Breakfast was appalling, cereal was stale, eggs cold, coffee luke warm, only get 1/2 cup each serve. Room - no air-conditioning, black Mold in shower recess, shower door broken, shower drain blocked, I had to clean as water was overflowing from shower. Fans supplied were inadequate to produce sufficient air flow. overall, very poor room, would not recommend

Location and the first receptions was fantastic!!

There was a missing lock in the shared bathroom and they did nothing to fix or accommodate us with a different room. The Second Gentleman receptionist came to our room to verify the problem and did nothing to accommodate us or compensate us for the problem.

One of the positive things about this hotel is that the staff is very friendly and if you arrive earlier than check-in time they can store your luggage or if you are lucky they will give you a room before 2pm if it is ready, as happened to us, which made our day much easier as we arrived on a rainy morning. The reception is open 24 hours, Santa Lucia train station is very close to the hotel, there is a supermarket and a wide variety of restaurants nearby. Another nice thing was that our room was cleaned after the second evening.

I will be honest about this hotel review and I sincerely hope that the next people who want to stay here will read it. I stayed in Venice for 2 days, I read a lot of reviews about this hotel after I bought it, so I basically knew its minuses from other people's reviews. I knew it would be noisy, that it doesn't have a mini fridge, I knew it didn't have air conditioning, I knew the room was small. Moving on to my personal experience at this hotel, I can honestly tell you that indeed, the room is small (from the pictures shown on booking it looks much better but it is very old), the bathroom is extremely, extremely small, the bathroom door is extremely noisy, one thing that shocked us was the fact that the shower was not in the bathroom but separate. (I attached a photo of the shower.. it was very bad.. it has a white curtain in which you could see your partner taking a shower directly from the bed). The room was very cold, the crack in the door is very big and all the cold air comes in through there, so I improvised by putting towels on the floor (I attached the picture). As for the noise, it is very noisy and not because of the people on the street but from inside the hotel because you hear absolutely everything from the other rooms so it is very difficult to rest unless you are very tired. My opinion is that it is very expensive (500€ for 2 nights) considering that you do not have certain conditions. If you stay here I urge you to take slippers because it is very cold on the floor. It is by far the most unpleasant hotel I have stayed in.

Absolutely terrible hotel. The photos are completely misleading — the reality looks nothing like what is shown online. The room was dirty, damp, smelled awful, and felt extremely unhygienic. The bathroom was so dirty that we could not even bring ourselves to shower. Even the towels had a bad smell. Everything looked neglected, poorly maintained, and honestly disgusting. It was so bad that we left the next day even though we had already paid for the stay. One of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. Dirty, smelly, damp, misleading and absolutely not worth the money. I would never recommend this place.

No air conditioning in room and it was very hot while we were there. 2 room fans were provided which helped tremendously. The breakfast was adequate but not great. The lobby and stairs were dingy but it is an old European bldg. Though Booking.com classified this as a 3 star hotel, it is a 2 star hotel on their window which was more accurate. This is a pricey hotel for what you get.

localização. Veneza é caminhar, preferimos ficar próximos à Estação Veneza/Santa Lucia, porque caminhar na ida e na volta, com malas, é mto melhor quando se está próximo da estação.

O quarto não tinha ar - e não fez falta. Ao contrário, quarto super fresco (os dias eram de 30 graus ou mais - como ficamos só uma noite não pedimos uma colcha ou edredon a mais, mas podia ter um extra. Passamos um pouco de frio à noite, mas era algo que poderíamos ter resolvido pedindo.

La cosa assolutamente più bella è la posizione, a circa 200 metri dalla Stazione di Venezia Santa Lucia, lo staff gentile e disponibile e la colazione. E se non vi spaventa camminare anche Piazza San Marco ed il Ponte di Rialto non sono molto lontani, comunque sono molto vicine anche le strutture per i vaporetti. Vicini anche supermercati, ristoranti e negozietti di souvenir.

Secondo il mio modesto pensiero e parere, la struttura va un pochino rivista in termini di ristrutturazione ed anche un pochino di pulizia. Ci sono mancanze a livello strutturale, pavimento della nostra camera in alcuni punti rotto, presenza di segni neri su soffitto e pareti, cassetto del comodino che faticava a stare chiuso, da rivedere un po’ anche il bagno in generale alcuni interruttori poco o per nulla funzionanti… Ed alcune info riguardo alla camera soprattutto le foto non erano molto veritiere…. Ma queste vogliono essere critiche costruttive, io e la mia compagna siamo persone che si accontentano dell’hotel per dormire, farsi una doccia e fare colazione, quindi da questo punto di vista ok, ma rivedrei come dicevo alcuni aspetti sopra elencati (la nostra era la camera 42). Noi abbiamo fatto tre notti, magari per chi deve farne solo una o due soddisfa di più le esigenze.

Wir haben sehr kurzfristig gebucht und waren froh noch ein Quartier in der von uns gewünschten Lage zu bekommen. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Das Zimmer war sehr klein( kein Platz für einen Kasten), das mit allen notwendigen Utensilien ausgestattete Bad verlangte einige Verrenkungen um zum gewünschten Teil zu kommen. Viele Abnutzungsspuren.

サンタルチア駅を出てからは段差なしで徒歩4-5分で行ける近さであり、水上バス乗り場やも近い。すぐそばにスーパー（DE　SPAR）やレストラン、サンマルコやりアルトより手ごろ価格なお土産屋さんも沢山軒を連ねており便利だった。エレベーターもあって大型トランクがあっても全く問題なかった。

冷蔵庫がないこと。飲み物などを冷やせないのは残念だった。 目の前がお土産物屋さんの通りで天気が良い日は0時過ぎまで騒がしかった。また、同じフロアの別室の宿泊客が0時過ぎまで騒いでいる声が良く聞こえていた。

Room was just big enough for two people. Room had windows facing the main street which can be busy during the day but if windows are kept closed, not much noise can be heard. Staff were friendly on arrival and even after we checked out, we left our luggage for a couple hours while we continued to explore Venice. It is located near the station, less than 10mins walk. There is a supermarket really close which was very convenient. There are plenty of restaurants and cafés close by.

No AC but we were given a fan, which was enough for the night we stayed as it wasn’t too hot.

Top Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, toller Ausblick aus dem Zimmer. Alles war sauber. Frühstück war ebenfalls gut.

A lokáció kiváló, minden közel van, hiszen belvárosi szállás.

A fürdőszoba rendkívül kicsi, konkrétan a wc, a mosdó és a bidé között úgy kellett egyensúlyoznunk, hogy az eljussunk a zuhanykabinba. Klíma nincs - ez nyilván nem a szállás hibája, történelmi épületekbe nehezen lehet bekötni.

Habitación pequeña, tenía ventilador en lugar de aire acondicionado y se escuchaba ruido de la calle tan concurrida. El baño anticuado con la ducha fuera, justo en un lugar donde debería ir un armario y no tenía ni accesorios para colgar toalla y productos de higiene.

Das Hotel ist rund 5 Minuten vom Bahnhof und von der Vaporetto Station entfernt. Es gibt viele Lokale und Geschäfte in der Umgebung. Das Personal war freundlich und das Zimmer war sauber.

El desayuno no era muy variado, pero estaba todo muy rico.

La ubicación es muy cómoda, pero es cierto que no es tan fácil localizar el hotel: pasa muy desapercibido entre el resto de hoteles y comercios.

Purtroppo, almeno nella mia camera c'era un odore di fogna davvero spiacevole, veniva dal bagno. La porta del bagno non chiudeva, si poteva solo accostare, quindi di notte ho dovuto dormire con questo odore, non è stato piacevole! Il mobiletto del bagno scorticato, decisamente da cambiare.

La recepcionista fue muy simpática y nos dejó ingresar una hora antes del Check In, en general el personal fue muy agradable, la ubicación al lado del terminal, lo que es muy bueno.

No existen muy buena relación precio calidad, ya que nos tocó una habitación que tenía el baño afuera, lo que era muy incomodo, la habitación no tenía ventilación, tampoco un mini refrigerador y el ascensor muy antiguo, solo por la amabilidad del personal le pongo 5, porque por el alto precio, debió haber cumplido ciertos estándares, lo cual no sucedió.

Great location just at the entrance of Venice close to Piazzale Roma. Staff was super kind. Breakfast had more options than we expected for a small hotel, nothing major, but a nice touch. No había aire acondicionado, y no lo mencionan en la descripción. Al menos nos dieron un ventilador. Instalaciones podrían estar mejor cuidadas, por ejemplo, el ascensor es lento.

Excelente localização. Fica a 5 minutos da estação de trem e 10 minutos da Praça Roma de onde saem os ônibus para o aeroporto. A equipe sempre muito gentil e prestativa. Ficaria novamente

Solamente la posizione

L’albergo è dichiarato a tre stelle in realtà è solamente a due stelle, eravamo tre coppie di amici e ci hanno propinato senza dichiararlo due camere con bagno in comune e una camera con bagno esterno, inoltre per la presenza del mio cagnolino hanno preteso 25 euro a notte, la camera ( se così si può chiamare) e piccolissima senza armadio, senza frigo bar né aria condizionata, inoltre il bagno è fatiscente con evidenti segni di muffa nella piccolissima doccia, il materasso aveva le molle che incidevano sulla nostra spina dorsale, veramente una sistemazione da non consigliare a nessuno, e difronte alle nostre proteste hanno dichiarato che tutto era molto ben specificato si Booking , provvederò a fare contattare la struttura dal mio avvocato per avere risposte idonee.

Il y avait de la moisissure dans la chambre, et la paroi de douche cassé ainsi que les murs très fissurés et le sol penché. Quand j’indique mon problème de paroi de douche ils nous ont changé le pommeau ( qui était superbe) en nous en donnant un pleins de moisissure et sans pression. Ils réagissent tout de suite en cas de problème en essayant de réparer les erreurs mais bon.

Hotels in Venice are overpriced. That’s a universal truth. I was there for work , loads of tourists make it impossible to visit and have basic services at a fair price .

No air conditioning, way too crowded bathroom (no room to stand to use the sink or to dry off after a shower, no remote for the Telefunken television that did not have any buttons to manually turn it on/off, control volume, or change channels. Hotel gave us a universal remote after our 1st night that they claimed would work the tv but it didn’t work.
