eccessivo il costo per il trattamento offerto.

El baño horroroso con una cortina y súper pequeño e incómodo. Los armarios fatal no cogía la ropa ni cajones ni nada. Las almohadas y colchones horribles y las cortinas de la habitación de los niños no cerraban y entraba toda la luz. La ubicación era un socarral, solo obras alrededor. Y la playa mala no, lo siguiente.

Love the staff, the food, and the pool. The room was a nice size.

The only negative is the size of the trash can in the bathroom. Since toilet paper can't be flushed, a larger size would have been nice since it filled up fast.

The pool area was nice and the breakfast area was good.

The rooms are incredibly noisy (the doors on the floor close really loudly, you can hear the pipes in the walls when other rooms flush the toilets, and the music at the pool starts at 0800am), the beds need replacement as they were too soft and the staff at the pool (the ladies) should really reconsider their jobs in hospitality.

Рядом ведётся строительство. Очень шумно и много пыли. Пока из-за этого не рекомендую выбирать этот отель для спокойного отдыха.

Super beau et propre. Bel emplacement proche du tram, de la plage et la ville a pied aussi (30min de marche par le bord de l'eau). Très bon petit déjeuner et belle piscine avec salle repas / cocktail. Personnels aimables. Toit ouvrant sur la piscine donc utilisable au soleil et sous la pluie!

Chambre non insonorisé. On entend tout ce qui se passe dans le couloir (lors de notre séjour, il y avait une équipe scolaire de jeune américain donc plus bruyant qu'à l'habitude.) Travaux en face de la chambre donc bruit dès 7h ou 8ham. Piscine non chauffé et pas d'entrée progressive. Échelle verticale uniquement. Mais j'en ai profité et je l'ai quand meme apprécié.

We paid for a good sea views room but they gave us room 110 which was over the roof of swimming pool with not nice sea views , after my complaining they offered us free lunch and drinks instead which was great
