I got bitten by bedbugs and complained to the hotel management about it but they didn’t take me serious. I find them unsympathetic. I wouldn’t recommend the hotel to anyone.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Em sap greu perquè mai he posat unes puntuacions tant baixes, però és que en aquest cas no tinc res positiu a destacar.
L'emplaçament no és confortable perquè es troba als afores de Mestre. D'altra banda, la neteja és molt escasa i no arriba ni als mínims exigibles (hem arribat a trobar ampolles buides de Cola a sota del llit, o una tovallola que vaig deixar al terra perquè estava bruta ens la van tornar a penjar tal qual al penjador del bany). L'estat general de l'hotel és realment i objectiva de molt poc manteniment i de deixadesa evident. Finalment, per a esmorzar cal anar a un altre hotel que es troba a uns 150m-200m, ja que Club hotel no ho ofereix a les seves instal•lacions.

Arredamento datato, pulizia da rivedere, materasso appoggiato su una rete più larga (si vedevano le molle sotto), camera e arredamento da rivedere e modernizzare. Per quel che ho pagato potrebbe anche starci, ma molto deludente.

Struttura estremamente datata, bagni con lo scarico del water che perdeva. Scovolino del water inguardabile, water incrostato di sporcizia come anche il lavandino. Stato della climatizzazione drammatico, grate del sistema di climatizzazione arrugginite ed incrostate. Lenzuola grigiastre, asciugamani che non odoravano di pulito. Generale sensazione di sporcizia della stanza. Foto su booking che non riproducono la reale situazione squallida delle camere. Siamo fuggiti, come riscontrabile da nostra successiva prenotazione per lo stesso periodo su Booking del novo hotel localizzato a circa 1km dalla presente struttura.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Gute Lage, Bushaltestelle nur wenige Meter entfernt und Lidl ebenfalls in der Nähe. Wir wurden oft gefragt, ob wir neue Handtücher oder Zimmerservice benötigen. Der Müll wurde immer geleert. Außerdem sind eine Klimaanlage und ein kleiner TV vorhanden.
Bei der Ankunft hätte das Zimmer allerdings etwas gründlicher gereinigt sein können.

Estuvimos dispuestos pagar por el Late Cheking, pero el chico de la recepción nos ha puesto malas caras y pocas ganas de ayudarnos. Ya me preparaba dormir en la calle. Después de pedir 5 veces “por favor, necesitamos solamente dormir” He pagado por una habitación con cama doble, eran dos camas, las toallas sucias, pelo en el suelo. Mala experiencia.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Velice ochotný personál. Každý den výměna ručníků a každodenní úklid. Klimatizace chladila perfektně a nebyl z ní cítit zápach. Oceňuji nekuřácké ubytování.
Nelíbil se mi zákaz konzumace vlasního jídla na pokoji. Nebyla ani společná kuchyňka pro hosty, ani mikrovlná trouba. Na pokoji nebyla varná konvice. Na pokoji nebyla malá lednice pro chlazené nápoje i společná lednice na chodbě chyběla.

The air conditioner was making a lound noise and the walls were really thin, i could hear our neighbours coughing in the night. And after the cleaning lady cleaned the rooms, we found the doors unlocked.

Possibilità di fare colazione in una struttura a fianco. Fermata dell'autobus davanti all'hotel. Ideale per i viaggiatori in macchina che possono parcheggiare nel parcheggio dell'hotel , oppure se pieno nelle vie laterali molto tranquille
Connessione wifi un po lenta.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026Our stay was acceptable overall, but unfortunately it did not meet our expectations. We booked a room with a balcony, but were given one without a balcony instead. When we asked if it was possible to change rooms, we were told that all the other rooms were already occupied and that we should have checked in earlier. This was disappointing, as we had specifically paid for a room with a balcony. Some of the staff members were not particularly friendly or welcoming, although others were helpful. The room itself was clean and comfortable, but the bathroom could definitely be improved. There was an unpleasant smell coming from the shower. Another inconvenience was the room key. It was attached to a large wooden block with the room number, which made it bulky and uncomfortable to carry. I believe there are much more practical ways to make the keys easy to identify without making them so inconvenient. Overall, the stay was acceptable, but because of these issues, I personally would not choose to stay here again.
