Lors de notre réservation, il y était mentionné la présence d'un restaurant et d'une piscine extérieure. Une peu déçus à notre arrivée !

Prestation de qualité. Calme, pas de bruits. Très bien situé. Petit-déjeuner complet.

Good choice of breakfast in comfortable lounge with nice view of the coast and castle. Large, airy and light bedroom. Food very nice. Excellent place to stay and explore Dieppe for a couple of days before taking the train to Rouen and Paris. If not in a hurry, this is a very relaxed way to get to the continent by ferry from Newhaven (four hour crossing). Chateau and museum not to be missed.

The location is fine

Toilet is very bad. I don't know when they have cleaned it. I don't believe its really a 4 star hotel. I can even mention the room number to help others not to choose that room. But to privacy I don't want to mention it.

Geen goede wifi erbinding. Ik moest voor wifi naar het casino. Zeer slecht geïsoleerd. Niet goed geslapen omwille van geluiden bij de bovenburen en de defecte wc.

Hotel très calme, une magnifique vue sur la mer, chambre très spacieuse et très propre. La douche est grande.

Die Lage direkt an der Strandpromenade ist wirklich toll. Der Frühstücksraum mit Panoramablick lohnt sich.

Das Frühstück könnte etwas adäquater für ein 4 Sterne Hotel angerichtet sein. Wir haben am 15.08.2026 für eine Nacht mit Frühstück und Übernachtungssteuer 360 Euro gezahlt (keine Meerseite).

Auf Bestellung eines Parkplatzes wurde nur gesagt, sie müssen sich einen suchen. Alle vorhanden Parkplätze waren voll und alles besetzt! Wir mussten in der Stadt umherirren und ziemlich weit vom Hotel entfernt parken! Das war unmöglich ! Für ein Hotel der Preisklasse unmöglich. Das besagte Restaurant abends war eine Zumutung .... es war bestenfalls ein kleines Bistro oder Imbiss und die Bedienung sehr unfreundlich!

Les employés, l’accueil était super et aussi l’aide d’Aurelia qui nous a beaucoup aidé lors de la perte du doudou de notre fils. Merci beaucoup à elle.

Le prix était relativement élevé mais j’imagine que c était aussi la saison.

The bedrooms were clean breakfast good.the staff were really good .

The outside was really run down unclean bird excrement everywhere , weeds growing totally needs painting and cleaning not welcoming at all!!!! The carpet smelled they tried to mask it with air freshener pumped into air . Which was over powering they need to take all carpet up and replace with tiles . The lifts decor made us feel nauseous and it was like children’s drawings totally off putting to the eye and they smelled unclean .The sitting area out the back was totally unkempt and unclean . No chairs to sit out the front of hotel and have a drink. The bar area was kept neat but very dated and horrid carpet.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été très bien accueillis par Margeaux, qui a été d'une grande gentillesse et d'un grand professionnalisme. Son sourire, sa disponibilité et son sens du service nous ont tout de suite mis à l'aise. Un grand merci à elle ! La chambre était un véritable cocon, on s'y sent comme à la maison. La literie est excellente, la climatisation est très appréciable et l'ensemble de la chambre était impeccable, d'une propreté irréprochable. Le petit-déjeuner mérite largement ses 4 étoiles : un large choix de produits de qualité, frais et délicieux. Un grand merci également à Marie, la serveuse, qui a été très accueillante, souriante et aux petits soins. Nous recommandons cet hôtel les yeux fermés et reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Frühstück ok, Lage gut

Zimmer - Bad / Dusche veraltet - WC Spühlung funktioniert e nicht richtig. Generell hätten die Zimmer ein Update nötig. Da befand sich Rührei im Frühstücksraum am Boden und wurden von den Gästen beim darübergehen verwischt. Obwohl genügend Personal anwesend war, wurde die offensichtliche Verschmutzung am Boden ignoriert. Das Personal 4 Personen unterhielten sich währenddessen miteinander. Ich fragte mich, ob sie auf die Putzequipe warteten. Es wäre wenig Aufwand gewesen den Schmutz aufzuputzen, der einen massiven unhygienischen Eindruck hinterliess. Ich wollte erst das Personal darauf ansprechen, liess es dann aber sein, weil ich abreiste. Ich denke nicht, dass ich in diese Hotel zurückkehren würde. Grundsätzlich bin ich mit von Mercure eine andere Qualität gewohnt.

Very helpful and friendly welcome from reception easy check in and car park below. The room was lovely and cool with air con sea views comfy bed kettle and fridge. Hotel is walking distance to everything for a visit to Dieppe and on the doorstep to the castle.

We chose to have the breakfast - as the restaurant was on top floor with panoramic seaviews - however it was very busy and the only table we found was at the back without views! The breakfast was laid out in many different areas of the restaurant and not particularly good. There was loose tea and a pot however no strainer and when we asked a staff member she surly advised they had cotton bags which we should have noticed! and then walked away.

Die Umgebung ist runtergekommen. Das Zimmer ist klein und hässlich. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt überhaupt nicht.

Climatisation beaucoup trop intense dans le hall d'accueil. Quelques degrés de plus ne nuiraient en rien au confort et seraient nettement plus raisonnables si l'on pense aux enjeux climatiques et énergétiques. De même dans la chambre la clim était réglée à 19 à notre arrivée. Alors que 24-25 suffisaient largement.

Location opposite the promenade on the edge of town

Very average hotel, not worth the high price for a very standard room offering. Shower and washbasin had no door separating them from the sleeping area, separate WC around the other side of the room so lots of walking around the bed to go between toilet and handwashing.. Felt very corporate, no character. Only 1 lift which seemed to take forever when it was called. Room key card constantly deactivating, we were told its been happening all around the hotel, but it will be fixed in August. Very under-whelmed, we will definitely stay somewhere else next time we visit Dieppe

Ligging ten opzichte van het centrum en boulevard. Parking is prima maar wel te krap voor het hele hotel (geen reservering mogelijk).

Douchecabine in de kamer geeft veel overlast van water en stoom. Voor 4 sterren verwacht je een echt koffieapparaatje, een luxere douche en toilet. Het hotel is zeer gedateerd. De buitenkant straalt ook geen Mercure 4 sterren uit. Allemaal niet heel erg maar het is wel te hoge prijs voor wat je krijgt.

Frühstück war lecker und mit schöner Aussicht auf das Meer. Lage sehr zentral.

Modern and clean hotel in great location across the road from the beach with its own secure underground parking and a short walk to the marina with all its bars and restaurants, friendly and helpful staff, lovely room, excellent hot and cold breakfast.

We were kindly upgraded to a premier sea view room on the 4th floor, unfortunately the sea view window was heavily soiled with old bird poop, not the pleasurable experience we wanted. The restaurant was closed There seemed no sole to the hotel , very corporate.

Hélas la vue sur mer, même au dernier étage, est surtout vue sur un parking et un centre aquatique spa plutôt délabré . L’hôtel est en bout de plage, assez loin du quartier des restaurants.

It’s one of the best in Dieppe. But I’ve only been to Two. It’s pricey, but the breakfast is good.

I like the breakfast and it has a nice view. The rooms are fine. The beds are fine, but the pillows are very floppy. To be honest, it’s pricey for what it is.

Il n y a pas de porte à la salle de bain, nous avions une chambre confort avec canapé.

Excellent emplacement, facilité d'accès, parking privé disponible, qualité générale des équipements.

Impossible d'éteindre l'éclairage d'un des meubles de la chambre. Nous avons contacté la réception qui nous a indiqué qu'il s'agissait d'un problème connu et qu'il fallait éteindre l'alimentation générale de la chambre pour pouvoir dormir dans le noir complet. Donc soit on dort avec cette lampe allumée toute la nuit, soit un a aucun possibilité d'allumer une veilleuse si besoin durant la nuit. Inacceptable pour un hôtel de cette catégorie....

La salle de sport pourrait être mieux entretenue (pas de poids pour le banc de muscu, ballons peu gonflés, vélo elliptique grinçant).
