Convenient location, sparkling clean room, and friendly staff. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Location near the ubahn. Rooms were clean and relatively spacious for European standards.

Housekeeping was done every third day. Breakfast selection was very limited.

Excelente ubicación en planta alta. Zona muy céntrica y accesible en transporte público, a pesar de eso, calle muy tranquila. Instalaciones modestas pero adecuadas; un detalle: multitud de enchufes. Buena limpieza. Personal cálido y muy amable.

Quizás poner en todas las habitaciones una pequeña nevera.

Das Zimmer war sauber, eine Matratze sehr gut. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Eine Matratze war zu weich, bei der Toilette war eine kleine Lache, die wohl infolge von etwas Undichtem entstanden ist.

There are various ways to present a relatively budget hotel - Sorat gets it right! 24 hour reception, large foyer with grab-and-go breakfast, beers available and seats outside, friendly staff, great position. Thank you, will visit again !

Nicht nur, dass die Zimmerreinigung lediglich alle drei Tage erfolgt, auch die Qualität der Reinigung entsprach absolut nicht dem Standard, den ich von einem gewöhnlichen Hotel erwarte. Die Bettwäsche wurde trotz sichtbarer Verunreinigungen nicht gewechselt. Insgesamt war ich daher leider enttäuscht.

Location very convenient close to metro. Free continental breakfast much appreciated, simple, but good for a small starter bite and coffee to get going.

Room a bit tired looking, old carpet. Unfortunately they had the room 'aired' with open window to the court yard, with positive intentions I am sure, unfortunately kitchen air vent from some resto was blowing kitchen odours into the room.

Fehlende Klimaanlage im Juli bei 40 Grad! Aber da hatten wir einfach Pech!

Lage direkt am Kurfürstendamm. Das Frühstück war wie beschrieben. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Weg zur nächsten U Bahn ist sehr kurz und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten viele vorhanden.

Zimmer verfügen über Smart TVs, die man nicht mit dem Internet verbinden kann.

Das Personal ist super nett freundlich und zuvorkommend

Geräumiges Zimmer gehabt. Empfang war sehr freundlich und erklärte alles. Tolle Idee auch mit dem gratis Kaffee und kkeines Leckeres dazu. Auch zum Abschied gab es Energie Drink mit einen Riegel auf dem Wege. .

Etwas unsauber ... Dusche ist offen und man extrem aufpassen keine Überschwemmung zu verursachen. Sehr warm im Zimmer zum Glück konnte man lüften.

Die Lage war super. Direkter Busanschluss und U-Bahn weniger als 5 Minuten fußläufig. Das Zimmer war schön und sauber.

Un très bon séjour: l hôtel est très bien équipé, tout le personnel est charmant, les croissants et boissons chaudes du matin sont vraiment un plus, la garde des bagages est organisée sans problème, les bus 100 et 200 passent à côté pour visiter facilement Berlin. Super!

Le petit dejeuner etait vraiment mediocre ( café ou thé et croissant) pas de salle pour prendre le petit dej, on le prend sur le canapé de l'accueuil, le personnel ne parle que anglais ou allemend, la chambre etait propre mais vraiment vieillotte et pas chaleureuse,,,,en plus de ca pas de parking,,,,,!

I slept very well in this hotel: the soundproofing was good, the curtains blocked out the light nicely, the mattress was comfortable, and everything was very clean.

I was generally very satisfied with my stay at Hotel Soret. The room was clean and well-maintained. The location is excellent—access to the city center and the main train station was very convenient and made traveling around Berlin super easy. Breakfast was also great, especially the fresh croissants paired with good coffee—a perfect start to the day! Despite this minor drawback, I would still recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!

The only thing that could be improved are the mattresses, as I would have appreciated a slightly more comfortable bed.

I have stayed at his hotel many times. It is a fantastic little hotel and the location is excellent.

We were in Berlin for WTA tournir, so we just needed hotel close to metro. Just to start new day coffee, tea and fresh croissants

Muy amable el primer recepcionista. La habitación muy bien y la ubicación también, el metro estaba a 2 minutos.

Nos prometieron limpieza los días de la estancia y no vinieron. También daban un obsequio a la salida del hotel y no pillamos nada.

Ho apprezzato molto la posizione dell’hotel, comoda e vicina al centro e alla stazione. La struttura è pulita e ben tenuta, ideale per chi vuole soggiornare in una zona comoda per visitare la città e spostarsi facilmente.

Non ho riscontrato particolari aspetti negativi durante il mio soggiorno.

Sehr zentrale Lage! City West, Shoppingmeile Kurfürstendamm, KaDeWe + U-Bahnhof Wittenbergplatz direkt davor. 100er Bus fährt auf der anderen Seite zum Bahnhof Zoo. Sehr nettes Personal am Empfang! Zimmer zum Hof raus ist ruhig. Betten angenehm, Bad u Zimmer sauber u Tee&Kaffeezubehör auf dem Zimmer. Es gibt zum frühstück Kaffee u 3 verschiedene Croissants. Parkgarage nicht vorhanden- man kann aber 2 Straße nebenan im Europacenter ins Parkhaus(contipark) für ca 20€ pro 24h.

Double room was booked but it was 2 single beds which kept seperating, mattress was not so good quality. Rooms a little dated and need upgrading,

Sehr nettes Personal, sehr zuvorkommend. Dem Wunsch nach einem ruhigen Zimmer wurde entsprochen, Check-out um kurz nach 12 Uhr war auch möglich. Sehr angenehm war auch das Mini-Frühstück, reicht eigentlich für den Start in den Tag.

Alles gut, es hat nichts gestört. Bei großer Wärme könnte die fehlende Klimaanlage ein Problem sein.

Bra läge, fina rum god smidig frukost ! Personalen i receptionen var verkligen toppen, väldigt trevliga och hjälpsamma. Mycket mysig känsla i entrén.

Vi sov tre nätter, hade kunnat vara åtminstone en städning under dessa nätter.

Auf alle Wünsche/Fragen Freundlich/Hilfsbereit eingegangen. 24 Stunden Rezeption. U Bahn, Bus in 3 Minuten Fußläufig zu erreichen. Großes Zimmer mit einer Nische, zur Tee, Kaffe Zubereitung. Angebot : Morgens diverse. Heiße Getränke und diverse Croissants in der Lobby. Sehr Große Buchauswahl in der Lobby

The room is cozy, the location is great, just next to the Kaufhaus and metro station, super convenient. the staff is humorous when I check in, the breakfast is also nice.

Temperatur bei der Dusche war äußert schwer zu regeln und es dauerte sehr lange dass sich die Temperatur einstellt. Kann aber selbstverständlich nur ein Problem dieses eines Zimmers sein

Ottima posizione per spostarsi con i mezzi pubblici. Colazione compresa bevande calde e cornetti. Personale gentilissimo. Ottimo anche il ristorante accanto.

The hotel itself was a bit old, and unfortunately. However, the complimentary breakfast with a croissant and coffee in the morning was a real game changer and definitely made up for it. The lobby was also a lovely place to relax and hang out. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Einfache, allerdings praktische Zimmer Ein Duschvorhang, der über die Duschwanne heraushängt und so das Bad flutet ist absolut ein No Go!!!

Não gostei do atendimento na Recepcao, quando cheguei, ou seja dia 11/8, mesmo tendo avisado o hotel que só chegaria no dia seguinte ao programado da estadia, nos informou que não tinha mais quarto e que eu tinha que mostrar o e Mail enviado, enfim. Mas depois de alguns Contatos resolveram . O pior foi que encontrei vários pernilongos no quarto.

Locatie in hartje Berlijn is helemaal geweldig. Horeca, waaronder veel restaurants in directe omgeving. Goed bereikbaar met metro, station Wittenbergplatz is in directe nabijheid. Ontbijt is mogelijk, niet uitgebreid. Dat is van tevoren goed aangegeven en in directe nabijheid van het hotel is voldoende mogelijkheid een ontbijit te scoren.

Tout! Les lits, la proprieté de l'endroit. L'hôtel très bien placé, le service de café et croissants le matin, la bouillard à dispositio dans la chambre. Franchement excellent! C'est la deuxième fois que je prends cet hôtel et c'est magnifique. Les receptionnistes très gentils, surtout le monsieur de la nuit, très sympa! J'adore Sorat Hotel Berlin ❤️

La posizione è molto centrale e vicina alla stazione della metropolitana. Anche se manca una vera colazione, l’offerta gratuita al mattina di croissant e caffè risulta gradita. Il rapporto prezzo/qualità è ottimo.

La camera viene pulita ogni 3 giorni. Il parcheggio in strada durante il giorno è molto costoso

There was a man at the reception on Thursday evening. I’m not sure of his name, but unfortunately, he was not helpful when I came to make my booking. His attitude towards me was rude and I did not feel that I was treated well.

Das Hotel hatten wir jetzt zum 3. Mal gebucht. Die Lage ist super, das Personal sehr freundlich, Preis Leistung stimmt.

Alles war sehr gut, grosses Zimmer, bequemes Bett. Es gibt alles was man braucht. Gratis Kaffee und Croissants am Morgen.

The hotel is located in a quiet and pleasant area, close to the zoo, with shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. There are also good places for a morning run. Although the hotel doesn’t serve breakfast, complimentary croissants, tea, and coffee are available in the morning. I also enjoyed the nearby with German cuisine restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable.

The room didn’t have air conditioning, and since the afternoon sun shines directly into the room, it became quite hot. If you’re visiting during the summer, this is something to keep in mind. The Wi-Fi was also unreliable for work. Some Google services didn’t load properly, which made remote work difficult.

Es war sauber und der Standort war super. Das Personal war freundlich. Die Zimmer sind nid gross, genügen aber für 2 Personen.

Die Dusche war zwar relativ gross, jedoch war kein Wasserdruck vorhanden. Auch war die Wärme der Dusche nur schwer einzustellen. Entweder war das Wasser mega heiss oder kalt. Hat man dann endlich eine Temperatur gefunden die okay ist, wurde das Wasser, obwohl wir nichts verstellt haben, plötzlich viel heisser oder noch kälter.

It was disappointing to find out that the room we were given didn't have the things that were mentioned on the description, which was a refrigerator and a microwave. -Talk about the location & amenities Location was great as buses were easily accessible, had a pharmacy next to it, mini store for food and fresh vegetables. -Say what you liked best & least I liked the service from the receptionists as they were helpful when i needed support with certain things. What i liked the least is that on the question as to why our room didn't have what we saw on the pictures and stated on the description, the response from the receptionist at hand was that maybe the room we chose was wrong, subtly shifting the blame instead of taking responsibility and providing an alternative for the mix up.

Excellent location amazing staff, I had one of the older rooms, but everything was still Really good. The only thing that I would recommend would be a small fridge in the room. But I will definitely be booking again.

A good hotel let down by a poor breakfast. Breakfast was croissants and coffee/tea machine, no cereal, fruits, hot/cold foods or toast. Rooms are small. Great location.

Great little hotel, really nicely located with a 3 minute walk to the underground, 10 minute walk to the zoo, and lots of restaurants and bars nearby, including a small supermarket round the corner. The room was basic, but very clean and comfortable and had what we needed. We were at the front and due to the heat we had to have the windows open, so it was a bit noisy with traffic, people at the bars etc, but by 11pm it was pretty quiet and it didn't stop us sleeping because we were so worn out by the day! Coffee, tea and croissants are provided in the morning for grab and go, and the staff were really helpful and stored our bags on our final day. They also gave us a drink and snack each to take with us on our journey. If we come back to Berlin, we will definately be staying here again.
