房間沒有贈送水，要自己去外面裝水回房間，而且不是每一個樓層都有，很不方便

我要的拐角房间，能看见海，虽然视角安排得偏了一点，房间很大，落地窗很漂亮。床品很舒服，睡了个好觉。

卫生间巨热，不知道什么原因，感觉开了地暖一样，外面开空调也解决不了这个问题。尤其白天日晒叠加，简直热爆了，在里面三五分钟就一头汗。希望能查找原因并且解决。

窓からの眺めが素晴らしく、高松港に沈む夕陽に釘付けになりました。窓に沿って置かれたソファーに乗っかって外を眺めるスタイルは、憧れていた部屋のレイアウトだったので、ワクワクが止まりませんでした。 部屋はとても静かで快適に眠れました。 廊下の給水機で水を汲んできて、部屋で飲めるのも、ありがたかったです。 JR高松駅、玉藻公園、琴電の駅に近いので、観光に便利です。 朝食で食べた、白味噌あんこ餅がとてもら美味しかったです！！

交通の便が良く、瀬戸内海のパノラマビューが楽しめる。

Très grand hall on pourrait s’y perdre. Staff parfait, chambre impeccable, il y fait très noir même rideaux fermés dans la journée. Très proche gare et port.

離高松JR、港口都非常近，大門口即可搭機場巴士。高樓層景觀開闊，房間空間也還足夠。

2款枕頭都不太好睡。

離高松港跟高松車站近，真的非常方便！門口就能搭機場巴士（1000日圓）

房間太昏暗了，廁所好臭（是非常臭）！浴缸下面是有縫的，裡面感覺積水還什麼的，連淋浴簾都非常臭但清潔人員卻都沒有發現，也不更換，每天都快被臭死😮‍💨😭😰

ロケーション良く、お部屋もスペース広く、部屋からのビューも良く、快適でした。朝食ビュッフェもいろいろな種類があり。郷土の食材も多く飽きませんでした。スタッフの方々も概ね親切で、家族に体調不良の人がいたのですが、アイスノンを持ってきてくださったり。冷えピタを買いにいってくださり助かりました

小さいことですが、ゴミ箱が小さかった。特に居室にある方のくずかごが小さすぎつかいづらかった。

位置绝佳, 到车站5分钟, 到旁边的大厦吃乌冬面5分钟, 到渡轮5分钟, 到电车站也是5分钟, 实在太便利了. 有洗衣机和制冰机, 大夏天跳岛的必备设备啊. 落地窗风景很好.

日式房间榻榻米的味道有些重; 空调声音略大.

The best coin laundry I’ve ever used in JP! Can use credit card for payment and the coin exchange machine is good for cash user. Was so close to takamatsu port and it’s convenient for us to take the ferry to other island like Ogijima.

お風呂シャワーがリファで、ドライヤーもパナで。部屋も清潔で。ただ、冷蔵庫はあまり冷えない。あと パジャマはあるがエアコンが寒い時少し羽織るもの。バスロでもいいけど。あれば最高

Service professionnel et hotel près de la gare et du ferry pour les îles. Petit déjeuner incroyable (continental, japonais, machine à pancake). J’avais oublié un objet ils m’ont gardé pour me le redonner. Mention spéciale pour la boulangerie : croissant et beignet fourré au boeuf au curry.

駅に近く、移動が便利。 初めての宿泊でしたが、スタッフのみなさん とても親切に対応していただきました。

高松駅からすぐだし、あなぶきアリーナ香川や サンポート高松にも徒歩ですぐだし、とっても 快適でした。 部屋も白で統一されていて清潔で、ゆったりで きました。

他のホテルに比べて宿泊費は少し高いように思います。ホテル内のレストランなども高目で利用しませんでした。 でもそれ以上に満足感が高くて、ここを利用できて、大満足です😊

ロケーション　サンポートやアリーナからすぐで、商業施設オルネやコンビニもあり、過ごすのに楽でした。海近くのロケーションや港から島にも渡りやすい場所です。朝食もすごく美味しかったです。

クレメントは大浴場なしでクレメントインなら大浴場あったので、間違って予約したなぁと後悔。1人で泊まるには部屋はそんなに広くないしコスパは良いとは言えないかな。

イベント会場にめちゃ近い

歴史がある老舗ホテルですが、部屋の中の設備(電源少ない)などの不便さがとても残念でした。

窓から美しい海が見え幸せな気持ちになりました。 港に大きな船が着いたときや、行き来する船に感動しました。

日程もあり価格が安くはなかったですが、納得できました。

The Japanese tatami room is super comfy with good view, but be careful if there is old people staying, sitting on the floor may not be that comfortable for some people not used to it.

Excellent location-across the plaza from the train station, and directly across the street from the ferry port for ferries to the art islands. We booked the deluxe corner twin room with, and the view cannot be beat: I was practically glued to the ledge of the enormous picture window watching ferries come and go from the port. And what a sunset!! Staff were very nice and accommodating. Although room was somewhat dated, the beds were very comfortable and we slept well. The breakfast buffet was very good and even had soft-serve ice cream.

I thought the room had an unpleasant odor (which staff attributed to the cleaning products used). My spouse did not notice or mind the odor, and it was alleviated by using the air filter that was in the room

ロケーションが非常によい。最上階バーラウンジでの接客対応は非常によく、マジックアワーにカウンターへ移動させてもらい見た景色は最高だった。

部屋の設備全般に少し古さを感じた。飲料水サービスは各部屋に無く、エレベーターホール配置されたサーバーに汲みにいかないといけない、そのサーバーは各階になく、また飲料水サーバーの水の勢いがない。 アメニティはその辺の格安ビジホより物足らない。

시설도 청결하고 깨끗하고 직원도 친절해서 좋았습니다. 역이 가까워 어디든 편하게 다녔습니다.

The hotel is very close to both the train station and the port, making it very convenient for going out. The view from the window is fantastic.

The hotel is equipped with rather outdated facilities. The faucets are the very old twist-knob type, which are awkward to use and feel unsanitary.

I love how everything was close to the hotel and especially the station. Made it very very convenient and the staffs were very kind and friendly.

A big modern hotel, very close (5-min drive) to the ferry terminal of Takamatsu port (we used it the next morning to ride with our car to Naoshima). Rooms were very spacious and comfortable, and the underground parking was also convenient.

One of the staff. I checked in at midnight. Two foreign staff tried to help me with my question about getting cash for ferry tickets and were very kind. Another staff who spoke Chinese, possibly seeing that I’m Chinese as well, spoke in a half-hearted tone. I’m not sure if he treated someone else in the same way.

Emplacement topissime. Belle chambre spacieuse avec une belle vue sur le port. Excellent petit déjeuner. Bon rapport qualité prix.

the hotel was well situated and provided a nice room, all be it a bit dated. Good bed and maid services.

The food was not great, adequate for consumption but not in keeping with other properties in Japan. They provided breakfast room service, but not other times of the day. We had to order in the bar and take to our room, and they were not pleased, even chasing us into the elevator and accompanying us to our room. A very strange experience. The front desk was not helpful at all in giving local advice on contacting airlines when we made the decision to delay our return trip to the US due to an impending typhoon that was rated as a Cat 4 of 5 and the time we made the decision.

Spacious room with nice view. Room is very comfortable and clean but style is a little dated. Great location if you want to use this as a base to take the ferry to one of the islands. We went to Naoshima for the day and the ferry is just opposite the hotel, 5 minutes away. Hotel is also 5 minutes from the train station. So very practical. Nice bakery in the hotel lobby if you don't take the full breakfast.

Has a feel of one of those big hotels built 20-30 years ago. Just a question of style preference rather than anything wrong with the hotel. No water provided in the room. No coffee facilities in the room. All eating options in the evening are finished at 20h00 which is a bit early. Nice rooftop bar but only has a few snacks after 20h00.

Location is great, old fashioned charm but perfectly maintained. Easy to the port and from the station. Close to car rental.

We were unable to have a drink at the bar- maybe a conference was on.

Location was great and very convenient and the breakfast is amazing!

Rooms are too small for two people and we couldn't check-in 10 minutes before the check-in time.

The room was bigger than expected and had a great view over the port. Often in these hotels breakfast is a crush but here there was plenty of room and I got seated right away. And the choice of foods was excellent.

Well designed room, felt more spacious than it was and included two comfy chairs. Nice view.

- We appreciated the location- right by the JR station and the ferry terminal - our room was spacious and the beds were comfortable - bathroom amenities were very good - excellent pyjamas - so good I tried to buy them!

We paid a premium for a deluxe twin with Seto Sea views. We could see only a sliver of the port. We were disappointed.

This is my second 2N stay at this hotel during this trip and I was hoping for something better, if not the same. To my surprise, this room that I booked directly through the hotel website was much smaller, although I have booked the same room type. The bed is almost next to the window and a small table and chair is squeezed into the limited space, making it impossible to open our luggage.
