Up to today, 18 09. I did not get invoice (payment receipt). Reception desk did not provide me with hard copy, but informed me then that will be sent via email. Still waiting.....

Tutto positivo, confortevole e pulita la stanza, bella la struttura. Ottima la colazione con una scelta vastissima sia dolce che salata

Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was elaborate and yummy. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Restaurant ist sehr gut.

Das Hotel ist nicht besonders gemütlich. Der Frühstücksraum ist sehr eng für so viele Gäste.

В коридоре валялись 2 дня рассыпанные чипсы, не юбыло воды питевой, ужасно скользкий пол в ванной, это очень опасно, не работала сушилка для полотенец и огромный порог в ванной, о который бьешься ногами и небыло спортзала

Location was good. Staff were very friendly. The beds were really big and comfy. I would stay there again...

Our refrigerator did not work for a couple of days. We had to ask for coffee, I think it should have been re-added, without us asking. Also the cushions were not very comfy, but still, in the overall, I still enjoyed staying in this hotel with my family.

Camera non grande ma luminosa e silenziosa. Buona la pulizia della camera e spazioso il bagno con ampia doccia. Colazione molto abbondante con ampia scelta dolce e salato. Ottimi i prodotti freschi come salmone, ottime le marmellate, poca scelta di pane. L'hotel è a pochi metri di distanza da 2 fermate del tram che permettono di andare in ogni direzione. Staff disponibile, professionale e gentile.

Camera non molto spaziosa. Il letto per la terza persona (divano letto) non è comodo. Serve qualche armadio in più per permanenze di più giorni. Hall e aree comuni un po' datate.

Csendes, jól felszerelt szoba, kényelmes ágy. Bőséges, minden igényt kielégítő reggeli. Végtelenül kedves és előzékeny személyzet. Jó elhelyezkedés. Villamos megálló 50 m!

Rörig restaurang, men frukosten var mångsidig och av bra kvalitet. Personalen i restaurangen var välkomnande. Bekväma rum, jättebekväma sängar. Vi råkade också få en din utsikt mot vattnet.

Dålig sallad imorse. Bättre sallad samt skivad tomat att sätta på smörgåsen önskas.

Vibrant lobby, location a very short walk from the tram stop, easy access to West Harbour for the ferry to Tallinn. Rooms had cheerful decor. Staff were good in general. Breakfast had some nice items and omelette station was a plus. Water available in lobby at all times.

Shower temperature difficult to adjust/the temperature dial didn't seem to do much. Refurbishment of gym was not advertised or published until after check-in at the hotel. This was disappointing. It was a bit odd that the double bed came with two single duvets. Scrambled eggs at breakfast noticeably poor quality and didn't taste good. In general the breakfast room was very crowded and felt cramped. Bathroom was really small. The wash basin was not cleaned at all during the stay even on the 3rd day as per advertised. When I came back I could still see toothpaste stains... Basically lots of minor criticisms that made the stay lack finesse and class. But nothing which on its own would be a deal-breaker. The card machine at check in did not accept cards without a PIN.

We really loved our stay here and would happily come back again. The breakfast was a real highlight! It had one of the best European breakfast selections we’ve experienced, with so much variety and plenty of delicious choices. Overall, we felt very comfortable and enjoyed our time here immensely. A lovely hotel in a wonderful friendly staff and great location — highly recommended!

Maybe the loud noise from the glass fire doors opening/closing near our room by other guests at 5 am. But this is also understandable.

Aamupalalla on kova meteli ja ruokailutilassa on todella täyttä.

Świetny hotel ze znakomitym śniadaniem z mnóstwem lokalnych produktów, dobrze położony i skomunikowany z centrum miasta. Bardzo wygodny materac w łóżku, przestronny pokój. Dostęp do sauny choć tylko w określonych godzinach.

Recepcja odmówiła pożyczenia korkociągu do otwarcia własnego wina;)

Wonderful location, close to the pulic transport and within walkable distance to many of the sights. The room was cozy and clean, and the breakfast buffet offered great choice. It's a great place to stay.

Bit of a trip to the centre but easily reached by tram

Frukosten var omfattande med mycket att välja på och stor variation. Kul att kunna beställa omelett.

Rummet såg ut som en fängelsecell. Skulle behövas varm färg på väggar och gardiner. Kuddar, filtar och tavlor skulle lyfta intrycket. Kallt och avskalat. Tråkig utsikt rakt in i bostadshus. Rörigt, trångt och högljutt i frukostmatsalen.

It was our 3d time in this hotel. It remains the same - meets our expectations 100%!

Unfourtunately in our room 803 in the bathroom I experienced lack of light. The only light spot was above the sink, but in the bath/shower area there were no lights

The breakfast, the staff, comfort of the bed.

The gym was unavailable. Even though you could go to an fitness place nearby for free instead, I would prefer that have the gym inside the hotel.

The decor made it feel like a hostel. Wasn’t appealing.

It’s in a good location. The room was a good size, clean, and the bed comfortable.

I felt the property was a bit dated and in need of some renovation. There were significant amounts of mould in the bathroom and the water pressure in the shower was poor. It also wasn’t possible to have a tea/coffee in the bar, which was oddly located opposite the lifts? We were told you can make your own hot drinks at a station adjacent to the reception, but charged at €3+ per drink, which seemed excessive given that you had to make it yourself?

I particularly liked the welcoming staff at the breakfast restaurant. She was always super nice and warm.

In contrast, there was also an Indian male staff at the breakfast restaurant who was responsible for cleaning up the tables. He was not attentive. When asked for some help, he was very cold and refused to clean the table. That was the only bad part of our 5 days stay.

W sali śniadaniowej jeden ekspres do pysznej kawy. Trzeba cierpliwie poczekać w kolejce.

Hervorragende Lage direkt neben der Straßenbahn Haltestelle. Innenstadt auch zu Fuß gut erreichbar, ebenso die Schiffsanlegestelle für die Fähre nach Tallinn. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück, Zimmer mit Balkon hatte einen tollen Ausblick. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt! Sehr nettes Personal, wunderschöne Zimmer!

- The staff was very nice. - The breakfast is fantastic. - The location is good in regards to public transport or nice walks next to the sea.

- Many good breakfast tables (per example next to the window) are reserved, and often in the 1 hour plus time I am there, nobody comes. It is annoying that they don't seem to ask guests for time slots, because many people would have enjoyed sitting there. - As with many hotels, they tried to say that by default they don't clean your room every day, you have to specify it yourself.

Really worn down compared to the photos. Room smelled, particularly the bathroom. Windows were not cleaned and garbage bin not emptied

War bisschen enttäuscht (in Relation zum Preis). Das Hotel ist nicht schlecht und macht auch nichts wirklich falsch. Hat ein schönes Restaurant, alles sauber und Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit! Im Vergleich aber z.B. mit dem Radisson Blu Latvija Conference & Spa Hotel, Riga, liegen Welten. Die Zimmer sind alle relativ dunkel durch die kleinen Fenster, derzeit guckt man zum Teil auf eine kleine Baustelle beim Hafenblick, die Möbel u.a. sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und wenn man abends im Restaurant was essen möchte, muss man sich in die Lobby setzen, wenn man von der Karte bestellen will und nicht das Buffet nimmt. Vorbildlich war aber das Personal!
