No lift access from underground car park with luggage had to use flights of stairs. When asked at reception about a lift we were told that “ it would give a good circulation exercise” (not helpful for people with disabilities) Additional fees were excessive €18 to park and €20 pet fee and pet policy is far too strict as €100 can be charged in excess of current charges. For a 4 star hotel we would expect that there would be a restaurant for evening dining as no local options available nearby (not McDonald’s or popeyes) getting out of the car park was a logistical nightmare. No signage on Doors for exits and no information given by reception of procedure to exit car park.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Nos gustó mucho el hotel. La habitación estaba muy limpia, era cómoda y tenía un tamaño perfecto para nosotros. Además, nos proporcionaron una cuna para nuestra hija, lo cual agradecimos mucho. La ubicación también nos pareció buena; fuimos en taxi y está a unos 10 minutos de la estación de Delicias. El desayuno era variado y, aunque no había opciones específicamente indicadas como veganas, pudimos desayunar bien con avena, frutos secos, mermelada, pan con tomate y aceite de oliva y leche de soja.
Como pequeño punto de mejora, nos habría gustado encontrar alguna opción vegana más en el desayuno, especialmente entre los productos dulces. Había bastante variedad de bollería, yogures y otros productos, pero no vimos ninguna alternativa claramente indicada como vegana.

Lo único que agregaría sería que pudieran poner una almohada extra en los armarios para la gente que le gusta elevar un poquito la cabeza, pero total gusto personal, todo lo demás súper bien 😊

The floor in our room was quite sticky and not super clean. Everything else was fine so I think it was something like someone mopping with a dirty mop.

Tienen unas zonas comunes muy bonitas donde puedes comer tu propia comida y donde puedes estar con tu amigo peludo. Además, te ofrecen agua, zumos, the y café gratis durante toda tu estancia. El personal es súper amable y nos hemos sentido como en casa.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026The shower had good water pressure, the mattress was comfortable and the TV was appropriately sized for the room. There is a bus stop for route 36 right next to the hotel, as well as several supermarkets nearby. Some members of staff were accommodating and helpful, and when I raised concerns, the hotel did arrange for a manager (Beatriz) to speak with me.
What I disliked most was how the hotel handled my complaint. Despite documented issues, some acknowledged directly by management, the hotel later denied them to Booking.com, effectively questioning my credibility as a guest. The experience felt well below four-star: blackened and poorly maintained shower seals, marked surfaces, basic supermarket-style toiletries, virtually no four-star amenities, and a limited, very basic breakfast selection for this category. The service was also poorly managed, with dry eggs, slow replenishment, no forks at one point, dirty dishes left on tables, an overflowing clearing trolley, one coffee machine out of service and an understaffed, food-hall-like atmosphere. The service was disappointing; the complaint handling was worse.

Nem csak kávé volt, lehetett forró csokit, tejet, hideg vizet és üdítőket is választani. A személyzet is nagyon kedves volt, kérésre segítettek taxit hívni több alkalommal is, a csomagunkat is tárolták az elutazás napján, ami szintén nagy segítség volt. Mosolygós és szívélyes volt a légkör még a nem túl profi angoltudás ellenére is. Szerintem az igyekezet a legfontosabb.
A svedasztalos reggelinél lehetett volna bőségesebb a választék, de amit kínáltak, az nagyon finom volt, a minőség rendben volt.

Parking cost was extra 18€ and getting to the spots with a longer car was a little terrifying. The walls were very thin and someone was knocking and talking really loudly at 3:30 in the morning, which woke me up. The reception was first empty, then they forgot to give us the access card, then trying to explain that we need the card was a bit problematic due to a language barrier.

Quizás el aspecto negativo es la ubicación. Bastante alejado de las zonas importantes para una ciudad como Zaragoza,pero muy bien ubicado para llegar a él. Igualmente prefiero esta "mala" ubicación a estar en un hotel peor.

Todo muy bien pero como recomendación el café del buffet bastante mejorable. El resto muy bien.
