The only downside was the lighting in the living room. There was no ceiling light, only a floor lamp, so the room felt quite dim in the evening.

A ocean view kilátás a fjordra nézett, csodálatos és nyugtató volt. Érdemes ezt választani. Ágyak kényelmesek, nagyméretűek. A reggelizőhelység tágas, a reggeli bőséges, választékos és minőségi. A hotelen látszik, hogy gondos gazdája van, mert több mint 100 éve a vendégek kedvébe jár. A parkolás kiváló. Parkja gondozott, a fjord partján szép sétákat lehet tenni.

Ich hätte gerne ein Zimmer mit Balkon/Terrasse und mit Blick auf den Fjord gehabt, und nicht zur Straße. Betten waren etwas zu weich. Wasser läuft aus der Dusche. Das aufklappbare Bett quietscht.

Tuvimos un problema familiar y debimos acortar la estancia dos días. Avisamos al llegar y dejamos las habitaciones libres sábado y domingo para que pudiera volver a ocuparlas, pero no nos reembolsaron absolutamente nada. Lo peor fue el trato, con una sensación de pasar absolutamente del tema. Booking tampoco hizo nada al respecto, a pesar de ser cliente durante 20 años. Probablemente deje de utilizar esta plataforma

Ingenting. Litt trangt på parkeringen, men stor gratis parkeringsplass bare 100 meter unna.

Unfortunately very loud building works directly outside our room starting at 0700 with drilling and banging. No warning of this at check in and despite promises from staff that this would be stopped it didn’t. If you are going to book here make sure to check the status of the building works.

A guest puked in the dining area and elevator. Guests had to cover it because there was no staff to take care of it (once they were there, they did nothing waiting till cleaning came). Guest left to a different area for breakfast. Fire alarm went off on the first night, resulting in a hotel evacuation. Staff didnt know what to do or what the source was. Fire department came to check. No sign it was to safe to return to the room. No apologies or compensation. Fire alarm went of 3 (!!) times in the second night at various hours. Telling at check-out, staff were rude and didn't take any responsibility and accountability. No apologies, just stating that it is as it is. She was incredibly rude to guests before us as well who also complained about the fire alarm going of 3 times. A sincere apology would have gone a long way Stains on the couch Stains on the bedsheets Balcony was covered with bird pooh Table on the balcony was broken (could not put a cup on it) Windows outside were extreme dirty

Reviewed Jun 22, 2026Dejlig morgenbuffet. Særdeles venligt og serviceminded personale. Forbavsende mange gode spisesteder i nærheden. Virkelig dejligt med sauna lige uden for hotellet. Efter en våd og kølig dag med vandretur, gjorde det godt at blive varmet igennem.

Staff is not greeting guests at all, talking with each other in their own language at breakfast. The hotel should get and update, it looks too old even though that is the style.

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026Cet hôtel est plein de charme, le déjeuner est très bon - compris dans le prix. Les chambres dans le Bâtiment ancien n’ont rien de comparable avec les nouvelles chambres plus modernes dans la nouvelle partie du bâtiment ( sans âme) .

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our rooms featured private balconies overlooking the fjord, offering truly spectacular views. The accommodations were exceptionally comfortable and the breakfast buffet was outstanding with a wide variety of delicious choices.
