خدمة الغرف سيئة ولا يتم التجاوب حتى عند طلب مياه الشرب يعطونك علبه واحدة وحنا ثلاثه

بس لو يكون وقت المساء عادي للمقيمين بالفندق الجلوس والاستمتاع بقرب من المسبح كاتغير روتين عن الغرفه

المكان نظيف الموظفين جدا متعاونين ماعندي مشكله ارجع علشان الخدمه مريحين بشكل + خامة اللحاف اعجبتني و السرير مريح جدا للنوم

الفطور ياليت يركزون عليه اكثر بس نعمه الحمدلله

The location and reception staff

The hotel location was the only good thing. The hotel rooms are in terrible condition. Starting from 1. Room TV which never worked 2. Wake-up calls 3. The toilet was worse than a public toilet at railways with flush not working, sink blocked, terrible silicon all over the corners 4. Room lamps shades were twisted, wires as old as 50 years 5. Breakfast menu and service was very bad, I will not pay a dollar for such breakfast, and the staff weren't any better either. I have stayed at this hotel many times years ago and back then the situation wasn't like this at all. It needs immediate attention. I wish if my 3 days stay could be refunded!!

تعامل فرد من تنظيف الغرف في الدور 3 + المناديل في الغرفة رائحتها سيئه ما قدرت استعملها + كل السوائل في الحمام تعبئتها قليلة جدا لدرجة ان صابون اليد فارغ + الثلاجة لا تبرد + الماء المزود للغرفة حجمه صغير + في يومنا الثاني لم يقدم بيض في الفطور وهو اساسي بالنسبة لي + لم يتم ترقية الغرفة بالرغم من اني حجزت من بوكينج ويصح لي الترقية

اتمنى يشتغلون على منطقة الالعاب مافيها الا كوخ واحد والمطعم الي جمب المسبح مغلق اتمنى يفتح ويستغل صح ولا يوجد حارس انقاذ عند المسبح

the reception guys accommodated us the next day though the fact, our booking got cancelled due to some reason. It was really good experience to be in. loved the stay !

Towels were a little short, since they were having 100% occupancy.

المكيف معطّل بشكل كامل على مستوى الفندق ويشمل جميع الغرف والمرافق لمده اكثر من 3 ليالي، والمشكله الاعظم ان الفندق يستقبل الزوار ونزلاء الفندق ولا يبلغهم عن هذه المشكله. ايضا، عند ابلاغ الاداره بهذه المشكله يتغافلون عن الشكاوي ويستسهلون المشكله وكأنها عاديه. اغلب النزلاء يجلسون في لوبي الفندق وليس في غرفهم لانه المكيف الوحيد الذي يعمل في الفندق كامل. اضافه على ماسبق، جميع قاعات الزواج والمناسبات المكيف فيها متعطل بشكل كامل ولم يتخذ الفندق اي اجراء لتصليح المشكله او جلب شركه/شخص من الخارج للاصلاح، وإنما يحاججون النزلاء ان ليس بيدنا حل ولا نستطيع جلب احد من الخارج لان يوجد عقد اتفاقيه صيانه المكيفات مع وكيل المكيفات. بالنسبه لسعر الليله غير مقبول ومبالغ فيه لان الديكور والاثاث قديم ومتهالك.

النظافة الغرف الأدوات المستخدمة في الحمام سئة وقديمة ومستخدمة ولم يت تغييرها واخبرنا الاستقال بهذا

Actually I’m staying in Riyadh I have booked two rooms for me and my friends before we move from Riyadh , ones we reached the hotel the reception guy said I can’t give you the rooms because our AC not working since morning time , I asked the guy way no one contacted me at least since its not working from morning he said nothing even he didn’t say sorry, i spend 2 hours looking for a room , just please imagine after 4 hours driving and again you stay in the car driving and searching for room , please note that the hotel he must keep someone who can handle gust and this rooms was booked maybe before 3 days not in Same day so if there any changes the hotel inform us

أقمت فيه قبل شهر تقريبا على وضعه هذا.. من أسوأ الفنادق سيء لا أنصح به يحتاج إلى إعادة تأهيل وإهتمام أكبر بنظافة المفارش لن أعيد التجربة طالما ظل على وضعه المتردي هذا الفرع يسيء لسمعة هوليداي إن. إما أن يُغلق أو أن إدارة السلسلة تتخذ إجراء صارم لتحسين وضعه. حتى تعامل أحد العمال (أظن أنه من الروم سيرفس) كان تعامل جاف وبعيد عن بيئة الضيافة. الحسنة الوحيدة اللي حبيتها في الفندق هو موظفي الإستقبال فقط وتعاملهم المحترم.

The rooms and ambiance is so nice and clean so with the staff and management are so approachable and accomodating

Mar yahiya was excellent

The hotel was very outdated, dirty and unkept. No water in the gym, my toiletries were not refilled like shampoo, conditioner, soap or lotion. The carpets throughout the entire hotel were so dirty. All finishings were so old and very much in need of updating.

The entire hotel was not at all what I expected. Very dirty, outdated and falling a part.

Only the staff on the reception

The hotel is not clean, and they need to get new furniture because even the towels are no longer usable. The walls are dusty, and even the ceiling is dirty. There are spider webs on the ceiling.

اسعار المطعم والبوفيه غالية جدا ومبالغ بها ،، المواقف بعيده آمل ايجاد حل لهذا الموضوع ،، الخدمة بطيئة بسبب قلة العمالة لديهم

اسعار البوفيه والمطعم مبالغ بها جدا،،الخدمة بطيئة جدا،، المواقف قليله والمتوفره بعيده،،كما يوجد بوابات ممكن فتحها لتسهيل الوصول لداخل الفندق بدلا من وجود باب واحد فقط

First of all, I would like to give a big thank you to Mr. Turki for being an exceptional host. We had an issue with the booking but he went out of his way to make sure we had a pleasant stay. He was there throughout to assist us. The hotel is very nice and better than the overall rating of the hotel. The rooms were large and beds were very comfortable. The pool was also very nice. Breakfast was delicious and had good options. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely consider staying here again. Lastly, again a big thank you to Mr. Turki!

Usually hotels provide 2 bathing towels for a stay of 2-3 people. There was only 1 bathing towel but it was not big of an issue. You can always ask for an additional one.

The staff was very accommodating, especially Turki and Mohammed. They helped us with everything, Turki even went an extra mile to facilitate us with breakfast and late checkout. The rooms were big and clean, and the beds were super comfortable. The pool was clean and nice (could have been bigger) and I had a great time with my family. Would recommend others.
