There were no air conditioners, rooms do not have proper curtains, they do not cover the sun at all so I couldn’t sleep properly at all. No smart TV either

Stayed at the hotel on Friday night rooms where clean and tidy don't bother with the restaurant attached to the hotel service appallingly slow. Found a great place to eat across the square Resso's.

Die Lage ist optimal. Die Nähe des Bahnhofs und der direkte Weg in die Stadt sind top. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und ausreichend ausgestattet. Das Frühstückbuffet ist umfangreich bestückt und lässt keine oder kaum Wünsche offen.

Tesisin konumu çok iyi, çok merkezi. Odaları çok güzel döşenmiş ve konforlu. Tren istasyonuna bakan odada kaldık. Pencerelerin ses izolasyonu o kadar iyi ki, hiç gürültü duymadık. Yataklar ve koltuklar çok rahat. Mini bara her gün soğuk içecek koymaları ve tümünün bedava olması çok hoş bir jest.

Otelin benim gözümde şahane olmasına engel tek şey, kahvaltıdaki otel çalışanları. Kahvaltı salonunun üst kısmında, aydınlık taraftaki tüm masalar yasaklı. Kahvaltı görevlileri orada oturmanıza izin vermiyor. İstediğiniz masada oturmanıza izin vermiyorlar. Onların uygun gördüğü masaya oturmak zorundasınız. Okuldaki bir çocuğu azarlayan sert öğretmenler gibi davranıyorlar, ve bu hiç hoş değil. Kalabalık otelde kocaman üst kahvaltı salonu boş dururken, biz neden alt kısımda karanlıkta tıkış tıkış oturmak zorundayız? Kahvaltı organizasyonu ve çalışanları gözden geçirilmeli!

Great value for money, amazing service (far above average in Germany), convenient location, very good breakfast and check-out until 12.

The location might be noisy (people partying and yelling on the weekend), but that was to be expected from close proximity to Hbf and city centre.

Deres morgenmadsbuffet var under standarten for et 4 stjernet hotel. Trist og tørt pålæg/ost. Men det værste var den tynde filterkaffe man fik tilbudt, som eneste mulighed. Vi skriver altså 2026, og alle andre hoteller i denne klasse har fået installeret en større kaffemaskine, så man selv kan vælge alm. kaffe/espresso eller en cappuccino.

Good location, good staff, good food - no air con. Room was a little stuffy, not helped by road maintenance outside the hotel. However we would stay there again.

Plusieurs parkings publics à la proximité de l'hôtel, mais accès difficile du fait des nombreux travaux dans le quartier

We were easily offered another bedroom because our first choice didn't have air con. Obviously we had to pay more but the Reception staff was extremely understanding a did their best to find us a room immediately. The room found was exactly what we wished.. Thank you

We didn't have breakfast, as we found it a bit on the expensive side. The hotel has a charming, classic style. While it isn't modern, it has an elegant, timeless character, and it's clear that considerable effort is made to maintain its refined appearance. The staff were very friendly. Although their English could be a little stronger, communication was never a problem. There are several public parking areas nearby, so parking itself isn't an issue. However, arriving by car for the first time can be slightly confusing. On the other hand, if you're traveling by train, the hotel's location is excellent and very convenient.

The hotel's surroundings were probably the only aspect we didn't particularly like, although this seemed to reflect a broader issue in Hannover rather than the hotel itself. The city was surprisingly lively and multicultural, but we also noticed a significant number of people who appeared to be homeless. There were often small or larger groups of individuals whose behavior created a general impression of insecurity. Although we never experienced any unpleasant incidents ourselves, even when walking around late at night, the atmosphere may make some visitors feel less comfortable. Another drawback was the lack of air conditioning. We stayed during a period of exceptionally hot weather, and while the hotel provided a fan, it was not sufficient to keep the room comfortable. Sleeping with the windows open was also difficult because of the noticeable street noise.

Vom Rezeptionspersonal wurde nicht wirklich vernünftig erklärt wie die reduzierte Bezahlung im nahen Parkhaus funktioniert, sodass ich den vollen Preis entrichten mußte. Dies wurde bei der Rückkehr an die Rezeption und Erläuterung achselzuckend zur Kenntnis genommen. Die Mitarbeiterin wirkte sehr desinteressiert.

Ho apprezzato molto la posizione centrale della struttura, che permette di raggiungere facilmente le principali attrazioni. Inoltre, il parcheggio convenzionato indicato dall'hotel è stato molto comodo e ha reso il soggiorno ancora più pratico.

L'arredamento e la struttura risentono un po' del tempo, ma nel complesso il soggiorno è stato piacevole.

La ubicación cerca de la estación de tren. El desayuno muy bueno tenían de todo lo que me gustaba. El personal muy amable tanto el de recepción como el de restauración. La habitación del tamaño ideal para pasar una noche.

The staff were very friendly, and the food in the restaurant was excellent. The breakfast was also very good indeed. The hotel is located on Ernst-August Platz, right opposite the main railway station, and on the edge of the shopping area.

I was there for three nights during a sweltering summer. I would have expected a hotel of this quality to have air-conditioned rooms, but it doesn't. My room was on the north side of the hotel, which helped, and to be fair the hotel did provide fans. Roadwork outside fortuitously helped to keep traffic levels well down. In the end I managed to sleep well.

Der Empfang war super. Sehr freundlicher junger Mann. Das Zimmer war nicht schön. Die Auslegware war total fleckig. Ausstattung war Oldscool für den Preis. Badewanne geht garnicht, totale Ausrutschgefahr !!! Vor unserem Zimmer war eine Baustelle . Warum macht man keinen Preisnachlass ?

Baustelle vorm Fenster passt nicht mit Zimmerpreis zusammen. Auslegware total fleckig im Zimmer und im Zreppenaufgang.

Das Zimmer war sehr komfortabel, das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war den Preis auf jeden Fall wert.

Der einzige Nachteil ist die Lage direkt gegenüber dem Hauptbahnhof: Bei geöffnetem Fenster ist es auch in den frühen Morgenstunden recht laut. Mit geschlossenem Fenster ist das Zimmer jedoch angenehm ruhig.

Hotel ist sehr zentral und sehr sauber

Für den Zimmerpreis hätte ich ein wenig mehr erwartet! Die Zimmer sind schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen.

Zentral gelegenes Hotel direkt am Hauptbahnhof mit viel Potential. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Der Inhalt der Minibar war kostenlos, leider war kein Bier oder Wein dabei.

Das Inventar ist leider bereits in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmer sind relativ klein und die Sauberkeit hätte etwas besser sein können. Überall alter Teppichboden.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would happily return. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and faced the central station. Even though Hannover was exceptionally busy during our stay with the Schützenfest, the FIFA World Cup, and a weekend crowd, we were pleasantly surprised by how little noise we experienced. There is a police station nearby, so you may occasionally hear sirens, but that's obviously beyond the hotel's control. Simply closing the windows at night solved the issue, and during the day we kept the curtains closed and opened the windows for fresh air. The restaurant was excellent. The staff were genuinely friendly, attentive, and quick. A real highlight was the restaurant manager preparing fresh beef tartare tableside—it was delicious and added a special touch to the evening. Considering the quality of the food and service, the prices were very reasonable for a four-star hotel. We also really enjoyed both the à la carte and buffet breakfast, which offered plenty of choice and excellent quality. In the evenings, the outdoor terrace was a lovely place to relax with a cold drink while watching the city go by. This is a city hotel, exactly as the name "Central" suggests. Naturally, you should expect some level of city noise, just as you would in any hotel located in the heart of a major city. If you're particularly sensitive to noise, you can always request a room facing away from the central station. My father stayed in one of those rooms and heard virtually nothing at all. That said, even our front-facing room was much quieter than we had expected. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value, great service, comfortable rooms, and a fantastic central location. We would definitely recommend it.

The location was extremely handy for the railway station. The room was simple but comfortable.

Ontbijt.Was dit in het verleden exelent,nu ronduit zeer matig.Fabrieksbrood,, ipv lekker Duits brood.Goedkoopste yogurt, Een onmogelijke sapperser die lawaai maakt en bitter smakende sinasapplesap produceert.zOngeschikt voor een hotelgebruik. Eiergdrecht werd eerst afgeweerd." Er staan maar 2 man in de keuken...Na aanhouden dantoch gebracht. Kamers zijn ok,maar stofffering is oud en versleten. Badkamerscheur in wadbak zat er ook karen geleden al.

När jag hade fönstret öppet fick jag in mycket röklukt från folk som rökte på gatan/uteserveringen nedanför.

Der TV hat nicht funktioniert. Nach mehreren erfolglosen Nachbesserungsversuchen wurde mir ein anderes Zimmer mit funktionierendem TV zugewiesen,. Darüber ist es so spät geworden, dass ich es kurz vor 21 Uhr zum Abendessen im Hotel geschafft habe, nämlich um 20.45. Später hätte ich nicht mehr bestellen dürfen. Am Sonntag bin ich um 14.45 in ihrem Cafe erschienen und wollte Kuchen und Tee bestellen. Mir wurde bedeutet, wir schließen um 16.00.

De kamer had geen airco. De nacht van 27 op 28 juni 2026 was een van de heetste ooit gemeten in Duitsland. Het was ruim 30 graden in de hotelkamer.

Personal war super nett und hilfsbereit.

Im Zimmer gibt es keine Klimaanlage, nur Ventilator, welcher unglaublich laut ist. Es war auch nicht möglich das Fenster aufzumachen, weil die betrunkene Menschen draußen die ganze Nacht geschrien haben sowie viele Autos mit lauter Musik die ganze Nacht vorbeigefahren. Außerdem Bett war ziemlich eng, Matratze hart und unbequem. Ich habe dementsprechend kaum geschlafen.

Minizimmer, unglaublicher Hitzestau. Wurde bei Vollsonneneistrahlung 38 Grad mit offenem Fenster präsentiert. Ich bekam aber eine Flasche Wasser extra... Mag in anderen Zimmern anders sein. Personaldame an der Reze war mega lieb und freundlich.

Sammelstaub überall, Bettlaken mit Tintenfleck, Steckdose im Bad in der Dose extrem dreckig. Offenbar hatte man seit Jahren nicht auf eine saubere Erscheinung der Steckdose geachtet. Es war einfach ekelhaft, diese benutzen zu müssen.

Direkt ggü Hbf, dafür und für Erkundung der Fußgängerzone perfekt. Schönes altes Gebäude, freundliches Personal. Zwei Flaschen Wasser in Minibar kostenfrei.

Matratze ist in Plastik verpackt da schwitzt man beim schlafen. Blick aus Fenster in quadratischen Innenhof, Fenster im Badezimmer in 2,5 m Höhe unerreichbar.

Zimmer sehr geräumig und sauber, Lage hervorragend, Personal sehr zuvorkommend, Frühstück sehr reichhaltig, allerdings war das Personal nicht so aufmerksam und wir mussten lange auf den Kaffee warten.

I needed silence during a time of recovery. My room was perfect. The hotel team kindly accommodated my requests. You can’t imagine how important it was for me to have the room I had. No noise, no interruptions during my needed quiet recovery time. I feel beyond grateful.

Topplage direkt am HBF, leider kein Sport oder Coworking - Bereich. Aktuell im Juni waren Bauarbeiten im Umfeld, Zimmer konnte ich aber problemlos auf eine ruhige Lage wechseln.

Kein Wellness oder vegane Speisen im Angebot. Supernettes Receptionsteam. Gerne wieder.

The hotel is situated opposite the train station and is in a great location for Bars, Restaurants, Shopping and visiting the sights of Hannover. Rooms are a reasonable size and clean. Service was good from the moment we checked in Would recommend

My room was a shame. Very small . I was really disapointed to have the room I had for the price I´ve payed. It´s an absurd an Hotel of this level and price , offer a room like that. Be sure that I wil never stay in this hotel again.

Location is great, visible from the train station and just a 2 minute walk. The rooms and the decor is very tired. Nothing broken but just very dated and could do with new carpets and a lick of paint at the very least. The view was also a very grimy for the price I paid. However, the staff are super nice and helpful. Although when we had lunch there one of the days it took longer than normal to take our order because our designated server didn’t speak English. Breakfast is fine and the coffee is ok. Nothing special though. You pay for the location with this one.
