We stayed at Lautrup Park Hotel for one night, and unfortunately our overall experience was a bit disappointing. We arrived about 1.5 hours before check in and asked if our room was ready. We were told we could not check in early, which was perfectly understandable. Our comfort room was on the ground floor. It felt quite dark, with limited natural light, and there was no air conditioning. The room was also not as clean as we had expected. We had booked a double bed but were given two single beds instead. The room itself was small and lacked the comfort and quality we expected from this type of hotel. The bed was comfortable, though. The wine bar area looked stylish and inviting, but that was the main highlight of the hotel. During our stay, several buses arrived with groups of guests, making the hotel quite noisy. On the positive side, the hotel offers free parking, and the location is convenient, with easy access to the S train for a quick trip into central Copenhagen. The reception staff were polite, but the service felt very basic. They did what was required, but we did not experience the welcoming and service minded attitude that makes a hotel stay memorable. Overall, this hotel is suitable if you simply need a place to sleep for the night. However, if you are looking for a comfortable and enjoyable hotel experience, you may leave feeling disappointed.

Perfekt för oss som var ute på cykelsemester, enkelt och smidigt att stanna en natt på vår rutt.Fick ta med cyklarna på rummet vid förfrågan. Bra med restaurang på hotellet, god mat, trevlig bar, god frukost

Saknade liten hylla i duschen till egna schampo mm, o nån krok att hänga kläder på.

Vandet fra vandhanen i værelset smagte underligt, der var en bi smag ved det.

Flot område reception og bar

Dårlig og mangelfuld morgenmad, pap brød og ringe kaffe, uden mulighed for bedre kaffe. Samt service utilfredsstillende da jeg spurgte om der var tebirkes og wienerbrød "jo. men det er desværre udsolgt" da var klokken 8.30 og under al kritik, at der ikke findes en løsning. Samtidig da jeg kom, du har fået et køligt værelse, hvilket ikke passede, og kl 4 stod solen på de 3 vinduer, og ingen air-con.

Rigtig hyggeligt sted med hyggelig vinbar. Det ligger tæt på indkøb og grønt område. Morgenmaden var super og værelset fint.

Sengen bestod af to enkeltsenge og ikk én stor seng. Døren til brusekabinen lukker ikke tæt, hvilket medfører vådt gulv og der er ingen svaber eller lign til at få vandet væk.

Many windows have good natural light BUT it was on ground floor overlooking car park. No privacy. Had to close the curtains.

All was fine. Rather pricey for what it is but that is to be expected in the business park location.

Es gibt im Zimmer zwar eine Garderobe, aber für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt keinen Schrank : man lebt also aus dem Koffer. Aber das Zimmer bietet dafür ausreichend Platz.

Upon arrival to this property, you worry whether you're in the right place, but once you see the entrance and walk in, the entire experience is positive. This hotel feels very new, it's furnished nicely and the downstairs areas that greet you are well kept, tidy and stylish. The food isn't bad, the bar is lovely, and the bar-man (Stijn I think?) was great fun, really knew his stuff and really entertained us with his knowledge of wizardry while we sipped on a tasty cold beer! The rooms are decent in size, noise from the corridors is unfortunately common, sound insulated doors would be a good upgrade, but the beds are comfortable and the TV inside the room that I stayed in was brand new and gigantic!! Coffee facilities are included, but some milk in the fridge would have been a nice touch, but for the price of this hotel, it's not an expectation. Overall, a great little property with free parking included, convenient for not being far from Copenhagen (10-15 minutes taxi) and a nice stylish place, despite being situated in the middle of an industrial office area.

Havde booket et værelse til to personer, men der var kun et håndklæde. Der var heller ingen kaffe på værelset som der ellers var reklameret med. Klargøring af værelset virkede ufuldendt.

Hotellet lå centralt forholdvis mit ærinde i området. Flot hotel, beliggende i et lidt kedeligt kontorbygningsområde. Hotellet har desuden en imponerende bar. Mange stjerner fra mig.

Good quality hotel with free parking. The room was large and included a water boiler. We did not book breakfast because we wanted to sleep longer and the check-out time was at 11:00 AM. There is a large Føtex supermarket next to the hotel, and you can use their bakery for breakfast.

Nothing negative to mention, except the check-out time of 11:00 AM, which is quite standard in Scandinavia.

Når man gik en tur i området ved hotellet, var det ikke muligt, at finde en bænk, at sætte sig på. Men ved hotellet var det muligt.

The room was quite spacious and comfortable. The hotel provides amenities such as soap and body cream from Rituals, which is a nice touch. There is also a supermarket nearby within walking distance, which is convenient.

We arrived at the hotel at 19:30 on Saturday, March 28th, after a long journey, expecting to have dinner at the hotel restaurant. However, the restaurant area was empty and unattended. After waiting for several minutes, a staff member finally appeared and informed us that the restaurant would close at 20:00 and that we could not order any proper meals—only snacks such as chips and nuts. To make matters worse, the nearby grocery store also closed at 20:00, leaving us with no food options at all. We were told that all staff were occupied with a wedding event taking place that evening. This was extremely disappointing. For a 4-star hotel, guests should be able to rely on basic services like dining, regardless of private events. It felt like regular guests were not a priority, which is unacceptable at this level. The experience at check-out was also frustrating (29th March, 9:20am). The receptionist presented the total amount to be paid without explaining what had been charged. When I asked for details, instead of listing the items, she questioned me about what I had consumed, in a way that felt as though I was being tested or doubted. I had to insist that it is my right to know exactly what I am being charged for. Only after that did she print the invoice. Overall, the service fell well below expectations and did not reflect the standards of a 4-star hotel.

Der var en yderst smagfuld og hyggelig atmosfære, når man kommer ind i receptionen. Personalet er imødekommende og man føler sig velkommen. Hotellet er generelt hyggeligt overalt, og man mærker ikke at der kan være mange gæster eller selskaber. Sengene var af rigtig god kvalitet og selv hovedpuden var perfekt. Det har vi sjældent oplevet på andre hoteller. Fin morgenmad og absolut intet at klage over. Der er reception 24 timer i døgnet.

Good location for business travel

The rooms that I have stayed in have both times been too warm with no other way to get cool air than opening the window. The bed is not super comfortable, but would be ok if the room would not be so hot. I would probably not be able to stay there during summer.

Location

The bathroom drains were clogged so water ran out of the shower and covered the entire floor. Room was not clean and a general non-hygienic sense of the facility.

Veldig fint rom. Rent bad og toalett. Hyggelig atmosfære på kvelden. Lyst rom med store glassdører. God plass på rommet med egen lenestol.

Eggerøre var smakløs og ikke god. Personalet fylte ikke opp med bestikk når det gikk tomt. Applesinjuice gikk også tom. De tok ikke av bordene og gjorde klar til nye gjester. Måtte be om ny kaffekopp.
