Salles Ciutat del Prat Barcelona Airport

Tot

Airport Shuttle was great from the Hotel to Airport but a bit cumbersome from Airport to Hotel. Taking a taxi is much faster. Hotel is clean, staff is friendly and conveniently located. Perfect for a layover.

The hours for the restaurant and rooftop bar were limited which was surprising since many utilize this hotel for lay overs and arrive all times throughout the day.

Great location, close to airport and cruise port. Plus the free shuttle to cruise port was a fantastic bonus

Evening meal was disappointing

pri vstupe nas privitala vona cistoty, navzdy si budem pamatat Vonavy hotel. Vstup do izby sme mali wau efekt, biele a svetle vybavenie interieru davalo pocit elegancie. chladnicka perfektne plne vybavene, dokonale rozpisane k tomu cennik - supper.

Yes

Very good

TOO OVERPRICED FOR AN AIRPORT HOTEL

De los mejores alojamientos que puedes reservar

Lovely but out the way

The management was awful very very slow and got woke up at 4 in the morning they made a mistake

Możliwość wcześniejszego zameldowania i transport z i na lotnisko

Lovely spacious, clean rooms.. Super comfy beds. YouTube on TV.. staff were helpful and friendly

All good

Close to airport with excellent facilities

The area around it

Definitely like the airport shuttle however, when I emailed the hotel ahead of time, they didn’t tell us where to locate it. So that was a bit difficult and very unclear. Room was good. Staff were excellent all spoken English.

The food was very expensive. It tasted fine and the portions were very large, actually too large. But very expensive food.

Not much tbh

Staff weren’t v helpful

convenience to airport

staff a bit snooty

Very modern and well-designed features! The bed was very comfortable. Also ordered room service which was very good! The buffet breakfast was great! Extra values was the shuttle service to the airport which made it last stressful in the morning to catch our flight! Would definitely stay here again!

Liked everything about the hotel!

Clean hotel with very friendly staff. They also accommodated my early check in request

I waited too long for the shuttle bus to the hotel and ended up getting an Uber but on the way to the airport the shuttle service was excellent.

It's 10 minutes by car from El Prat so if you want a convenient stop during a layover this is very convenient. Had pretty much almost all the services you associated with an old school hotel while having updated and comfortable furnishings. Very comfortable beds and linen. Nice sized room and bath. Good value for money. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Everything was fine and I found my stay very enjoyable, but I think it would be more fair to portray the swimming pool in a more realistic light. It's still enough for you to refresh yourself in the Summer but it's a way smaller place than it looks in the pictures, and it's just like a little above the knees deep, so around 50-60 cms deep not anything near 1,5 or 1,6cm like for a regular full-body swimming pool.

Love the free airport transfer, cleanliness and rooms

Nothing

free shuttle to airport was excellent

A bit slow check-in OUT

Did what is said on the tin. Room as per photos clean, functional, comfortable for our one night stay

Very unclear where to meet the shuttle bus. No one answers the phone so you get lost in a switch board of doom pressing all sorts of buttons to get to automated messages and not getting through to anyone. As such we were unsure if the transit bus was coming or not or where exactly to stand - the map given is very basic Bus was 20 mins after said time so we were in process of trying to book an uber when it arrived. No breakfast - and coffee shop in foyer said they were closed when we went to get a coffee at 10am Swimming pool which was one of the draws to stay there was also closed !

The hotel itself is beautiful, very clean and well maintained. The rooms are also very nice, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. When we reported the issue with the air conditioning in our first room, they moved us to another room.

The air conditioning in our first room barely worked and did not cool the room at all, so we had to ask to be moved. The air conditioning in the second room was better, but still not nearly as effective as I would expect from a hotel of this standard. Unfortunately, the second room also had a very noticeable cigarette smell, which was quite unpleasant. The shower pressure was rather weak, and the water never got properly hot.

Like that was comfortable, had transportation to the airport, the coffee was not good for my taste. I had to ask for things I need it in the room. It was provided immediately, but is a pain, have to still of having tissue paper, hair cap etc.

The coffee, and they were not supplies, like a robe , shoes, etc.

excellent location, facility, room size and bed size, beautiful swimming pool and views, airport transfer and its organisation, and above all lovely hospitable stuff!

La habitacion muy bien

It was friendly clean and good facilities

The pillows!

Close to airport and good shuttle service.

Nothing

The shuttle to the airport. The buffet. The room. The light and beautiful floors in reception and on the stairs. We arrived back later than we planned on the 2nd night but we were able to eat at 9.45 and we really appreciated that.

The swimming pool was under repair. Of course such jobs have to be done. Maybe it could be done in a quieter season if the hotel has one.

The airport shuttle was excellent and the rooms were very comfortable.

Tot, situació, habitació, banyera, sopar i sobretot el personal!

Very clean and comfortable.

There should be some water in the room.

Lovely hotel, close to the airport, well-appointed and professional staff

It was all good.

All fine , close to city

Nil

Helpful staff , main restaurant was very good for an on site venue and good value for money

All good

A beautiful place—very convenient to Airport and shuttle provided, which is why I chose it. It's quite expensive and was out of my budget, but I needed the proximity to airport and convenience of shuttle.

had breakfast and had to ask for GF Bread - there was not a whole lot to choose from for GF! Had dinner in the restaurant - this was the best meal I have had in the entire month of traveling and I was able to get GF bread!! Your cook was outstanding and prepared it GF!! I actually had a number of choices to choose from! Thank you!!! Shuttle was only ok...we had to wait a long long time at the airport for pick up. Drop off the next morning...he dropped off at terminal 1 first and then we had to go to terminal 1 pick up - THIS WAS ABSURD!!! Before we could go to Terminal 2 drop off. This is sooo not alright! Your pool was a disappointment - it was sooo hot in there... Hotel Room was great!

see above - combined the two together This place was expensive!

Nothing.

The room was really nice, also the shuttle is super helpful, and goes every 30 min since 4.30am

Lovely room. Not far from airport

Had to wait 50 minutes for the shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel Driver was very rude Driver on the return journey was lovely and very quick Pool was very small

The breakfast was awesome and the airport shuttle was great.

The temperature in the room was extremely warm. When we went to the lobby to mention that we did not think the thermostat was working correctly but were told because we are on the 5th floor it tends to be warmer up there. Their suggestions were we could move rooms or take a small fan. We opted for the small fan which did not work. We did stay in the room only because we were tired and had lots of luggage to move. The lobby person she did not even offer to have a mechanic come look at the room. To us this was a big problem and felt like our concerns were dismissed.

Rooms are modern, clean and comfortable.

The airport shuttle doesn't seem to be running on schedule, our shuttle was late.

Loved the minimalist style. Clean, comfortable, and quiet. Reasonably close to airport with shuttle to airport. Good restaurant that stayed open later to help out with dinner. A couple beers on tap.

Not foo far from airport but minimum taxi is 20 euro.

Nice and clean, great facilities, very useful having airport transfer

Takes a while to get into city centre on the metro so location is best for if you want easy access to airport

The room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. The airport shuttle was punctual and convenient, and the housekeeping staff were courteous and pleasant.

Unfortunately, our stay was quite disappointing, especially considering the price and the standard of the hotel. The first room had a strong smell of humidity, and the air conditioning was blowing warm air even though it was set to 19°C. The receptionist told us that this was “normal.” We were eventually able to change rooms, but unfortunately, the new room was located directly underneath the bar, where music was playing until midnight. Not exactly an ideal room placement for guests travelling with a baby. It was very noisy. The young woman at the reception was also particularly unpleasant and unfriendly, which made the overall experience even less enjoyable.

Buen servicio de traslado y buen restaurante

L' amabilité du personnel.

Tout correct

Vicinanza aeroporto, colazione

Clean, free shuttle to the airport Staff was very helpful Breakfast was excellent

None

Great welcome, lovely building, well designed, friendly staff, everything explained perfectly and airport transfer ordered there and then with knowledge of check in times, next day was easy because of their organised approach to guests.

Nothing, even the restuarant, for a hotel, fantastic.

Great airport location and shuttle service! Clean room Nicely decorated hotel Great front desk staff

Although breakfast had many choices, hot food was cold

Friendly staff, beautiful hotel. Free shuttle to the airport.

I thought breakfast was included since I was told when I checked in “breakfast is served from (time frame)on first floor” I should’ve checked my reservation and not assumed, I sat down started eating and then I was told breakfast was not included in my rate and I was asked how I wanted to pay for it. Everything was handled very politely. I believe staff should phrase breakfast available for a fee. “If your breakfast is included in your rate, breakfast is served on first floor.”

El personal y la comidad las instalaciones

Nada

Excellent for airport stay Clean, modern with comfortable bed Quiet rooms Friendly staff Has free shuttle to and from airport There are a few local restaurants and supermarkets close by Has a pool and sauna plus a small gym

The air conditioning didn’t keep the room as cold as I wanted ( even though set at 19)

Staff were friendly and helpful, restaurant was accommodating for allergies and room exceeded expectations

Shuttle was easy to find and use. Room was immaculate

The hotel is very attractive, clean, and offers spacious rooms. The restaurant serves excellent food, making dining at the hotel a pleasant experience. The location was also ideal for us, as it is conveniently close to the airport, which was one of our primary requirements.

The air conditioning was simply inadequate. Our room never became cool enough, and as a result we were unable to sleep properly. We requested a room change, but unfortunately it made very little difference. We specifically chose this 4-star hotel near the airport because our primary goal was to get a good night's sleep and rest before a long international trip. Given the hotel's rating and location, we expected a comfortable stay, especially since airport hotels of this caliber are often a better value than more expensive downtown properties. Unfortunately, this seems to be an increasingly common issue in many European hotels. The explanations are always similar: the hot summer weather, the fact that it's only a few months each year, or that the air conditioning cannot keep up with outside temperatures. Regardless of the reason, guests expect a hotel—particularly a 4-star property—to provide a room that is cool enough to sleep comfortably. A poor night's sleep is a major drawback and significantly affects the overall experience. What made the situation even more frustrating was that the lobby and restaurant were pleasantly cool, while the guest rooms were uncomfortably warm. It gave the impression that the common areas were prioritized, while the guest rooms were not. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. For us, effective air conditioning is not a luxury—it's essential. No matter how attractive the hotel is or how convenient the location may be, if guests cannot sleep comfortably, it becomes a deciding factor in whether we would stay there again.

Convenient, comfortable and value for the money.

Śniadanie i transfer lotniskowy.

Rien

Nice place, good location!!!

.

Staff fantastico e molto disponibile.

Tutto perfetto.

Our luggage was securely kept even after check-out 💯

Airport shuttle

Nothing

Very clean and staff was extremely helpful

I love the hotel..Great staff ..very modern and exceptionally clean.

Convenient, comfortable, well equipped. Food always available. Shuttle to airport.

As described in bathroom notice, had xto request small amenities like tissues and moisturizing cream. They should have been provided without having to call and make special request
