The Staff were very helpful and courteous in all of our special needs, except for the Shuttle Service.

My wife and I had to wait an hour for our shuttle at the airport. When the shuttle did arrive, we were told by a particular flight attendant that this shuttle was just for the flight crew and the flight attendants. However, I was able to explain the situation to the driver and he disagreed with the flght attendant statement and was able to make room for us. The front desk personnel acknowledged that there was only 1 shuttle per hour even though we had informed them of our arrival. The attendant also admitted there were only supposed to be 8 crew members but 14 actually arrived.

Breakfast sausage was awful. Rowing machine doesn't work properly, the seat doesn't roll on the track the way it should. Something was dragging out jammed up. At the airport where all the hotel shuttle busses wait, the Marrott didn't have a schedule posted. We weren't sure if we were waiting in the right place.

This is a contemporary, classy hotel somehow close to the airport. We had a car that we parked near the hotel (the bowling center) for free, so that was no problem for us. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom had both a tub and a shower. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. We used the hotel gym, which didn't disappoint. Also rented e-bikes from the reception to ride all the way to the city center, which was maybe the best day of our vacation.

Could be hard for people to travel to and from the city and also to and from the airport. Distances are not short. The gym could accommodate 3-4 people but was not busy at the time we used it.

Locatie was perfect als uitvalsbasis voor een huwelijk in Heemstede. Kamers waren royaal voor een gezin met 2 kinderen, met royale badkamer, fitness, bowlingbaan om de hoek, etc.

The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was spotless clean. The hotel was contemporary and modern, with a chic feel to it. The gym was adequate for a group of 3-4 people. The staff was very polite. The price was very good at the time we visited.

The mini fridge in the room was not working and seemed to have been broken for some time. The distance from the city and the airport is not manageable if you don't have a car.

Zimmer und Frühstück waren sehr gut, FlughafenShuttle zum Flughafen hat super funktioniert. Check Inn nach Mitternacht hat gut geklappt.

War doch weiter weg vom Flughafen als gedacht. Shuttle vom Flughafen fährt nur bis 23.40 Uhr, mussten ein Taxi nehmen, weil unser Flug Verspätung hatte.

Had gezocht op hotel waar je kon parkeren. Op de site stond niets over de kosten. 2 dagen voor aankomst kreeg ik een e-mail dat dit 19,50 € zou kosten per dag. Toen we vrijdag middag aankwamen en na 1,5 uur met de auto weggingen moesten we 2,25. Etmalen. Met vertrek vandaag 19,50. Dit zijn extreem hoge kosten te betalen bij een op zich al niet goedkoop hotel. Zal me voortaan nog wel 3 keer bedenken voor ik hier weer boek.

Apenas a distância do centro de Amsterdam mas usando transporte público é bem fácil e prático. O transfer do hotel só leva para o aeroporto e é caro demais.

Das Hotel ist für ein vier Sterne Hotel schon älter, aber die Betten und das Zimmer waren hervorragend! Insgesamt wirkte alles stimmig. Sehr viele Wallboxen um zu teuren Preisen das E Auto laden zu können.

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe vom Flughafen, mit Fluglärm ist zu rechnen, dafür war das Hotel von außen auch gut gedämmt... Aber wer auch immer die Idee hatte jeden Morgen einen extrem lauten hochfrequenten Staubsaugerroboter morgens ab 6:00 seine Runden drehen zu lassen ist ein Sadist! Das Gedränge am Frühstücksbuffet war auch unangenehm.

I was very pleasantly surprised. It was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. The kids received gifts at check-in. Everything was just perfect.

Hotel acorde con un Courtyard by Marriot. Camas comodas, habitacion espaciosa y bien equipada.

Me pareció muy mal que el parking sea de pago (20€ el dia!!) estando el hotel tan lejos de Amsterdam. Afortunadamente a 500 metros hay aparcamiento gratuito en una zona tranquila cerca de una bolera/casino. Tambien el wifi es de pago (7,50€ al dia) y deberia ser un servicio incluido en la habitacion.

Ampia stanza, bagno dotato di vasca e box doccia, staff cordiale e disponibile, servizio di lavanderia, ampio parcheggio.

Je betaald 50 euro borg per nacht , wij bleven 2 dagen je krijg het binnen 3 dagen na uitchecken terug gestord. Maar daar was ik niet op voorbereid.

La proximité avec l’aéroport

The hotel was clean and generally comfortable. Its location close to Amsterdam Airport was convenient, and getting to the airport by public bus worked very well for us. As we had a poor experience with the hotel shuttle, we chose to use the public bus instead, and it was comfortable and straightforward.

The €200 guarantee/deposit was not clearly communicated to us before arrival. We only found out about it when we arrived at the hotel, which was unexpected. If you are travelling with children, I would recommend checking this in advance so you are prepared for the additional charge. The hotel airport shuttle was also very disappointing. We waited for a long time and watched several other hotel buses arrive and leave while we were still waiting for ours. We were travelling with young children, and it was late and cold, so the long wait was particularly unpleasant. On the fourth day of our stay, we ordered food at the hotel restaurant and waited over 45 minutes for it to arrive. This was especially difficult with hungry children. Even after finishing our meal, it took quite a while to get the bill. Overall, the hotel itself was clean and conveniently located, but the shuttle service, restaurant service and lack of clear communication about the €200 guarantee could be improved.

The service of the personal was exceptional. We had some goods to be kept in a refrigarator and immediatly they made it happen. The moment we had a problem with our airconditioning we got an other room. The service was outstanding.

The area the hotel is in makes it harder to get to Amsterdam Centraal.

Being there twice within a month, prices for children regarding breakfast and shuttle bus varies when there are different staff at the reception. There was a supper dirty glass in the bathroom. When the janitor showed up to take it away, he looked like he was troubled. No sorry being said. There was a bug in the shower.

Very pleasant and helpful staff. We were offered a free upgrade and allowed an early check in. Very good breakfast, included.

Parking at the hotel was not included in the hotel fee. Airport shuttle was covered only one way.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and yummy food

We stayed here for easy access to the airport and the advertised shuttle bus service. Upon enquiry they said that as we had to be at the airport at 5 am they were unable to assist as the shuttle only starts running at 5:40. However as we were checking out there was a shuttle bus running the engine warm at the entrance waiting for another couple to take them to the airport. If we had to pay for the service, you could have told us. Would've been earlier than driving twice to the airport to get luggage and passengers to the airport and saved an hours racing to check in on time. With little kids so early in the morning it would've been far better experience!

Öncelikle depozito aldılar 2 hafta geçti iade edilmedi. Yüksek hızlı internet ücreti kestiler yatmayandan yatmaya gittik ve internetini bile kullanmadık itiraz etmemize rağmen kestiler günlük 10€ iki gün için 20€ . Otopark ücreti oldukça yüksek günlük 20 €.Amsterdam merkeze epey uzak. Etrafta yemek içme imkanı yok denecek kadar kısıtlı. Resepsiyondaki beyefendide oldukça kabaydı…Keşke biraz daha fazla ödeyip merkezde kalsaydık zaten git gel otopark derken merkezde konaklamak daha uyguna gelecekti.Booking müşteri hizmetlerine yazdım dönüş bile yapmadılar muhatap yok. Fatura fotoğraflarını aşağıya yüklüyorum bakabilirsiniz.

Breakfast was good, although my favourite, scrambled eggs and bacon were both so overcoodked. Otherwise, nice breakfast.

About the drinking glasses in the room. How are those washed/changed. The second day, when room cleanig had done cleaning, we noticed, the glasses were all dirty, looked like those were not changed to new ones, but only washed quickly under tap. Is that possible.... it feels gross. And it makes me wonder if they were just wiped down with some dirty rag—the same one used to wipe the drinking glasses in all the rooms. Once I returned the glasses to reception, they said sorry...but the same happened other days too. That was not nice.

Instalações muito confortáveis, com cafeteria disponível, frigobar. Passei apenas 1 noite, pois queria uma hospedagem próxima ao aeroporto. Funcionários prestativos.

Atentar que não fica próxima de nenhuma linha de metrô ou trem, então não recomendo para quem quer turistar, já que o transporte público de Amsterdã é ótimo.

Eigenlijk niets. Voor de locatie vind ik het parkeren wellicht een beetje aan de prijs.

Das Frühstück ist ausreichend und bietet alles, was man für einen guten Start in den Tag braucht. Was Kinder am Frühstück mögen, sind einige Gebäcke, die sie gerne verspeisen. Danach haben wir gemütlich gefrühstückt.

Schade, dass das Personal uns keinen Kaffee oder Tee anbietet. Dann müssen wir selbst suchen. Das Personal hätte den Kaffee oder Tee anbieten sollen. Dann hätten wir sie nicht selbst suchen müssen.

Hele grote kamer met 2 twijfelaar bedden, (te) kleine douche en ligbad. Goed ontbijt met 2 minpuntjes: Goedkoop boterham vlees Betalen voor spiegeleieren.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und waren rundum zufrieden. Das Hotel war sauber, komfortabel und sehr gepflegt. Die Zimmer waren angenehm und das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch die Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben uns als Familie sehr wohlgefühlt und würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Clean and close to the airport

Charges you 7.5 per person to take you back to the airport with their own airport shuttle. For a family of 2 parents with 2 teenage kids thats 30 EUR to go to the airport for the own guests that stayed the night. Shameful!

During our recent stay, we experienced significant ongoing issues with the cleanliness of our room. Despite repeatedly bringing the unhygienic room conditions and the lack of fresh towels to your staff's attention, our concerns were entirely ignored. We did not receive any response or corrective action until the day before our departure, which made for a highly frustrating and unacceptable experience. Additionally, the sauna was out of service for the entirety of our stay, and despite our expectations, no repairs were made.

Es un poco distante sel aeropuerto. Pero tienen un servicio de shuttle que se ofrece un servicio de all day pass a un precio preferencial.

The hotel is located too far from the airport to be called an airport hotel. The shuttle bus service is not available during the night, so to catch an early flight at 6-7 a.m. you need to take a taxi which costs around 60 euro.

Bardzo dobre śniadanie w formie bufetu. Bardzo uprzejmy i pomocny personel. Dość duże pokoje, mogące pomieścić do 4 osób. Możliwość dojazdu do hotelu shuttle-busem lub autobusem miejskim (około 20 minut). Bardzo czysto.

Kiepski internet w pokojach. Shuttle bus z lotniska kursuje tylko o wyznaczonych godzinach i tylko do 23:30.

our problem was the location, even though is considered near by the Schiphol Airport, however...not easy to get a Uber or Bolt if you have early flights, like us at 6:30. About 4:30 started to look for an Uber/Bolt. I was requesting a car, found it but driver denied it...and got a message that a driver could not be found. I managed to secure one after about 30 minutes, wait for 15 minutes (as it was at the airport), drive to airport another 15 minutes and arrive at 5:30. There a huge line for security check...but moved quickly, anyway after about 15-20 min were already in the international area and headed to the gate where the boarding just started. Hotel provides shuttle for a fee only after 5:30, but too late to catch our flight. Thus, you need to order in advance...or start very early to get a taxi to be in time at the airport.

Everything was exactly what we needed. Restaurants close by, spotlessly clean, comfortable, friendly staff and sauna!

The breakfast for that price is awful. Do not open The scrambled eggs, you lose your appetite. Eat in the airport or anywhere else. This is NOT an airport hotel. Since we arrived late, there was no free shuttle, and the taxi fare was 50 euros, imagine the distance. Nowhere on earth that is an airport hotel. Also, There is only one way free shuttle, to go back, you have to pay.

Amsterdam Marriott Review We had a good stay at the Marriott. We were welcomed well by Erhan at the check in desk. The rooms were clean and everything was well maintained. The waster pressure in the shower was also great. We parked our car in the carpark and unfortunately someone damaged our car and drove off. The manager Rick was excellent. He helped us put together a police report and went above and beyond to help us. We really really appreciated it. Thank you very much!

Location, shutter transfer and good staff

We only stayed for two nights, but it was a very relaxing break. The complimentary lemonade and ice on the hot days were a nice touch. The shower head was cracked, and it was fixed within 15 minutes after we reported it. We also enjoyed walking in the park and playing pool in the lobby.

It would have been nice if the parking had been free, especially since it's an outdoor parking lot.

Staff are friendly and accommodating. We arrived before the check-in time; however, the room was ready, so we were allowed to check in in advance. This is so helpful, especially coming from a long travel.

The location is a bit far from the airport. Although the shuttle is available, we had to wait for an hour for the past two days we were there.
