Balkonda sigara içme yasağı bizi gerçekten zorladı. Bu sebeple balkonu yeterince kullanmadık. Balkonda daha keyifli vakit geçirebilirdik. Ayrıca ilk katlarda küllük ve sigara içen insanlar gördük. Buda bizim sinirimizi fazlasıyla bozdu. Ama yinede kurallara uymayı tercih ettik.

Resort sul mare oltre le aspettative. Camera spaziosa con balcone vista mare. Buffet della colazione di alto livello, con infinita scelta e pianista che ci allietava. Spiaggia attrezzata e molto bella. Piscine anche con idromassaggio. Servizio teli mare incluso. Staff gentilissimo e a disposizione per qualsiasi necessità Tutto perfetto! Giorno del compleanno con sorpresa… oltre agli auguri, in sala colazione torta e prosecco per un bel brindisi.

La atención del personal es muy buena, destacaría su simpatía y cercanía. Está ubicado a pie de la playa El Camisón de aguas cristalinas y muy buena temperatura. El edificio, las instalaciones de la piscina y el comedor son muy bonitos. Además hay música de piano en directo durante el desayuno que es muy variado y superabundante. Hay todo tipo de bebidas, incluido cava.

Deberían ir pensando en renovar algunos detalles de las instalaciones, se nota el paso del tiempo por el mobiliario y los baños.

Ubicación excelente, con acceso directo tanto a la playa como a la avenida comercial, donde se encuentran numerosas tiendas y restaurantes. La experiencia durante el desayuno es especialmente agradable, gracias a una cuidada selección musical amenizada con piano en directo.

No me gustó tener que reclamar en varias ocasiones por el olor a humo de tabaco que entraba en la habitación procedente de los balcones contiguos. Aunque está prohibido fumar en todo el recinto, salvo en la zona específicamente habilitada para ello, muchos huéspedes incumplen esta norma y utilizan los balcones como zona de fumadores. Para algunas personas, como es mi caso, el humo del tabaco, además de resultar muy desagradable, es especialmente perjudicial. Tras comunicarlo, el hotel actuó con diligencia, aunque considero que debería ser más estricto en el control de este tipo de comportamientos. Asimismo, durante el desayuno deberían controlar mejor la presencia de tórtolas en el comedor, ya que campaban a sus anchas y, en más de una ocasión, llegaron a asaltar los platos de algún comensal despistado.

A very lovely, clean,and quiet hotel, located just steps away from the wonderful Camisón beach and delicious restaurants.Despite the large number of rooms,it feels as though you are the only guests there: you rarely run into anyone in the elevator, and there are no lines at breakfast. The staff is polite and promptly handles all requests. The breakfasts are delicious and hearty—especially the churros and Spanish cava.The premises are secure and guarded.Housekeeping services are provided every day.There is nice live music with delicious cocktails near the reception in the evening, though I would recommend adding more seating.

Our 7 nights holiday at Cleopatra Palace Hotel in Tenerife was from the very beginning an unexpected and beautiful vacation, in one of the greatest locations from the island. We were welcomed with a refreshing glass of champagne, Mirko and Alejandro met us at the reception desk in a very professional and warm attitude. The room we got was extremely beautiful and clean, we had our private pool on the terrace, very comfortable lounge chairs, lots of large, clean towels, clean sheets changed at request. the room attendance ladies were very nice, providing quick and professional services. The restaurant was very large and beautiful, the menu was extremely rich and abundant and as a nice surprise, every single morning we had live piano joining us at breakfast. We felt really spoiled. The pool outdoor was one of the most whiter, cleaner and most beautiful marble pool we had ever seen. In one word, brilliant management and one of the most beautiful location for a holiday in the sun. See you soon room 7404. That was a holiday to remember!N

The location which is right on the beach. fabulous views. The pool bar is superb as is the breakfast options. Friendly staff from the moment we checked in where we were offered champagne or refreshments. Plenty of sun loungers and fabulous pool/jacuzzi. Very clean luxury hotel.

If I had to pick anything, it would be maybe a more updated tv for the rooms. But couldn’t fault anything, it was a fabulous stay.

The location is excellent. There are plenty of good shops nearby, as well as a pharmacy, and the beach is very clean and pleasant. The reception staff were especially friendly, polite and helpful. They gave us useful advice about local things to know and quickly helped us replace one of our two room key cards when it stopped working. Housekeeping was also good: the room was kept reasonably clean, and there were no unpleasant smells. The hotel also has parking, which is a big plus. However, spaces are limited and seem to be available on a first come, first served basis, so there may not always be enough for every guest. Still, having on-site parking at all is definitely convenient

One of the most unpleasant experiences was at the hotel restaurant, where we were told we were not allowed to drink a beverage we had brought with us. This felt unnecessarily restrictive and left a very negative impression We also understand that evening entertainment is part of a resort hotel, but loud music was clearly audible in our room every night until midnight or later, even with the windows closed. This made it difficult to rest. The overall condition of the hotel was also below what we expected for this price range. The bathroom had damaged or missing grout and sealing, and several areas of the hotel showed visible wear and cosmetic defects.

The hotel is lovely and the staff is very helpful and friendly.

The problem is the parking: the hotel guarantees on-site parking subject to availability, but unfortunately, there are only 30 spaces for over 400 rooms. The area is very busy, making it extremely difficult to find parking nearby. This led to several unpleasant and frustrating situations, which inevitably compromised the overall enjoyment of our stay.

Me confirmaron modificación del check-in y al llegar me indican que la habitación no esta disponible tuve que esperar 5 horas, no me pudo resolver ni me dió alternativa que fuera aceptable sin empeorar desde recercepción A., Tambien vimos cucarachas en comedor en dos ocasiones y solicitamos reposición de papel a recepción y tuvimos que bajar tras 1h y media en busca de una limpiadora. Muy ruidoso y mal acondicionado en instalaciones, mucho calor en ascensor, comedor, pasillos..en la habitación el aire hacía un ruido espantoso. Mala experiencia, evitable.

Huge hotel but all well maintained and clean. Direct access to the beach. Wonderful breakfast self-service.

Few parking spaces compared to hotel rooms, but luckily we have always managed to find a space for our rental car.

Mancava lo spazzolone per pulire il gabinetto, e fare la doccia dentro la vasca non è il massimo.

La piscina stupenda. La cosa spettacokare è stata avere il mare cosi vicino. La pianista ha dato alle nostre colazioni una nota in più.

Nella stanza dopo essere stata pulita non c'era zn buon odore.

Ha sido un gran descubrimiento, nos encantó, la ubicación es fantástica, la habitación es amplia y cómoda, todo super limpio, la decoración es antigua, pero se está muy bien. La cama es cómoda y las almohadas también. Volveremos seguro.

El desayuno no nos gustó mucho, hay poca variedad y mucha cola para servirte la comida.

La mujer que toca el piano cada mañana es increíble. También nuestra limpiadora, que creo que se llamaba Cynthia y era de Uruguay, era muy amable y me saludó muchas veces. Hay muchas opciones para desayunar y la ubicación no podría ser mejor. La playa del Camisón es tranquila. Quince euros por una hora de tenis es un poco caro, pero incluye todo lo que necesitas

Ubicación excelente, instalaciones no muy modernas pero elegantes, limpias y cómodas. El personal muy amable. Muy tranquilo para disfrutar de la piscina. El desayuno muy bueno y las opciones de comida excelente, en nuestro caso elegimos el Coal y la verdad queremos hasta repetir.

Solo un detalle de las habitaciones: la cama no la encontré tan cómoda y el servicio de jabón para la ducha se queda corto al ser en pastilla.

sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick und einem relativ großen Balkon. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral direkt an der Promenade und nah am Zentrum.

Wir waren das vierte mal dort und es hat uns wieder alles gut gefallen.

Lorena de recepción nos trató de maravilla, así como todo el personal, la piscina era increible y nos dieron una habitación VIP que estaba disponible, todo fue increíble.

It was right in the beach the staff were friendly and the rooms were kept spotless there was no fighting for sun loungers as the they give you a card to get towels to get sun loungers

There was no night time entertainment which meant you had to go out every night but it wasn’t too bad because you could go to the Mediterranean next door after 6 o clock through the hotel

Super environnement: la plage et les magasins à proximité, multiples activités disponibles pour tous les âges, super petit déjeuner continental, personnel à l’écoute et sympathique.

La conseillère piur les activités touristiques n’est pas très sympathique, sauna en travaux.

Da simpatia do staff, em particular da gerente, Sen̈orita Eva, que foi inexcedível connosco depois de um problema inicial que ocorreu no dia da chegada. O cano do autoclismo vertia água para o chão e foram precisas 4 chamadas de atenção junto da recepção e mais de 4 horas para resolução do problema. Da localização, excelente, junto à rua principal e à praia.

O mobiliário do quarto e o WC precisa de modernização. O acesso às instalações, em particular à piscina do hotel parceiro, Mediterrâneo Sea deveria ser durante todo o dia grátis e não apenas a partir das 18h quando a piscina encerra às 19h.

Staff were so friendly and helpful really lovely atmosphere, and location and views were stunning. Loved the pool also.

The location for me is great, perfect place to stay. Staff were nice and friendly. Room was a good size also.

The aircon in room was not the best and it was very very hot outside. The sun loungers at pool were always covered with towels and no one at them for hours and hours this is ridiculous and selfish for people to do this. And hotel like this should stop it. Breakfast is ok but the hotel should do room only choices at a lower price, not everyone likes the breakfast.

Lovely hotel, good location, great pool and buffet breakfast had great selection on offer.

Had bad experience 2nd night where 9 of us got stuck in a lift going back to our rooms after a night out. No help from hotel staff at all. We pressed alarm button a number of times which alerted the lift company. Alarm also woke other guests who came to check what problem was and communicated with us and reassured us while we waited for the half hour or so it took to get us out. Got very warm in lift and we were all very distressed. When we were eventually 'rescued' the other hotel guests who had come to our aid had waited to make sure we were ok and had bottled water for us. Very disappointed in lack of assistance of any kind from hotel. Night porter at reception desk was not allowed leave the desk unattended at time of incident and when we spoke to reception staff the next day they apologised and offered bottle of champagne. There should be sufficient staff on duty at all times, in such a large hotel, to support guests in event of an incident like this.

Amazing location, outdoor facilities great and look really good. You can upgrade in VIP facilities outside and swimming pool inside. Amazing restaurant sister hotel next to it. Only thing need to do is upgrade facilities in the rooms. when you arrive then they welcome you with drink and they take the luggage upstairs for you, really make you welcome☺️ The staff do everything if something is wrong to fix it. Our beds was really bad and they bring soft matress on the bed. The door on balcony couldn’t lock and they fix it. I would recommend this hotel if you want to relax and feel welcome🤗

Furniture needs to be repaired and new beds need to be upgraded. Door locks need to be fixed. You hear a lot inside from noice outside. And cleaning little bit better, better to give tips sometimes.

The property was absolutely stunning well worth the money would highly recommend

Muy buena piscina, habitación amplia y cómoda, y sin duda lo mejor el trato del personal en general, muy amables, el chico de las toallas en la piscina, los botones, y a descatar el trato exquisito de Janine que nos atendió al llegar.

La zona de la piscina y la decoración del hotel es increíble. Que el apartamento tuviera balcón y los lotes de higiene.

Las habitaciones que nos tocaron son muy antiguas. La tv es muy pequeña para un hotel de este calibre, las camas son muy incómodas y las almohadas igual. Les hace falta una reforma a las habitaciones.

El personal de recepción y el servicio de bienvenida

Nos despertaron con ruidos durante la noche 3/4 veces y al comentarlo dijeron que tal vez habría sido por la fiesta
