Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Super endroit, au calme. Complexe de loisirs au top, accès piscine et wellness inclus. Magnifique balades à proximité directe. Bien desservis par les transports publics. Réactivité du personnel suite à un problème.
Plus de soin dans le nettoyage de l’appartement entre deux locations. Assortiment de base pour utiliser la cuisine (sel, sucre, huile,…). Fléchage pour trouver la réception de la partie appartement depuis la route du village. Wifi asthmatique, pour rester poli.

Das Bett war mir zu weich, und wenn die Kinder in einem Kinderzimmer wären hätte es mir sehr gefallen.

Wir sind sehr dankbar für diese schöne Zeit und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir freuen uns schon auf die nächste Gelegenheit, wiederzukommen! Vielen Dank für alles! ❤️

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026Wir hatten ein Ferienwohnung und konnten das Frühstück zu buchen. Als Gast gab es pro Person eine Rabatt von 5 Franken. Mit 25 Franken pro Person war es absolut korrekt, es gab alles was das Herz begehrt! Außerdem fanden wir es schön, dass wir das zugehörige Schwimm-/Freibad nutzen konnten. Den Saunabereich haben wir aufgrund der warmen Wetterverhältnisse nicht genutzt.
Leider sind zu wenige Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage zur Verfügung bzw. sind frei aber reserviert. Man kann dann allerdings noch die Plätze, die auch für die Schwimmbadbesucher sind nutzen. Also einen Parkplatz gibt es bei Zubuchung immer.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Das familiäre Quartier. Die Alphornbläser, die uns mit einem Konzert erfreuten. Die Tolleranz gegenüber Tieren. Die eigenen Eingänge. Zentral gelegen. Wir freuen uns wieder einmal in dieser wunderschönen Gegend Ferien zu verbringen
Eine Wohnung war tip top. Die zweite Wohnung und das Geschirr waren schmutzig und der Geschirrspüler defekt. Wir erhielten Ende Woche eine grosszügige Entschädigung. Danke. .

Reviewed Jan 16, 2026Es gibt ein umfangreiches Angebot an Aktivitäten, das auch für Kinder sehr ansprechend ist. Die Ferienwohnung ist geräumig, gut ausgestattet und super gelegen. Das Personal war super nett und sehr hilfsbereit und das inkludierte Wellnessangebot grandios.
Die Ausstattung wie der Teppich könnten etwas modernisiert werden und es braucht länger bis Warmwasser fliesst.

Reviewed Oct 16, 2025Die Lage ist sehr gut und die Nähe zu all den Möglichkeiten die der Swiss Holliday Park bietet. Wunderschöne Gegend mit vielen Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge und Wanderungen. Die Wohnung bietet ausreichend Platz für eine vierköpfige Familie.
Jeden Tag, wenn alle von den Ausflügen zurückkommen, fahren alle ins volle Parkhaus und müssen wieder wenden und alles zurückfahren. Es wäre zu begrüssen wenn es aussen eine Anzeige hätte, die darauf hinweist. Die Gebäude weisen ordentliche Abnützungserscheinungen auf und hätten allmählich eine umfassende Renovation nötig. Die Wohnung roch bei Ankunft und die ersten Tage stark nach Zigarettenrauch, trotz Nichtraucherwohnung.

Reviewed Oct 6, 2025Tolle Aussicht auf den See und die Alpen. Es können die Anlagen des Swiss Holyday Parks bequem erreicht und genutzt werden. Sehr nette Betreuung vor Ort. Mit dem Lift kommt man direkt ins Parkhaus.
Der Spannteppich ist zwar gepflegt, aber nicht mehr zeitgemäss. Das Bad ist ein wenig eng.

Reviewed Oct 5, 2025Gemütliche Unterkunft! Perfekt um ein paar Tage mit der Familie zu verbringen! Für eine Woche wäre es uns zu klein! Da alles in einem Raum ist! Aber für 3 Nächte perfekt!
Leider war unser bestelltes Wasser und die reservierte Kaffeemaschiene nicht in unserem Zimmer! Und da die Rezeption am Montag nicht offen war mussten wir anders überbrücken!

Reviewed Sep 14, 2025Good location with lovely views to mountains. Resort is at quiet local town/village what made our stay peaceful and relaxing. Use of indoor/outdoor swimming pools and saunas was included which made the stay even more enjoyable! Apartment was clean and specious.
It was quite warm in the room and there is no air conditioning and reception couldn’t provide any fans. Also reception is open only at certain hours.

Reviewed Jul 6, 2025Location was amazing. Overall it was a good place and could have loved it if they cared more for comfort. Room was clean, comfortable.
Switzerland also gets some hot days, there was no arrangement of portable fans inside the room. When we asked we were told to open the windows, when we opened the windows, room was full of Mosquito. We could not sleep whole night, there was no regard from the staff about it. As the back yard grass not cut and it was leading to Mosquitos. We were told by staff to contact the manager by messaging on booking.com, as she said she does not have any other way to contact. Staff clearly told us that there are no fans, when we pressurised her and pushed her. She arranged the fan in 2 mins, and said that she got it from a different room (clearly lying). We did sent a message on booking.com, and reply from there was very cold that we have provided you a fan on the seocnd day and second fan could be given third day.

Reviewed Sep 11, 2024A bit dated but very nice and spacious. There were two single beds, one sofa bed (for two) in the apartment we booked for 3 adults. One bathroom - nice and clean, small kitchen with utensils to cook and eat. Bring own supplies.
Parking was a bit of an issue although I booked the property mainly because they had parking (charged per day) at site, but there were no spaces available. It was a challenge to find a space outside the free hours in the municipal parking.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2023probably one of the best properties I have ever visited across the globe. The location is beautiful. You have a waterpark where the kids can play. Car parking is available all though. The bus stop is right next door. The best way to travel in central, Switzerland is to buy a time pass and travel through public transport. The staff is extremely helpful and guide you for every thing and anything 
frankly, there is nothing that we did not like about this place. Maybe, wiremesh is on the window is suggested so that mosquitoes and houseflies don’t get in.

Reviewed Jan 8, 2023The room was clean with lots of kitchen appliances. The staff was nice and friendly. I liked that we stayed in part C and we could visit the pool facilities without having to go outside, as it was connected with the hotel by the underground parking. The free shuttle to Stoos.
There were way too many people in the pool. I didn't like the pillows, and also the mattress in the baby-cot. It was very hot in the room, though it was January. The restaurants nearby had very strange hours or work (only dinner, while we would prefer lunch), so we only did self-catering. Not many shops nearby.
