Un lobby incroyable et une belle disponibilité de l’hôte du soir - un super petit dej ! Belle rénovation qui doit maintenant se terminer. Pas mal de traces d’humidités sur les plafonds de ma chambre - salle de bain sommaire.

Die Betten waren bequem. Das Beste am Hotel war definitiv der Frühstücksraum. Wunderbar farbig gestaltet, hätte ich noch länger bleiben können. Leider gab es beim Check-in und auch im Zimmer keine Informationen darüber wo der Frühstücksraum ist und von wann bis wann man frühstücken kann. Zum Glück haben wir dann im Lift eine Information gefunden. Im 3. Stock liegt der Frühstücksraum

Sehr netter Aufenthalt mit sehr zentraler Lage in Mulhouse! Nachdem wir unser ursprünglich gebuchtes Zimmer aufgrund eines Defekts wechseln konnten und freundlicherweise sogar ein Upgrade bekamen, war alles sehr gut! :-) Die Lage ist ideal, um die Stadt zu erkunden und man ist zu Fuß auch in weniger als 15 Minuten am Bahnhof. Wir würden es wieder buchen.

Hôtel vraiment atypique à la déco très soignée. Chambre spacieuse, propre et lumineuse. Joli balcon très cosy avec des canapés confort. Accueil très agréable.

Comme d’habitude… excellent accueil, malgré notre arrivée après minuit, chambre surclassée spacieuse et très confortable, hôtel très calme, petit déjeuner excellent !!! Nous reviendrons !

OUTDATED HOTEL WITH PAPER CUPS.FIRST ROOM THEY WANTED TO PLACE US WAS TOO SMALL AND WE ASKED FOR A BIGGER ROOM THAT THEY SUBMITERED TO US. THE SAME LEVEL OF SERVICE. WE REALLY APPRECIATED THIS.

Es war wunderbar. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Suite. Tolles Frühstück. Ein tolles Hotel mit witziger Ausstattung und vielen Ideen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Bien dans l’ensemble

Très beau séjour qui a débuter avec un très bel accueil avec un grand sourire. Très belle chambre (211), lit très confortable. Et que dire du petit déjeuner ?! Vaste choix de thé, de fruits, et leur machine à jus de fruits une belle découverte. Sans oublier la superbe déco de tout l'hôtel, un vrai régal. Encore merci à tout le personnel ♥️

Friendly staff, only surprise was saying we had reserved breakfast which we hadn't and being charged 58 euros for 4. But it was a good breakfast

With an unique decoration and wonderful staff, this charming hotel sitting in the heart of the oldest area of Milhouse - but still surrounded by shopping - is ready to make an impression. Breakfast also was nice, only missing some cheese. I will be back.

This hotel is one of my favourites I’ve ever stayed in! The decor is quirky and beautiful. The room was perfect and for the price we paid it in an unbelievable hotel. The whole experience was awesome 🙌

Accueil parfait, avec une réceptionniste vraiment au top, souriante et attentive. Malheureusement, le reste de l’expérience n’était pas à la hauteur... La première chambre était inutilisable à cause d’une clim mobile mal installée (près de 40° à l’intérieur). On m’a proposé une autre chambre, mais le système était identique : petite clim qui tournait à plein régime avec la baie vitrée entrouverte… un vrai non-sens écologique et énergétique, et totalement inefficace. J’ai dû dormir fenêtre et rideaux grands ouverts pour espérer ne pas cuire. Autre point très décevant : la salle de bain, avec une odeur persistante d’urine et des carreaux jaunis derrière les WC, donnant une impression de manque d’entretien. Dommage, car l’accueil est vraiment irréprochable, mais les conditions de confort et de propreté ne suivent pas.

Clean and quiet hotel close to restaurants and shops

Shower leaked so bathroom floor soaked after showering - pretty lethal as tiles very slippery. Air con didn’t work - very uncomfortable night as it was so hot. Mentioned both these issues with our first stay to find ourselves in the same room with the same issues on our return to the hotel 11 days later .

Excellent location and helpful, friendly staff. Retro decorated lobby a treat! It was great to have a locked bicycle room nearby.

You just couldn’t be more central in Mulhouse. Nicely appointed hotel. Just one gripe from me. On the hottest nights of the year (around 29C) the air conditioning was not up to scratch in my room. I reported the issue and hopefully subsequent guests will be better catered for.

Nous avions pris une suite, et nous avons été déçus pas l’austérité de la chambre : - pas de déco - des murs blancs - un vis à vis extrême avec les voisins (obligé de garder les rideaux fermés), on était loin de la vue sur la ville, mais plutôt sur ce qui pouvait ressembler à une cours intérieure et sur les balcons des voisins. - pas de climatisation dans la chambre (pourtant c’est noté qu’il y en a une ! Pour le coup, on nous a mis Clim portative qui fait un bruit assourdissant (il faisait 40 degré lorsque nous y sommes allé), et qui nous obligeait à garder la fenêtre ouverte pour y mettre le tuyau d’évacuation d’air chaud (pas top niveau eco responsabilité …). - il est noté qu’il y a un spa, mais c’est juste un sauna (et clairement vu les chaleurs … on n’avait plutôt envie d’eau que de pierres chaudes ….) Apparement ils ont plusieurs suites et si on veut une de celle qui sont en photo, il faut les appeler pour les demander. En revanche, le personnel de l’établissement est très sympas et accueillant ! A la vue de notre déception concernant la chambre, la directrice nous a même proposer un geste commercial lors d’une prochaine venue.

We hadden de familie kamer en deze was zeer ruim, alleen wel erg warm. Er stond een ventilator maar met een buiten temperatuur van 30 graden deed dat weinig. Verder vonden we het jammer en eigenlijk een beetje gek dat het tweepersoonsbed zo klein was, gelet op het formaat van de kamer. Verder was de badkamer wel erg gedateerd. Het ontbijt was geweldig en overvloedig. De eetzaal was superleuk ingericht met al het verschillende servies en bestek, kleurrijk en vrolijk. Personeel was ook zeer vriendelijk.

We had a pretty poor experience at La Maison Hotel. I’d honestly give it one star. We ended up booking it on our way back from Italy to the Netherlands because our original hotel was fully booked, and unfortunately, this one was not only much more expensive but also much worse. Our room was on the fourth floor, right under a slanted roof, and it was boiling hot. The air conditioning was broken, and their “compensation” was a busted fan that didn’t work either. We couldn’t leave the window fully open because it had no safety latch, which meant it was actually dangerous—if the kids leaned out too far, they could fall right from the fourth floor. So we had to keep it shut. The shower was dirty, the room was dusty, and the tap water was either scorching hot or freezing cold—no normal temperature for a comfortable shower. Breakfast was hit or miss: the French bread was nice, but the rest of the fresh items were covered in flies and fruit flies, which was really gross. The only positive thing I can say is that the hotel is nicely located in the center, so you can walk straight out into town. Other than that, it was an experience we’d rather forget.

Personal bei Ankunft und beim Frühstück wirklich super. Problemlose Unterbringung unserer Fahrräder. Zimmer auch in Ordnung bis auf die Dusche in einer Wanne. Keinerlei Duschabtrennung. Entweder minimalst duschen oder Raum geflutet. Wir waren im 4. Stock direkt gegenüber einer Partyfläche im oberen Stockwerk von H & M. Am Samstag Party bis nach Mitternacht mit dauerhaft voller Lautstärke. Übel.

Unfortunately, it’s probably one of the worst hotels I have stayed at. The air conditioning did not work, and it seemed like there was no attempts to try and make the stay more pleasant…for example: give breakfast vouchers, provide fans, give ice water.

The parking was tricky, I was led down thr wrong way several times by GoogleMaps and had to figure it out on my own, but I made it.

Massive, really well appointed room, bathroom clean but a tiny bit dated. Breakfast was excellent and the service from the lady running breakfast was absolutely first class.

Thd room was very confortable, spacious and clean. The staff very friendly and helpful. Don't bother with the breakfast, go to a nearby coffeshop instead. It will likely be cheaper and infinitely better.

This property was great, it’s in a perfect location to explore the old town. There’s a sauna that costs 9€ per hour available to guests, and a fitness room which, while small, was perfect for someone who works out a lot but hasn’t been able to the past couple weeks on a trip. The room was spacious and clean, however the A/C didn’t work and the bathroom could have been a little cleaner. Overall I enjoyed my stay here.

Personal and nice hotel in the center. Breakfast buffé with a rich content. Sweet and helpful staff. The parking is below the hotel and got another adress then hotel. This you have to consider but when finding out no problem. High recommendations.

I had a booking at this hotel to stay at on my way home. I had an accident a few weeks before and my travel insurer decided I needed to come home for treatment. Despite the best efforts of Expedia, the hotel refused to refund my payment even after proof that I was already back home. I have used Best Western over the years but never again. By the way Best Western, other hotel chains cared enough about their customer to refund payment.

No aircondition (not working). Wifi not working. Nice breakfast, but ants among the fresh fruit. Noisy surroundings. The staff was nice, though.

Loved the staff and the decor. The inconvenience of construction noise and the fact the air conditioner did not really work was far outweighed by the overall deco and friendly vibe of the place. The hotel provided a fan for my room. Breakfast was fantastic!

We had a lovely stay, except that it was a bit wqarm in the room and the air conditioning was not very strong. The breakfast was lovely; the decor of the hotel is quite cute.

El hotel era de dificil acceso por reparaciones en unas calles alrededor, nadie nos notifico esto previo a la llegada. Una vez ahi, nos asignaron un cuarto que no tenia aire acondicionado y al hacer el reclamo nos ofrecieron otro cuarto que tampoco tenia aire y la unica ventilacion era a traves de una ventana que daba a un area social con mucho ruido, claramente no apto para poder descansar. La persona en recepcion nos dijo que no podia hacer porque habiamos reservado a traves de expedia y que si queriamos, pongamos una queja por aqui. No lo recomiendo en o absoluto!

Short stay in this hotel perfectly located in the historical part of city. Convenient if you are arriving by train, it is a short walk from the train station. Fulfilled all my needs perfectly!

We were there in May for 4days , booked 3 bedrooms ( all the same). Weather was warm and lovely during our stay and rooms were too warm, however the air-con was controlled by the main hotel and we were asked to may open windows instead. This was the main downside to our experience. Bedrooms decor and units and beds layout does not reflects to the image on the website, bit dated and does not have the same a nice.flow as what you would expecting but room.size is reasonable. Bed size, pillows and bedsheets were clean and reasonably comfy. But one of the room bathroom was quite dated with a cracked toilet and was not sturdy when you sit on it! The entrance decor was lovely, breakfast restaurant looked lovely too. There wasnt enough shockets in the rooms or not in the convenient places. Staffs we met during our stay were helpful and lovely and welcoming!

Loved it! We had a large room with an additional bed, windows to two sides and view of the main church. The room is well equipped and everything is working fine; I personally would have preferred a proper shower to a bathtub with handset, though. We loved the decoration of the hotel which is unique and charming, with lots of stuff, but neiher too cluttered nor cheap junk; we though about getting one of the lamps ourselves, but is €200 ... Nice, helpful staff. The hotel is perfectly located in a quiet street two minutes from the main square and in thus walking distance of most of the town; four minutes to the tramway. Lots of nice restaurants and bars in the area, too.

Eclectic funky decor. The lobby is very fun and there is a lot of stuff to admire- one of a kind pieces. The staff is very nice and helpful. We had a short stay and just a day in the city so the location was very convenient as it is in the heart of Mulhouse and walkable to everything.

Bequeme Betten, tolle Lage, Sauberkeit war gut, aber nicht perfekt (bspw staubig unter dem Kofferständer) Bei unserem Aufenthalt war es ziemlich warm im Zimmer im 5. Stock, es war aber auch außergewöhnlich warm für anfangs Mai und die Klimaanlage/Lüftung gemäss einem Mitarbeiter noch im Wintermodus. Mit offenem Fenster ging es gut, allerdings hatten wir dann dafür etwas Lärm von der Rooftop Bar gegenüber. War niczt tragisch, aber auch nicht ganz optimal.

The one major problem was the lack of lighting in the room. Two small wall sconces and 1 dim table lamp are totally insufficient. It really detracted from what was otherwise an excellent and unique property

Chambre familiale pour 3, literie confortable et propre mais chambre impersonnelle et basique. Dommage vu le style "decalé" du lobby de se retrouver dans la chambre d'ami un peu vieillote chez papy-mamy. La clim ne fonctionnait plus, heureusement il ne faisait pas trop chaud et la fenetre s'ouvrait. Le distributeur du papier wc tenait au double-face. Il s'agit d'un 3☆ avec une note "exceptionnelle " mais que je ne partage pas. Peut-être que la super deco qui est publiée est réservée aux chambres doubles?

Wir haben die Unterkunft für 1 Nacht genutzt, das war okay. Preisleistung stimmt. Leider war das Zimmer Richtung Innenhof und die Akustik von unten eher Laut sodass bis 2 Uhr Morgens viel Betrieb und Lärm war. Wie gesagt für eine Nacht ok

Zentral gelegen, sehr chic renoviert, gute Frühstücksauswahl

Hier ist alles etwas anders! Schon beim Betreten des Hotels fühlt man sich eher in einem gemütlichen Trödelladen als in einem Hotel. Das zieht sich durch das gesamte Hotel, insbesondere der Frühstückraum ist einzigartig: Man holt sich Teller aus einer Vitrine, ebenso den losen Tee aus großen Gefäßen aus einer anderen Vitrine. Butter und Aufschnitt und Käse befinden sich in einem Kühlschrank, Milch und andere Getränke in einem anderen Kühlschrank, usw-usf. Das ist verwirrend aber spannend. Das Zimmer selber war renoviert aber eben nicht alles und so gab es auch kleine Mängel, die aber gut verschmerzbar waren.

L'hotel non è raggiungibile utilizzando il navigatore GPS e questo ci ha fatto perdere molto tempo per raggiungerlo poiché non sapevamo di dover parcheggiare al parcheggio pubblico. A parte ciò, posizione molto centrale, camera ampia e spaziosa oltre che pulita, personale cortese. tutto OK!

Hermosa la recepción, muy diferente, fuera de lo común. Cerca de todo. El café muy bueno y el bufet igual.

Great location, cool eclectic decor and a very large room. However it was not great for sleeping due to weak air conditioning, and it was very loud outside if the window was open.

Wir haben zwei Nächte im Hotel übernachtet. Für diesen Zweck haben wir uns eine ,,Suite,, gebucht. Das Zimmer war angenehm gross und sauber. Der ,,Suite-Charme,, hat uns ein wenig gefehlt. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und das Frühstück wahr total im Preisleistungsverhältnis.
