Reviewed Sep 4, 2026The staff are very friendly and always happy to help with anything you need during your stay. The place is comfortable and very clean. It’s also well connected by public transport, so getting to Madrid’s city centre is relatively easy. We had a really pleasant stay and would definitely recommend it!

Reviewed Jul 9, 2026We stayed for one night. Overall, it's a decent hotel, but it feels a bit dated. The rooms are very basic and could use some renovation in places. When we checked in, the air conditioning wasn't working, but the staff fixed it very quickly, which we appreciated. The room itself was clean. The lobby interior isn't particularly inviting, and the restaurant was closed during our stay. The hotel is located in an industrial area, so there aren't many places nearby to walk around or have a meal.
