Posizione molto bella direttamente sul mare, camera molto pulita e ben accessoriata anche se non grande (la nostra non era la camera superior). Il personale gentilissimo e sebbene siamo arrivati alle 21 quando il ristorante stava chiudendo si sono prodigati per farci cenare. La strada per arrivare è molto disastrata purtroppo per i danni dell’ uragano che qui ha colpito molto ma questo non è certo colpa della struttura che è invece in condizioni perfette e siamo contenti di aver contribuito con il nostro soggiorno alla loro ripresa

The tv channel selection was outstanding.

The facility was rundown, corroded fixtures, torn bath towels,and dirty curtains. The room was not serviced during our two night stay. Ordered jerk chicken in restaurant and received baked chicken with jerk sauce and stale reheated festival bread.

Really nice setup room was nicely decorated for our up coming wedding celebration and staff alongside property was really clean

The breakfast served was excellent. I had Callaloo and Saltfish with fried dumplings. Mom had the Baked beans with saltfish. I'd never had that before but was pleasantly surprised by the wonderful tastiness of it. All was seasoned very well. The wait times could be improved a little, but I understand since everything is made to order, fresh and hot. Our server was very hospitable towards us and kind. The ocean view rooms were marvelous. You could hear the waves . Where we stayed was quiet.

We liked the location of the sunset 1 and 2 villa/rooms, which were quite peaceful

The rooms were not very clean. There were cobwebs and spiders in the rooms and bathrooms. It is necessary for staff to clean the rooms daily even if the rooms are not booked. The shower curtain had mild drew on it .Once again,the facility is nice but is in need of proper house cleaning.the fan in the reception area was also filled with dust. First, impression is important. This is my 3rd time coming to your hotel and it's the first time that I had this experience and I was disappointed because I brought a guess with me. However, a little more attention to the cleaning and all will be good going forward.

Relaxing, clean, quiet

Kory was so incredibly hospitable and helpful throughout our stay. He went above and beyond for us to make sure we got there okay and had a good stay. The room was huge and perfect with the comfiest bed overlooking the sea! Would absolutely stay here again!

Corey and Janet are very warm, welcoming, accommodating and special people. My stay was well beyond any expectations.

This is an absolutely wonderful resort. The owners Janette and Corey are fantastic hosts both friendly and caring. The staff are warm, respectful and always helpful. There is airconditioning i the rooms! The restaurant is in the most beautiful setting i have ever experienced right on the sea. The food is fresh and delicious. We stayed for 10 days and every single one of them was magical.

Poolside room. Room with king size bed and a double bed. Restaurant had great selection of foods for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

We enjoyed our stay, and I would have rated it higher, but for a few unpleasant episodes of upset stomach after dining. However, I'm sure this must have been an isolated incident as friends had recommended the place highly.

The staff were all amazing - very friendly and always smiling - it was a pleasure to see The room was really great with a balcony with amazing views The resort was very well kept and it was chilled and quiet The pool was also really good and beautiful to look at night with the color changing The restaurant offered delicious food as well.

A small negative was that we could not order any cocktails but only bottled drinks - however that was a minor thing!

I liked that the property was in a very rural area so I saw the real Jamaica . But I also had some creature comforts at beyond sunset. The staff were lovely and helpful. The place was in a beautiful spot and well maintained even though they were still recovering from the recent hurricane.

This is our 2nd time staying at this hotel, and I absolutely love everything! The staff are welcoming, friendly, helpful, and accommodating from start to finish. The food is incredible, especially the mango wings, which I had every lunch and dinner as an appetizer. The location is stunning. There is a beach a very short walk down from the hotel in the evening locals and other visitors taking a swim while taking in the gorgeous sunsets. The rooms are clean, comfortable, have A/C, and have the most amazing views. The pool is an added bonus and always a nice refreshing dip after a day of exploring or relaxing. There are other stores and restaurants, a short walk or drive away. There are numerous little beaches close by that if you feel adventurous and take a drive down some rough roads, you can have all to yourself. I found some incredible shells on a beach like this. Just speak with the receptionist, and she can contact the owners and arrange things such as boat rides or massages.

There is nothing that I don't enjoy about this hotel.

This hotel was amazing. We started our trip across the country staying here. We originally booked for 4/5 days but loved it so much we canceled our next stop to extend our stay here. They were very accommodating and figured out a way to let us remain in our room the extra days. There is so many positives it's hard to list them all. The staff amazing and friendly. The bar excellent service and cold refreshing drinks. The food was incredible, fresh, and well priced. We fell in love with our room Sunset Dream #1. The evenings on the huge porch with a storm rolling in were the best! The pool was clean and cool. Kory was friendly and helpful. This really was a home away from home. We are coming back again in Nov 2024 and will be staying here a week. I cannot wait!

I was disappointed in the food that I ordered

We have mixed feelings about this resort. On the one hand, it’s understandable that average beach properties tend to suffer from greater wear and tear but this property was below what I expected for a price of USD 680 for three nights. The standards for service are relatively low in Jamaica, in general, and this resort was not much different. The property is located right at the sea providing very nice sunset views (probably the best in the vicinity, but the closest strip resembling a beach is some 200 m away and requires minor rock climbing. Which itself could be fun, but you can’t really go and walk on the beach late in the dark, for example. A better beach is some 10-15 minutes walk away. The local restaurant is pretty ok, both price- and quality-wise (by Jamaican standards, which are not great), but the de facto available menu was limited. Even the most basic local components were missing from the breakfast menu. There are plenty of other restaurants around, although it’s a bit tricky to walk on narrow roads in the dark. But it’s pretty fun to walk around during the day, visiting different restaurants, the local fruit stand, or a souvenir shop. And to conclude on a positive note - WiFi worked pretty well.

We stayed 2 nights in the hotel. We had a lovely room with own terras overlooking the sea. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The only negative remark is that both morning breakfasts there was no fresh fruit available. Which is remarkable for Jamaica where there is an abundance of all sorts of fruits

On arrival the toilet wouldn't flush so the rude lady at front desk lifted the cistern & flushed from inside of toilet & claimed it was fixed. So I requested a room change & she refused claiming it was fixed so we requested a refund & left to find somewhere with proper toilet flushing facilities. The receptionist was rude & hostile so we were happy to leave

I cancelled my stay upon arrival. The place was not as advertised.

The only issue that I had was with the cable not working the entire time I was there.

We had a fantastic stay in the honeymoon suite at Beyond Sunsets. The room was incredible, it was so spacious, had stunning ocean views and you fell asleep and woke up to the sounds of the waves lapping on the shore. Pure heaven! It is also in a brilliant location, in walking distance to the local bars and restaurants. Treasure Beach was our favourite part of Jamaica - it felt more authentic and safe than the resort towns and the locals were so friendly with zero hustling. There happened to be the first ever rum and reggae festival held at Jack Spratt next door when we visited which was so well organised and fun, ending with a bonfire on the beach. A trip to Treasure Beach wouldn’t be complete without sampling Kim’s place - she makes incredible coconut curried and mango chicken! Also check out the curried lobster at Eggys - you will not regret it!!! Kory was very receptive and helpful over email before we arrived regarding activities. The only advice I would give to the hotel is that an information pack would have been helpful, with timings for check out/meal times etc. But overall we found the staff friendly enough and would definitley stay again.

Loved the cleanliness and decor of the room and patio, large bathroom. Location with ocean views was a treat.

We were disappointed that traditional Jamaican breakfast was not available during our stay.

This place is special. The people, the location, the laid-back environment, the services, and everything were exceptional. I am already looking to book my next visit here. We made some amazing memories here and will be talking about our new friends with everyone back home. If you want authentic not cookie cutter all-inclusive resorts, this is the place.

Hotel has great service, however the room was located in the midst of noisy and fighting staff, events being held with no consideration for guests and lack of basics like beach towels. Big up the bartender and service staff. Great views and the community was welcoming.

Decent location to be. Within walking distance to jack sprat restaurant. Rooms are very clean. Staff members are friendly. The best part for me was the view of the sea. Waking up and going to sleep hearing the waves was amazing. I would recommend anyone to stay here.

Almost everything we loved. Very peaceful and clean. They have fruit trees and the ocean view was amazing especially at nights when the moon shines on the water.

This hotel is a little paradise on earth! We fell in love with it! They helped us make my husbands birthday a special evening! We were here for 3 weeks and we didn’t want to leave! We travel all over the world and this is one of our favorite spots! We are booked for our next 2 trips to sunset! The staff, everyone from Janette, Cory and their team work very hard for you to enjoy all that treasure beach has to offer! The cleaning girls go out of their way to make your room spotless…the chefs, headed up by the lovely sanika cooked their hearts out and I went home 2 pounds heavier lol! The front desk reception, the bartenders and waitresses all lovely and helpful. Let’s not forget the ground guys…working so hard to keep it lovely and fresh. We will continue to come back time and time again! It’s location on calabash just can’t be beat! I highly recommend Beyond Sunset Resorts and Villas if you want to taste a true piece of Jamaica.

Everything was perfect. I've already left a review but as I had to extend our stay and was unable to do this at time of purchasing our first stay, I had to purchase another stay. But the staff kept us in the same room, which we appreciated although it would've been nice to have been told this at time of check in. As we quickly had to pack our clothes and toiletries on Saturday morning assuming we were being moved to another room from check in on Saturday afternoon for the one night. But when the cleaners turned up, we were told otherwise.

Everything was beautiful 😻

The room was above our expectations! It was called "Blue Dolphin" and it was so clean and comfortable with lots of space. Everything from the check in process was efficient with a smile. We checked in and after leaving our bags in our room, we made a pit stop to the bar before exploring the Villa and area. I love the steps access down to Treasure Beach and it was so clean and peaceful there. The staff were really friendly and their food menu options was really good. We can't wait to return and book a few more nights stay.
