The lobby and downstairs area were good looking and the staff were mostly friendly. We also felt very safe because there was always security present. The restaurant was good as well although there were a lot of hidden fees.

The rooms are very outdated and the beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable, which made it very difficult to sleep. The photos are also misleading. We specifically asked why our room looked nothing like the rooms shown in the pictures, and were simply told that those photos were of a different room. The man at the reception was not helpful and did not want to offer us another room. In one of our connecting rooms, the TV WiFi did not work even though this was advertised as a feature. When we asked about it, we were simply told that it was not possible. The hotel WiFi itself was also very slow and unreliable. It is clear that a lot has been invested in the beautiful lobby and other luxury-looking areas, but unfortunately the actual rooms do not match that standard at all. For the price you pay, we expected much better quality and service.

The housekeeping was top notch.

The reception people they were rude and arrogant. The rooms were bad and firstly they gave us the room which was dirty and the bathroom was stinky.

Breakfast was good

Two twin beds pushed together different heights, floor was filthy, gray stuff in the bathtub, no tissues, no extra toilet paper, and very little on roll.

I didn’t like anything about the hotel it was really pathetic property looks good from outside but it is very disgusting from inside

I was recently around the Patel Nagar area with my wife for an arend after finishing their and I wanted a nice and quiet place to have a relaxed breakfast. I am so glad I choose the coffee shop ads Siddharth hotel. When I reached the breakfast time was over so I ordered ala carte. Anyhow I would have liked ala carte over a buffet. The staff were relaxed and welcoming, these ambience was nice and we had a good breakfast. I would recommend a window tables which provide nice view of the greens outside. I ordered an item called Delhi breakfast and it turns out to be super nice. It had an omelette potato wedges some breads and bacon. Since I am not a fan of bacon I requested that it be changed with chicken and the staff were accommodating and arranged the same with a smile. My wife also enjoyed the experience and now wants to go and try other meal periods. Thank you

Kaur Singh at the concierge was really great. As were the waiting staff at Cafe Resto, very pleasant and helpful. The chefs make good food and the restaurant is good too.

The lady at the reception wasn't very good when we checked in a few days earlier. Not at all helpful until her male colleague intervened and helped us move to a twin room as per our booking. The hotel isnt clean.... alot of dust all over the room that had us keep requesting the housekeeping staff to clean. Which they still did a poor job hence necessitating us to wipe down some areas ourselves. 😌😪

I wouldn't even recommend coming here. THEY SHOULD PUT A SIGN NO CHILDREN ALLOWED as nothing is accessable for children, why even promote Jacuzzi, gym, spa when only adult can access it. EVEN with parents permission they won't allow it . Just save your money and don't come here. Also very old tv and bathrooms. Even after saying so much they won't clean the room too.

Every time I book , I have to wait atleast 1 hour to get my room ( if I prefer check in around 11:30 am. There’s no foot towel provided in the bathroom The housekeeping do not clean the room if the CLEAN MY ROOM tag is not hanged on the door. I was not provided the tag & they left my room uncleaned

One of the decent stay options near to Rajendra Nagar and Karol bagh area with comfortable rooms. However rooms are non smoking. Food quality is Ok.

Very nice stay, cordial staff. Housekeeping staff mr. Sandeep and Mr Manan was phenomenal.

Location was accessible & wherever we required. Early room checkin was provided to one of our team member Good ambient conference hall with separate dinner space. But there was a problem in the air conditioning both in the hall as well as our room. Catering staff were good at their job. Overall it was good.

I have just checked in at JP Siddharth, and I am already extremely disappointed. From the very beginning, there has been a complete lack of hospitality and basic courtesy. There is no bellboy available to assist with luggage, which is quite surprising. The front desk staff, especially Nisha and Shivani, are very unprofessional and lack basic manners. Their behavior at the reception is rude and unwelcoming, making the experience even worse. At this point, I am not satisfied in any way. I will somehow manage to stay for one night and plan to check out tomorrow. This is just the beginning—let’s see what else unfolds under such a reputed brand name. Overall, the hotel feels poorly managed and far below acceptable standards. I would not recommend anyone to stay here.

Very disappointing The rooms were visibly worn out, with outdated and damaged furniture that felt more like a budget lodge than a luxury hotel. The fittings and fixtures were old & poorly maintained. Cleanliness was a major concern the room and common areas did not meet even basic hygiene expectations for a property of this category. There were no towels, bath mats and house slippers. It was given only when asked for. Anyways did not use them as they were no so clean. I thought my breakfast was included. The staff did not mention it till I served and started to have my breakfast. They should have mentioned at the entrance for me to make a choice. For a hotel that markets itself as 5-star, the lack of upkeep and attention to detail is unacceptable. With significant improvements in maintenance, cleanliness, and refurbishment, this place could potentially live up to its claims. As it stands, it does not offer value for the price or the rating it holds.
