Het heel hotel is op en oud. Jaren 70-80 sfeer. Er moet duidelijk gerenoveerd en geinvesteerd worden. Voldeed niet aan de verwachtingen en beeld dat geschetst word op booking.com. Fotos geven geen goede weergave. personeel is net zo moe op en oud als het hotel zelf. ontvangst en bejegening bij de receptie kan echt beter.

De ligging vlak bij het strand. En in de buurt van het centrum. De bedden waren heel goed. Bij het ontbijtbuffet was er een ruime keuze. En het personeel was vriendelijk ook al was het bij momenten druk.

De kamers mochten iets ruimer geweest zijn.

A reggeli bőséges és finom volt. Mindennap takarítottak, mindenhol tisztaság volt. A személyzet gyors és precíz.

A hotel stílusa kissé régiesnek tűnt. Kevés volt a töltésre alkalmas konnektor.

The facilities are not new, but they are fine. We would not do a long stay here, but the price is alright considering proximity to the airport. Its worth spending more elsewhere for a more comfortable, friendly stay.

Unfortunately, we found some of the staff members to be very rude. My husband injured himself during the holiday resulting in a broken leg. When I phoned the 24h reception and asked for assistance bringing down our bags, the receptionist (a young blonde man, who our friends also encountered and thought was unnecessarily rude) sighed loudly and said he had no one to do that for us. I compromised and asked for a trolley and he hung up on me. Then when he brought the trolley to our room he pushed it towards our door, left it in the hallway, and walked away muttering under his breath and shrugging his shoulders. Very impolite and unprofessional.

Ubicación, servicios, personal, entorno, puedes darte un baño en el mar a dos pasos. La habitación estaba muy bien con muy buenas vistas, muy bien equipada y limpia, todo muy cómodo.

Todo bien en general, no puedo reseñar nada negativo en particular, excepto un poco más de mantenimiento, que está un poco anticuadillo y las entradas y salidas son un poco liosas y no muy bien señalizadas. Mi avión salía temprano, el desayuno frío fue un poco cutre .

Usytuowanie hotelu, widok na Zatokę, na zewnątrz bardzo przyjemny wystrój i ogród z basenem. Obsługa bardzo pomocna i miła.

Łazienki są stare zużyte i brudne to była dla mnie osobiście bardzo nieprzyjemne. Wymagają remontu bo są bardzo stare. Balkony bez podziału na jakąś ściankę klienci obok są praktycznie z Tobą na balkonie. Donice na balkonach z krzakami zamiast kwiatów. Wymaga poprawek bo ma spory potencjał ten obiekt.

Une belle vue

Établissement désuet qui aurait grandement besoin d'être rafraîchi. Nous aurions adoré que l'espace piscine soit aussi convivial et coloré que sur les photos.

Het zwembad is het enige positieve aan dit hotel. Echt een top zwembad.

De hotelkamer, expliciet de badkamer. De gehorige kamers en gangen. Het ontbijt was ook slecht en de geur gaat door het hele hotel. Ze zouden parkeerplaatsen hebben maar ze hadden maar liefst 4 plekken voor het gehele hotel, dus wij moesten ergens anders parkeren.

Чудове місце, басейн, кафе, ресторан, неймовірний краєвид з вікон і з ліфта, дуже привітний персонал, мали трохи часу до літака, персонал з радістю дозволив лишити багаж після виселення і викликали таксі за нашим проханням 🫶

Lovely Hotel close to the Airport, Beach and Funchal. Very friendly stuff and good breakfast. Nice Bar to spend the evening, after a sunny day at the Pool.

Good location, right next to the beach and the town square, and only a 10-minute drive to Funchal airport. Elaborate breakfast, we unfortunately only stayed 1 night so could not enjoy it longer!

Gebrek aan voldoende parking.

Recht aan het strand. Veel ligstoelen aan het zwembad en uitgebreid buffet zowel ‘s avonds als bij het ontbijt. Je moet bij het buffet uw drinken wel bijbetalen maar het waren zeer grote gevulde glazen wijn voor maar 3€.

De kamer was een sauna we hebben helaas niet geslapen. Waren hier gelukkig maar 1 nacht. Een airco op de grond koelt niets. Geen verluchting in de badkamer en de muur rond mijn zoon zijn bed hing vol met bloed of chocomelk ofzo. Er lag een lege verpakking in de ijskast van de vorige mensen. Als je een handdoek aan het zwembad wil moest je 2 verdiepen omhoog naar de receptie om eentje te halen en waarborg geven. Je liep dus wel even rond om dan terug te gaan om cach. We wilden aan het zwembad een appertief maar na drie dingen vragen en steeds het antwoord te krijgen dat ze het niet hadden maar wel in de andere bar gingen we maar naar de andere bar. Daar moest je ineens tijdens happy hour enkel cach betalen. Het betaaltoestel zou pas om 19 u naar de bar komen van de poolbar( maar die was om 18 u dicht). Toevallig het uur dat het happyhour was. Ook rekenen ze ongevraagd fooi aan die je dan cach moet betalen. Doen ze vaker op het eiland. Zeg er iets van dan betalen ze het terug want soms nemen ze heel wat euro’s extra wat geen fooi meer is. Maar diefstal. Slechte communicatie, en heel verouderde vieze kamers met zo goed als geen airco en veel te warm.

Deveria ter tomadas junto à cama e na casa de banho, o secador de cabelo era fraco e o preço da estadia está um pouco elevado.

Nous avons séjourné une nuit dans cet hotel. Nous avons pu faire notre check-in dans la nuit, le personnel étant présent pour nous accueillir. Notre chambre était très propre, confortable et calme. Le personnel a été très chaleureux et accueillant. Nous avons également pu profiter du service de bagagerie après le check-out, ce qui nous a été très utile. Le petit déjeuner était très bon et varié, avec une très belle vue. L'hotel est très bien situé, car proche de l'aéroport en voiture, et de la plage à pied.

Ubicación muy cercana al aeropuerto y a la capital Funchal. Amabilidad del personal. Zona de aparcamiento que si bien no siempre era dentro del hotel, en los alrededores hay sitio suficiente. Llegamos antes de la hora del checking y nos guardaron el equipaje hasta la realización del mismo.

Podria haber algo mas de variedad en el desayuno. Precios un poco elevados en el bar del hotel y la piscina. El resto bien.

Nice hotel, nice staff, nicely located to visit East part of Madere, walking distance from citier center. The rooms have nice views, well quiped, spacious The swimming pool is big and nice, possible to have towels.

The rooms could be a little bit more quieter, but this was because of the food event To my taste, a bit too much music at end of afternoon at the swimming pool. Hotel lacking refubishment

Das Personal war, bis auf wenige Ausnahmen, desinteressiert und unhöflich. Sowohl im Umgang mit uns, als auch mit anderen Gästen. Das Allergiker-Essen war lieblos und geschmacklos.

The location is five minutes from the airport. The view from the hotel was stunning, with facilities such as a nice beach and nearby restaurants. A surfing school within the hotel was very convenient, and the food and staff made our stay very enjoyable. I also wanted to emphasise that the hotel cares about nature. I really liked the wooden furniture and other wooden room accents, and the urns use recycled paper instead of plastic bags, which adds a touch of vibe to the interior and is useful.

Tapwater refills could be more frequent than once per stay

Location was fine

Staff was unbelievably rude, especially at reception. Charged us an extra €80 at check out, claiming some spurious reason that our 14 year old is an adult not a child…. When I asked the. To politely reconsider they told me to not bother them, instead just write a bad review- so here it is- their wish is granted ! Awful place- avoid!

The pool, pool bar and pool area were really nice and clean. The rooms were comfortable and sufficient, it was really nice to have the balcony with ocean view! The breakfast was amazing! Huge selection of everything you could think of and it changed a bit each day! It was a close walk to the beaches and to town!

The air conditioning did not work for our entire stay and it was very hot. Part of the reason we booked this hotel was because it advertised air-conditioning, so it was quite disappointing not to have it at all. We had to sleep with our balcony door open each night. We also wished that the pool would stay open a bit later.

Terrible never again the food was shocking couldn’t even chew half the meat no variety on the hot food and nothing for kids to eat no chips etc then the room I paid £700 extra to upgrade to a superior triple room with a patio as there were 3 of us we got a standard room with a tiny balcony it was shocking huge cockroaches in the room and on the balcony we did have a table in the room not that u could sit at it cause the 3 beds were in the room so no room to be able to the housekeeper was lovely and did a great job and the waiting staff were very good to this hotel is dates on the way all Inclusive works if u go don’t do all inclusive there’s fly all over all the salad and everything is out in the open not covered not good at all also do not pay out for transfer it’s 8 euro in taxi about 4 -5 mins to the hotel photos are actual photos for the £700 upgrade for superior triple room so total waste of money

Location close to the beach, clean room with good beds, we were staying during the food fest so plenty of food and drinks options in the town.

We loved the location – it was beautiful and peaceful, with lovely sea views. The hotel was very clean, and all the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The food was of very good quality with plenty of choice at every meal, so everyone could find something they liked. We also appreciated that there were always sunbeds available by the pool, even during the day.

The only downside was the air conditioning. Because of the hot weather, the older AC system wasn’t able to cool the rooms properly, so they were quite warm, especially at night. Apart from that, we really enjoyed our stay.

La décoration, le mobilier, le style sont très vieux et sombres. Dommage par rapport à l’emplacement et à la vue proche de l’océan. Le personnel est glacial, impossible d’avoir un bonjour ou un sourire. Enfin, c’est lamentable de proposer si peu de places de parking (- de 10) pour le nombre de chambres et de clients dans l’hôtel.

l'hotel si trovo in una buona posizione, vicino al centro ed al mare raggiungibili in pochi minuti. Ha anche un parcheggio. Si tratta di una struttura molto grande, con piscina, sala giochi, una grande sala per la colazione di discreta qualità. la stanza non era particolarmente spaziosa per un hotel 4 stelle. anche l'arredamento risulta datato. comodo per la vicinanza all'aeroporto

L'arredamento, ha bisogno di essere rinnovato. Non ci sono prese vicino al letto, il parcheggio è piccolo e bisogna essere fortunati per trovare posto. l'albergo è una costruzione enorme che mal si inserisce nel paesaggio.

Not much parking!! No EV charger for electric cars. Our room first night was on the first floor. Felt like we were in a dungeon. Smelt awful - sewer and stale cigarette smoke. Had to change rooms the next day. Ended up getting a much nicer room!

Great location, swimming pool not too busy and really reasonable piano bar. View was amazing in the morning.

Good hotel for a short stay. It is a little dated (as other people have mentioned) but clean and comfortable. We found parking ok within the hotel. Breakfast had a reasonable selection of foods.

I had seen on previous reviews that not all rooms had a kettle/coffee machine. Therefore I emailed ahead of time to organise a kettle. I was told that they didn’t have to provide me with one and that was pretty much the end of it. Disappointing, as it would have been nice to make tea or coffee in the morning rather than having to wait until breakfast began. When we checked in there was no information given about the hotel, breakfast times, bar opening time etc. or where everything was which would have been.

Good location, nice pool, comfortable beds, near to the airport. Good for one night.

The air conditioning didn’t work. Hotel needs a renovation. Everything is a bit old.

Adorei a Petra. Excelente profissional do Hotel. Simpatia e rigor no ponto necessário. A rapidez e fluidez com que nos atendeu foi exemplar. O que mais gostei foi sem dúvida a cor do quarto, a luz que entrava era fabulosa. As espreguiçadeiras na zona da piscina eram maravilhosas. O pequeno almoço era bastante variado e de qualidade. Os guardanapos de pano fazem toda a diferença.

Ouviu-se algum barulho do piso superior. A piscina era bastante profunda não aconselhável para crianças sem equipamento apropriado ou sem as estar a vigiar.

Malgré qu'il soit varié, la qualité du petit déjeuner est juste acceptable par rapport à d'autres hôtels avec moins d'étoiles. Le 1er jour, la climatisation n'a pas bien fonctionné mais les jours suivants c'était bon, donc il faut faire attention

Very charming interior, and overall fun-looking hotel. The pool area is great, got lots of reading done. It's easy to walk around the cozy city of Machico. We could always park our car in the parking lot across the street. Very comfortable hotel with good breakfast that easily lets you explore Madeira.

Bad signage - took a while to find out how to get around the hotel, lots of entrances and exits. The 'primary entrance' has a bunch of cars parked in front of it, including a spot reserved for the manager which is literally in front of the door - kind of bizarre. The elevators are old and take quite a while, and the A/C in our room was very old and ineffective, which was a bit of a struggle on a really hot night. Bad coffee.

Great location, great food, comfy bed, gorgeous shower. These two nights were at the end of our stay in Madeira. Our flight was cancelled so we needed a place to stay at the last moment and we were able to check in within half an hour of booking. Life saver! Staff were also great.

Vriendelijke ontvangst. Wij waren er vanwege een geanimeerde vlucht. Maar zelfs voor 1 nachtje werd er moeite gedaan direct n kamer klaar te hebben.

Kamers was erg heet. Koeling unit kreeg de warmte niet eqeg.
