The beach and the breakfast were excellent

There was a bad smell in the central area of the hotel and in the bathroom. The sofa bed in the living room was extremely uncomfortable, nobody can sleep in that.

El Hotel necesita remodelación, el cuarto olía bien fuerte a humedad y todo lo de adentro necesita un update, baño y furniture.

Uno de los elevadores fuera de servicio, cada vez que llamaba al teléfono el Housekeeping nunca me contestaron. Se me acabo el jabón y tuve que bañarme con shampoo.

Muchas cosas. La personal que me atendió en la recepción era muy poco amable (no sé si tuve mala suerte) salvo la encargada que sí me atendió adecuadamente. Las instalaciones muy pobres. El hotel necesita una actualización. La calidad de los acabados es pésima, se ve que han repintado pero sin cuidar no manchar ascensores, carpintería, etc. creo que salta a la vista la baja calidad. En cuanto pude me fui.

The location near the beach was great. The pool and balcony had a beautiful ocean view, and the pool itself was nice and clean. Breakfast was good, lunch was okay, and dinner was fine. The convenience store on-site had the basics covered. The beach was nice. There were also great amenities nearby, like go-kart racing, bowling, a casino, and golfing.

Unfortunately, housekeeping was inconsistent throughout our stay, we had reused or dirty linens on more than one night, and at one point found live bugs in our bedding. It was also difficult to reach the front desk by phone, so most requests meant walking there in person, sometimes several times in a day. We also ran into a broken fridge and some mold and maintenance issues in the room. The pet relief area was quite small, more like a tiny triangle of space, and poop bags weren't provided, though thankfully I travel with my own since I have a service animal. One evening (our third night), after 8 PM with no other guests around, staff let us know my service animal couldn't be near the pool area. We hadn't disturbed any other guests, and a service animal is meant to remain with its handler at all times, so this felt like an unnecessary restriction given the circumstances.

I had a great stay at Embassy Suites by Hilton Dorado del Mar Beach Resort this past weekend. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing, which made it easy to settle in and enjoy the stay. The pool was great and provided a nice place to relax, and the breakfast was a wonderful way to start each day. There was a good overall atmosphere throughout the resort, and the experience was exactly what I was hoping for during a weekend getaway. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider staying here again. I would recommend Embassy Suites Dorado del Mar to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing place to stay in Puerto Rico.

honestly didn’t have any issues or concerns during my stay. Everything was great, from the welcoming atmosphere to the pool and breakfast. I had a very enjoyable experience overall.

The room was quite dated and some furniture was broken and in bad shape.

Lo mas que me gustó fue el trato tan amable de sus empleados, todos muy serviciales y atentos también. La ubicación es excelente, estas cerca de farmacias, restaurantes y tiendas. También cerca de balnearios, pero su playa es hermosa.

Air conditioner was not cold, could not sleep due to how hot the room was. 2 of the 4 bath towels had black stains. The sofa cushions were stinky, like they never wash them.

Deberían de remodelar el baño de la habitación ya que habían partes mohosas. Si la habitación era para 5 personas deberían de colocar una cama Queen y una full.

The amenities were good enough and it’s pretty. The best thing was the hot water and the free breakfast.

The pool is not big enough for the amount of people that stay there every weekend. The air conditioning in the rooms was god awful. The carpet has moister stains and when you walked barefoot, you could feel it being damp. The staff was nice enough for not to be an inconvenience. But whenever you asked for help, they seemed like they hated their job.

El Buffet Había una señora llamada Mayra q nos asistió a otro nivel ...se me vino un vaso de agua yo lo queria limpiar pero ella no me permitió .. Ell fue muy pero muy atenta... Deberían de tener más personal como ella ...

El baño estaba sucio y no tenía gorro para el cbello ni jabón y el aire acondicionado no servía.. Lo informamos en el lobby y nunca nadie subió a revisarlo...

It was my only choice

Too expensive for one night $500 for an old fashion facilities, with dust and mold at bathroom furniture, a/c can’t be set below 72, stinky and sticky carpet, breakfast until 9:30am, personnel with very bad actitudes, in the end, never come again and will never recommend it.

Lo unico que nos gustó es que el tamaño de las habitaciones son grandes, son suites.

la lista es larga.. lo que más nos sorprendio para mal fue el mal estado de las habitaciones, estaban en muy mal estado, sofas sucios, nevera llena de oxido, cortinas rotas, un desproposito.. Mi pensamiento al llegar a la habitacion fue de cambiar de hotel, lo hubieramos hecho pero al ser temporada alta no hubo posibilidad en otros hoteles. En cuanto a la playa, muy muy dejada, muy pocas hamacas y la mitad estaban rotas, la arena llena de piedras, dificultaba andar sin chancletas. En cuanto al desayuno, era 100% americano y muy poca variedad, salchichas, huevos revueltos, tortillas, salsas.. los dulces muy pocos y parecian del mes pasado, fruta fresca muchos dias ninguna, y solo hubo naranja, platano y manzana... los zumos eran muy artificiales de una maquina expendedora. En resumen, si hubiera podido cambiar de hotel lo hubiera hecho, y por supuesto no volvere. NECESITA UNA URGENTE REMODELACION!!!!!!!!!!!!

El aseo de las habitaciones muy regular, el desayuno debe ser todos los días hasta las 10.30am ya que uno esta en modo vacaciones,el desayuno deben de variar las opciones ya que hay muy poca variedad, debe haber opciones de almuerzos con un menú variado, Colocar una mesita auxiliar en el balcón, deben tener opciones de colchón ortopédico

This Embassy Suites does not live up to the reputation that Embassy Suites has. It was more like a large Motel 6. The hotel needs a lot of updates-the carpet in the halls is fraying and tattered and could cause a tripping hazard. The lights on the elevators don't work properly-you had to go up in order to go down. Paint is peeling around the room entry doorframes. There was rust and mold all over our bathroom. The faucet on the tub and the wet bar sink was leaking--meaning no one on housekeeping ever reported this to maintenance to fix. The room was very dark and dreary. The toilet is made for a child--it is so low that it is extremely difficult for a tall person to sit down and get up. THE WORST-there was a wedding party that had a live band in one of the ballrooms. We were placed in a room directly above. Our room was banging and vibrating for over 4 hours from the music!! After traveling all day, we were wanting to get some sleep and were unable due to the loud music below us!! We called to complain twice and at 11:00 pm we went to talk with the MOD. His response was--"No one else is complaining" "I can't hear it in my office" He did nothing to address our issues & concerns. He said he can't do anything about if he is unaware. That would be the fault of the staff not informing him. We looked at the rooms around us--they were all unoccupied. That is why no one else complained!! Simple solution for the hotel--when you have a party with a live band--DO NOT place anyone in the rooms right above. Or place members of the wedding party there. They wouldn't be bothered because they are at the party. It was 3 days later before someone else was available to speak with about the situation. It is difficult to get into the property. There is always a long line of cars at the gate. After cking in, the room key should work at the gate. This hotel is way overpriced for what you don't get.

Todo estuvo bien sin embargo, hay falta de personal en el área de barra y cocina. En el área de piscina pocas sillas y no pude disfrutar esa área como quería.
