Staff very kind and helpfull. They were fun too!

At check out time it is hard to get an elevator to get downstairs. The cleaning staff are using them too and holding the doors open. Reception had to run up the stairs to close the elevator door so that I,the guest, could use it.

Very welcoming. Great dinner and breakfast. Convenient parking.

Room very small

The staff, most, followed by the room facilities, through the size was a little restricted for a couple and the difficulty of reaching the desk by 'phone if you were alone and was in need of help. Overall, it was value for money by Swedish standards and I found the stay very enjoyable. But I regret that coming from a financially stressed United Kingdom, and at 88 years of age, I regret that I will not have another opportunity to return.

Sehr gute Lage. Tolles Frühstück. Kaffee mit Süßteilchen ab 15.00 Uhr, Kaffee den ganzen Tag, schönes Abendessen inclusive. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Det var fräscht, fin inredning, och toppen att frukost, fika och middag ingick.

Saknade skohorn på rummet.

Room was totally inadequate. 3 hangers provided. One drawer. Could not even take things from out two suitcases for 6 night stay. Nowhere to hang or store items. Cancelled after two nights

Localización al lado de la estación. Desayuno y cena bastante bien.

Hemtrevligt, mysig terrass, trevlig välkomnande personal, läget invid stationen. Middag och em-fika ingick, men de missade jag tyvärr.

Rummet var enkelt och sängen kunde varit skönare. Men helt ok.

Bra frukost och middag

Väldigt lite info om relax avdelningen. Bastun var inte ens på när man bokat tid. Personalen kom och frågade flera gånger om man var klar så de kunde stänga av bastun. Det skall vara relax avdelningen inte stress avdelning.

Beliggenheden er fantastisk bekvem. Få minutter fra stationen og med rolige omgivelser, supermarked om hjørnet hvis man har brug for det og tæt på forskellige busser. Meget centralt i forhold til centrum i Uppsala. Jeg har overnattet her mange gange efterhånden og er begejstret for det venlige personale, den gode service og en rigtig god stemning generelt. Home er virkelig som hjemme på en god dag.

The evening meals were sadly disappointing…the first night the fish was frozen the second night the stew was very salty and lukewarm.

Hotel kousek od vlakového nádraží, autobusů i centra. Velmi milý a nápomocný personál. Večeře super, snídaně perfektní. Fíku jsme nevyužili. Vše bylo průběžně doplňováno. Pokoj malý, ale čistý. Možnost uložení zavazadel.

U sprchy nebyl závěs, takže po sprchování byla voda všude.

Das Frühstück war reichlich und ich habe immer einen Platz bekommen. Hatte mich für dieses Hotel entschieden, da es als einziges Abendessen anbot. Dieses war zwar einfach gehalten (nur 1 Gericht), aber es gab auch Suppe, Beilagen, Salate und frisches Brot dazu. Nachmittags gabs auch Fika (15-17 Uhr).

Ich hätte mir mehr Infos zu den lokalen Verkehrsmitteln gewünscht (Busübersichtsplan z.B. ) oder wie man am besten nach Stockholm kommt. Ich war schon 3x in Göteborg, da hatte ich nie Probleme mit der App von Västtrafik. Die UL-App und SL-App gingen gar nicht. Meist bin ich mehr auf gut Glück mit Flix-Bus oder Regionalzug nach Arlanda gefahren. Buchung am Automaten.

Camera spaziosa molto pulita. La colazione ripetitiva. Offrono la fika fino alle 17, ma è una bevanda calda e qualche biscotto. La cena dalle 18 alle 20 è composta da una suppa un piatto principale non vegetariano e un buffet di verdure.

Doccia non molto comoda

Great location, friendly staff and one of the better breakfasts you will find. Convenient parking in the yard.

The room is of an older standard and small. Water pressure in the shower was quite poor.

Breakfast was perfect and the dinner was really good. Stuff was caring and attentive. Gym is small but comfortable. That is nice that there are memorable toiletries. Location is perfect - 10 minutes by foot to the center and less than 5 minutes to the station.

Room might be not so comfortable for the longer stay.

Great location. Just 5 minites' walk from the railway station. Complementary meals were great--far beyond expectations!

Laundry service was not available every day.

Ottima struttura di atmosfera familiare molto ben posizionata per visitare la città. Personale estremamente gentile. Colazione e cena ricche e dí buona qualità a buffet . The caffè ed acqua sempre a disposizione degli ospiti e dolcetti a merenda fra le 15 e le 17, molto apprezzati come pausa ai rientri in hotel. Camere pulitissime ben accessoriate

Great location and very clean and comfortable room. So nice that breakfast fika, and dinner is included. Walking distance to a nice grocery store for snacks, and right next to the UKK for events and shows.

The included meals are great, but dinner specifically does seem to have limited options. Great salad bar and soup options, with one main that wasn't always friendly to dietary limitations. I was only there for a few nights so could have been luck of the draw.

Home Hotel is located within a 5 minute flat walk from the train station. The cathedral and castle are walkable. The room size is good. There is a comfortable chair and the bed was the comfortable that I have experienced in four Sweden stops. The shower had shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel provided. The floor stayed pretty dry even without a full shower enclosure. The breakfast, fika,and dinner were all outstanding. The staff were friendly and helpful.

A mini fridge in the room would be helpful.

In fact this hotel could be much better, because it's in a relatively good strategic point, there is parking opportunity, half-pansion with good foods, nice breakfast, free of charge "fika" from 3 to 5 PM, big room, cosy bed, but...

Parking can be solved in two ways. There is an underground garage very close, but the staff didn't call our attention to the problematic payment. We spent one night there then booked a place at the hotel, which was an extremely expensive solution comparing to the parking house... One of the lift didn't work well, moreover the 2 elevators are too few for the big hotel even if both of them are working properly. The "neighbourhood" of the hotel is too noisy (not because of the railwas station).

Location, 2 mins walk to railway station, and 10 mins walk to the cathedral, university and castle. Breakfast and evening meals were good too

Izredno dobra lokacija. Prijetne, čiste sobe in udobne postelje. Tudo zajtrk in večerja sta okusna.

Gymen var den fineste som jeg har hver i. Ikke stor, men eksklusiv. Apparatene var laget av trer. Frokosten var Home Standar. Bra.

Alle Home hotellene som jeg har besøkt, har avsatt et for lite område til frokost. Det er lagt opp til, eller ønske fra hotellene at gjestene rydder selv, og når ikke det blir gjort, blir det fort kaos med bord som ikke blir ryddet og vasket.Vi

Die Lage des Hotels in Uppsala ist sehr gut, das Essen war lecker. Das Zimmer ist groß und die Betten sind bequem.

Die Möbel waren alt aber ok. Leider fiel der Toilettendeckel immer zu, da die Ablage oberhalb zu breit war. Wir haben ihn mit einem überhängenden Handtuch "gesichert". Die Wasserarmatur spritzte überall hin. Es gab eine Parkmöglichkeit, diese war allerdings ziemlich teuer.

The staff were friendly, professional and helpful. The half board and Fika were a bonus. Food in general was fresh and varied. The room was well presented and very clean. Liked the concept and would go out of my way to stay in a Home brand hotel in Scandinavia.

The room was slightly too small for our taste but it was acceptable. This was offset by the rest of the stay

No bedside tables in our room Absolutely detested the water saving faucet (impossible to wash your hands without getting your shirt and half the bathroom wet (let alone brushing teeth or washing your face)

Grandezza camera

Pulizia camera dimenticata; solo dopo nostro sollecito (dopo 4 giorni di soggiorno) pulizia fatta parzialmente, non sono state sostituite le tazza utilizzate e non ripristinato il set the/caffè in camera. Buffet cena poco vario, ripetitivo: un solo tipo di primo (sempre pasta fredda) , un solo secondo.

I like the varied breakfast. The supper was a bonus! The bed was very comfortable.

There's noise from the open air concert. A door to the shower will prevent the whole bathroom from getting wet.

Gemütliches Hotel mitten in Uppsala. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Gute Betten, geräumiges Bad, Parkplatz im Hof. Innenstadt in Laufweite. Abendessen und Frühstück inklusive.

Hôtel bien situé. Petit déjeuner et buffet du soir correct.
