Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Nette kleine Wohnung mit allem was man benötigt für kürzere oder auch längere Aufenthalte: Küche mit Geschirr, Kühlschrank, Balkon. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. An der Reception wurden wir herzlich empfangen und kompetent beraten. Preis/Leistung sehr gut!

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Velký čistý apartman. Za příplatek možnost parkovat v kryté garáži. Dobře vybavená kuchyně, vše čisté. Koupelna s wc a ještě navíc samostatné wc. Hodně úložných prostor (velké skříně).
Pod balkonem přes ulici probíhala stavba dalších apartmánu, ale nijak to neomezovalo pobyt.

到着が土曜日の午後だったのだが、土曜の午後はフロントが開いておらず、洗濯をしたったのにすることができなかった。(洗濯をする建物の鍵を借りるのと、コインの購入がフロントでないとできない) また、電子レンジも部屋にはなくリクエスト制。 何が部屋にあって、何がリクエストなどが必要かの記載がなかったために、とても不便を感じた。 また、部屋がもう少し広いとよい。

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026מקמו אותנו בחדר מרוחק והיה עלינו לעבור דרך חניון לא סמפטי. החדר לא מבודד-שומעים כל רחש היחס קר בבואינו היה עלינו לתת פקדון. הם אכן אמרו את זה מראש אבל הסכום היה ממש מופקע-גבוה מהסכום ששילמנו עבור השהייה וקיבלנו את רובו חזרה יותר משבועיים לאחר שעזבנו! נאמר לנו שהמקום מתאים לשהייה בשבת מבחינת התאורה-אך כשבאנו הבחנו שהחשמל בחניון המעבר כן נדלק אוטומטית ולמזלינו יהודי טוב שפגשנו שם הראה לנו דרך אחורית שניתן לצאת דרכה.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026Raňajky sme absolvovali v blízkom okolí. Možnosť prenajatia bicyklov neďaleko hotela, cyklotrasa pri hoteli s možnosťou pokračovať po pobreží Bodensee. Pri potrebe opravy bicykla náradie k dispozícii v garáži pre bicykle.
Pri potrebe komunikácie s personálom bola možná len prostredníctvom emailu.

Misschien een plantsoentje waar je kunt zitten. Mijn balkonnetje was overigens prima.

Reviewed Jul 11, 2026Das Check-in und Check-out war sehr leicht und einfach. Das Studio hatte einen Balkon mit Rasenplatz und war angenehm kühl. Es waren genügend Tücher da und auch das Bett war bequem.
Die Küche war sehr knapp eingerichtet. In den meisten Unterkünften, die ich bisher gebucht habe, gab es etwas Salz und Pfeffer, hier nicht.

Location is not too well connected with public transportation. Usually best option is to walk from/to Davos Dorf railway station. Upstairs apartment is accessible only via very narrow stairs.

You are basically living in a construction site - we could not even enter the apartment building though the main door. Very loud (road works) from 7 am onward - making the balcony a useless feature. They turned off the water for half a day, we did not get any appropriate warning - the sign to inform the tenants was pitched on the main entrance door (the one we were instructed not to use, and hence, we did not see the information) and the email came in the middle of the night. No apologies, no discount. Very disappointed from Davos and how guests are treated outside the winter or "posh" season for the world economic forum...

Please read the note at the bottom of the description carefully: "construction work is going on nearby from April 2026 until the start of the 2026/2027". It's a shame that the construction work IS NOT NEARBY BUT JUST OUTSIDE YOUR BALCONY, ten meters from the window. Starting at 6:30 AM, the unbearable noise of bulldozers ruined our sleep. The hotel hasn't offered any form of refund despite complaints. I recommend holding off on booking until the scheduled completion of the work.

Trop de travaux autour on avait été avisé,sauf qu’on nous avais pas avisé qu’il y avait aussi des travaux à l’intérieur du bâtiment et vendredi matin a 7.30 hres du matin on a été réveillé par le bruit d’une perceuse qui perforait du béton près de notre appartement.nous avons donc eu de la chance que la location était du vendredi et depart lundi matin.pour les équipements inclus on mentionne qu’il y a un four micro-ondes,sauf on devrait dire micro-ondes sur demande.

Reviewed Mar 11, 2026Das Appartment war sehr sauber und hatte alles, wie es in der Beschreibung stand. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Das Late-Check-in mit dem Code war sehr einfach und es war von Anfang an auch vorab alles selbsterklärend resp. wurden wir sehr gut informiert. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.
Lage: Man muss sich einfach bewusst sein, dass es ein bisschen abgelegen ist. Man ist zu Fuss in ca. 15-20 Minuten am Bahnhof Davos Dorf. Es hat auch einen Bus, der bei dem Hotel fährt, aber nicht zu allen Uhrzeiten. Da wir uns hauptsächlich in Davos Platz aufhielten und mit den ÖV unterwegs waren, war es für uns ein bisschen weit weg (wussten wir aber im Vorfeld). Lärmpegel: Es ist sehr ringhörig. Wenn im Gang Personen mit einer normalen Lautstärke reden, hört man es sehr gut. Aber das Hotel an sich ist an einer sehr ruhigen Lage (keine laute Strasse oder Bars oder so).

Good power shower, coffee maker / hot water provider (NB - it is not Nespresso compatible so do not bother bringing Nespresso pods - the previous occupants of our studio had done so and got one stuck in the machine!) Amplw storage space for clothes for two people for a ski break. Good WiFi. Quiet location.
15 minute walk to Parsenn/ grocery store lift but there is a shuttle to Jakobshorn.

In der Küche hatte es leider kein Salz und Pfeffer. Ich hätte dies zumindest erwartet. Da ich nach Öffnungszeiten der Reception angereist bin, hatte ich gar nicht die Möglichkeit, noch Kaffeekapseln zu kaufen. Hätte es geschätzt, wenn ich informiert worden wäre, dass es zwar eine Kaffeemaschine hat, jedoch keine Kapseln. Wasserkocher hatte es leider auch nicht - gezwungenermassen old school Teewasser auf dem Herd erwärmen...

Für ein paar Tage war die Größe des Zimmers ausreichend . Alles hatte seinen Platz. Parkplatz und Loipe direkt vor der Tür sowie eine wunderschöne Bergwelt.

Reviewed Jan 7, 2026Wirklich schönes, großzügiges Appartement mit tollem Duschbad und Balkon. Die Lage ist gut: man kann direkt auf die Loipe, es gibt Busse zum Jakobshorn und nach Parsenn, zur Not kann man aber auch zur Parsennbahn laufen.
Wenn man sich selbst versorgt ist die Küchenausstattung bisschen knapp, kein Wasserkocher/Mikrowelle.

From a small kitchen where we could have breakfast to a ski room where we could leave ski (and hockey) equipment, as well as parking (upon request). Also the location of the apartments was a 10-15 non walk from the lifts for Parsenn, one of the two main ski areas of Davos, and there was a shuttle every morning to Jakobshorn, the other main ski area. All in all a great place where to stay in Davos.
The beds and pillows could have probably been a bit more comfortable.

Reviewed Dec 31, 2025Very clean, modern, somewhat close to the ski lifts. The facilities for storing ski equipment is great, and they let us keep our luggage there too!
You can walk to the lifts but they are still a good 15 minute walk away. (I would still book with them again :))
