Un horror! Un desastre! La verdad que el staff muy buen modo pero el hote no vale la pena!

We stayed 6 nights there for our honeymoon. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating all our needs, the room was cleaned daily, the complimentary shuttle to the city centre was very handy.

Having a gym or spa would be perfect for rainy days.

Great location with very nice views over Florence, various restaurants within walking distance. Great Michelin start restaurant at the hotel which is highly recommended! Stunning view whilst enjoying a culinair dinner. Great breakfast, indoors or outdoors. Enjoyed the Monte Ceceri Summit loop hiking trail with beautiful views and nature with an easy access to this trail from the hotel.

Swimming pool was very nice and refreshing, however a bit small.

Hotel outside Florence in a beautiful hill with nice views of Florence. The hotel has its own restaurant (Michelin star!) and if you want other options the nearby the village of Fiesole has several restaurants with options of Fish, meat and delicious pizza. We stood at a family room (4 adults) and it was confortable, quiet and with quite air conditioning. Hotel has parking and offers a shutlle service to downtown and back to the hotel

All was great, maybe being a 5-star equivalent hotel you may want to consider including some additional options for breakfast (omelette, not just scrambled eggs), but this is a constructive comment , as the breakfast offered was delicious and the possiblility to sit outside on the terrace overlooing Florence is a luxury!

Het uitzicht is fantastisch. Het personeel ook super vriendelijk. De hotelkamer viel ons tegen. Erg klein. De badkamer erg klein. Wat ons betreft het hele hotel ook een beetje vergane glorie. De shuttlebus naar Florence ook super geregeld. Ontbijt prima. Halverwege naar benden zit een hele leuk restaurantje welke behoorlijk betere prijzen hanteert. Het zwembad. Ja klein, maar je kunt er zwemmen. Ook hier is het niet helemaal netjes. Zonde want het heeft alle ingrediënten.

The food in the regular hotel Bistro ( not the Michelin restaurant) was very expensive for a mediocre meal . It’s better to go eat in Fiesole if not using the Michelin restaurant ( which was not open on Sundays and Mondays )

Het personeel is heel gastvrij en vriendelijk! Ontbijt is ook super en heel gevarieerd. Wat ook wel heel fijn is dat er een zwembad is om af te koelen tijdens hele warme dagen, het is geen groot zwembad maar voldoende om af te koelen!

De luidruchtige andere gasten (laat terugkomen en dan niet om de andere gasten denken) en dat het er vrij gehorig is in de kamers.

Nous avons passé un incroyable séjour au sein de l’hôtel ! Idéalement placé, il offre une vue imprenable sur la ville tout en étant au calme. L’accès à Florence est d’une extrême facilitée grâce au service de navette proposé par l’hôtel lui même, ainsi que le bus qui passe régulièrement juste devant l’hôtel. Merci à tout le personnel qui a été très attentionné tout au long du séjour, et surtout toujours très souriants !

È stato fantastico! Lo staff è molto cortese e disponibile, la colazione è stratosferica e mi hanno sorpreso con una tortina con una candelina dato che era il mio compleanno e mi ha veramente scaldato il cuore. Abbiamo usufruito anche del servizio navette per andare a Firenze ed è andato tutto secondo i piani e ci siamo trovati molto bene. L’aria condizionata in camera è stata una salvezza, dato che abbiamo alloggiato durante uno dei weekend più caldi d’estate. Purtroppo non abbiamo usufruito del magnifico ristorante che hanno ed è stato veramente un peccato, speriamo di ritornare!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. The grounds are lovely, the breakfast was delicious, and we felt at home from the moment we arrived. What stood out most was the genuine warmth and attentiveness of the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and always happy to help, often anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. This level of personal and genuine hospitality made our stay truly special. A special thanks to Carlo from the Concierge team, whose thoughtful assistance and warm manner made an especially lovely impression on us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would be delighted to return.

El alojamiento era cómodo, lindo, una terraza con una vista maravillosa; el personal muy muy amable y disponible para ayudar . A 20 min de Florencia, a 25 min del aeropuerto. Me encantó

Lo único es que el primer día estuvimos en una pieza en y edificio en que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba y con más de 35 grados de calor , es algo muy importante. Era un requisito en mi filtro. Pero nos tenían 3 ventiladores en la pieza y con eso estuvimos bien.

It had a free coach which needed to be booked to access Florence. Good service, a small but acceptable swimming pool. Fairly close to the village and historic sites and excellent local dining. Close to a bus stop which gave good access to Florence.

Beautiful hotel in a lovely location overlooking Florence. Public bus service at the doorstep to take you to the Fiesole village in under 5 minutes. Bus was available every 15 minutes at peak times. Free shuttle service to and from Florence, worked well first day. On the second day was disorganised with a new driver who neglected to check names against the prebooking information. Pleasant garden and lovely terrace for breakfast. Food very nice.

Although air-conditioned our room was very hot and the bathroom exceptionally hot which didn't have conditioned air. Shuttle service was disappointing on day 2 but the hotel reimbursed the cost of a taxi which they suggested we took.

Lovely hotel with a view of Florence and the surrounding landscape. We were given a spacious family room with a nice bathroom and enough space to put a baby bed. No worries with the heatwave thanks to the strong airconditioning in the room. We highly recommend the Michelin star restaurant in the hotel. Special compliments to the friendly staff who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

The centre of Fiesole is uphill and not the easiest or safest walk, especially in the dark. The bus stop in front is a good alternative but it is difficult to do many activities on foot.

Les oreillers très minces et l’arrivée avec les valises(nous devons monter les escaliers extérieures qui sont apiques et nombreuses).

L’emplacement est idéale il existe même des navettes gratuites depuis l’hôtel jusqu’au centre de Florence. Nous avons été accueille avec un personnel au petit soin et qui parlait même français ça nous a bien aidé. La piscine est un coin tranquille. Le petit déjeuné est super bon. Et le restaurant étoilé Michelin un délice. Très bonne expérience pour nous on aurait pas pu mieux choisir pour notre séjour à Florence.

The rooms are spacious, comfortable bed, soft pillows, and a 4k TV. The staff was helpful when we needed them.

The pool is pretty small and service to the pool was very slow. The AC was terrible and really ruined the experience. I know it’s hot but we stayed at a hotel down 9 mins away before checking into FH55 and it was slightly cheaper and the AC was amazing.

Best service, clean comfortable rooms, beautiful location, restaurant with Michelin experience was perfection.

Szép helyen van, stílusos szálloda. Nagy méretű jól felszerelt kényelmes szoba, figyelmes személyzet. Kiváló étterem. Ingyenes shuttle szolgáltatás Firenzébe, de a buszmegálló is a szálloda előtt van. Ingyenes parkoló áll rendelkezésre. Összességében nagyon kellemes, hangulatos és színvonalas szálloda.

Az étterem terasz alatti szobában estétől éjfélig vagy volt hogy utána is hallatszott a teraszon való közlekedés, asztal, szék pakolás. A parkolóban hely nem foglalható - ezt előre meg is írták - szerencsére nem volt tele, de vélhetően (láthatóan) a személyzet is ott parkol.

Climatisation sous dimensionnée impossible de dormir vu la température ambiante .

A September visit: HOT and they turned off the air conditioning, telling us it was a government mandate’ which is not true. Opening the windows let in mosquitoes which made our stay miserable. They gave us a fan which did not help. Sorry to say, with all the good things about this place, this overshadowed them.

Rooms were particularly comfortable and dare I say "Lux". reception were very willing to assist. You were able to order off the day menu from any spot on the grounds- we loved getting a cocktail on the lounge out on the lawn overlooking Florence. we took the bus up to Fiesol (bus stop 7 is out the front of the Hotel) We found the Hotel was a great way to slow down in comort after a busy holiday

We loved our stay! The hotel is in a quiet and beautiful location up the hill from Florence. The free shuttle made it easy to go into town. The hotel was elegant and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. We can't wait to return!

We absolutely loved this hotel. The views were incredible and the fact that beautiful Florence was so close was even better. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus which we got a few times and it was perfect. There is a bus stop outside the hotel and the buses were easy enough to use (if using google). We went for a walk through the woods to Fiesole and would definitely recommend that as the views are just breathtaking. Neri on reception was fantastic, very eager to help and gave us some recommendations for food in Fiesole. Such a beautiful hotel 😍

This is wonderful boutique hotel, located a short drive above Florence. We chose it for the view of Florence and proximity (walking distance) to the Etruscan and Roman ruins and museum, but didn’t appreciate until our arrival what a gem we had discovered. The décor is elegant but not fussy, and the rooms were comfortable and inviting. We enjoyed the small bar but soon learned the same excellent server was happy to bring orders to the sofas on the veranda that overlooks Florence. Every staff member we encountered was dedicated to making sure we had a great stay. One day it started to rain while we were on the veranda. One staff member came right away to close the curtains of the canopy and two more brought us umbrellas. The breakfast was very good, set up for both continental and American tastes. Even so, our servers were eager to see if there was anything else we wanted. We dined in the very good Bistro restaurant one night and at Serrae another. As a Michelin star restaurant, it deserves a separate review. But here I will say both the food and service were exceptional. How often can you enjoy a gourmet meal and then head to your room instead of taking a taxi or driving? We try not to repeat visits, but may have to make an exception.

a beautiful view, convenient bus service stops right in front, out of the hectic crowds in Florence proper and a free shuttle several times a day to town if one is out to see the sights. This is a quality hotel and a good value.

This beautiful villa is unfortunately a tourist trap and falls far short of what one would expect from a hotel. We arrived late in the evening due to travel delays and were told that no one was available to assist with our luggage, despite the many steep steps leading up to the property. The receptionist was pleasant and tried to help, but nothing was done. The parking area was completely full, but the biggest disappointment was our room. As soon as we entered, we were overwhelmed by a strong unpleasant odor coming from both the bedroom and the bathroom. Even the receptionist was shocked by the smell. She initially told us the hotel was fully booked, but after checking again, she somehow managed to find another room. Unfortunately, the problems continued. The air conditioning barely worked, making the room uncomfortable during the hot summer weather. The in-room safe was also out of order. Ironically, the only thing that worked properly was the coffee machine. Breakfast was equally disappointing, offering a very limited selection. To make matters worse, the hotel charges an additional €15 for a second omelette, which feels excessive given the overall quality of the breakfast. The villa itself is beautiful and full of charm, but it is simply not run at the standard one should expect from a hotel. A lovely property alone cannot compensate for poor maintenance, inadequate service, and an overall disappointing guest experience.

The views of Florence from this property whilst having breakfast and the staff. One young girl in particular.... amazing help to us. The property was old but it so added to the experience. Just amazing.

No lift from car park and to rooms. We had heavy suitcases. Very expensive. We thought that our motorcycle grand prix was the reason for this but soon realised that it was miles away from the property and probably didn't.

We had a great time at this hotel. The location is sublime, it is up in the hills which makes it a lot calmer than the city of Florence but you can easily go to Florence with the charter service of the hotel. We got married in Fiesole which is about a kilometer walk from the hotel where you can find great places to eat and experience the culture here. The staff of the hotel is caring, polite and so considerate. They'll be happy to help you with your adventure here in Italy. I Would highly recommend anyone to go here and have a great time.

Fantastic location, beautiful surroundings and very comfortable bed!!

The noise outside the room was sometimes unbearable. The room we were in was on the ground floor in the villa area and the cleaning staff during the night and early in the morning made much noise that we were woken up several times. We asked for them to please stop and be aware of people trying to sleep but nothing changed. The swimming pool is much smaller than what’s depicted on the photos and whilst we were there a quarter of the pool was closed over.

Die Lage ist wunderschön, mit Blick über Florenz. Der Hotel Shuttle ist eine tolle Möglichkeit um in die Stadt zu kommen. Schade, dass die erste Fahrt erst um 09:30 Uhr ab Hotel ist. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und im schönen Ambiente.

The location is beautiful, staff were helpful, warm and accommodating. The room very clean and beautiful bed linen. Towels fluffy and soft! Will return again.

The hotel is seated in a wonderful natural setting, facing a beautiful view of Tuscany. Staff was friendly and supportive, cleanness is spotless. Breakfast is really good. Shuttle service was very helpful to reach Florence city center, but you need to be quick to book your seat. Bus station is just in front of the hotel (Line 7), very frequent and on time.

Facility is very old from the inside, it is old villa beautifully arranged and polished, but it echoes, especially when next door guest is opening or closing the door or using bathroom or shower... and the traffic is quite loud as villa faces the road (even during the night) but after 3rd night you get used to it.

Excellent service. Staff was very attentive to everything. Room was very clean and comfortable. Amazing view on Florence and just one mi ute drive from the town centre.

My wife’s perfume valued at 180 euros was stolen from her suitcase and the suitcase was ransacked. Happened in the afternoon when we were out. Reported it to front desk the next morning. Was told they would look into it. Next morning checked on status and was told that the manager was reviewing the security tape. Next morning at check out was told that we needed to call the police before they could look at the tape. Nobody told me that at any time prior to check out. Nothing we could do as we were leaving. Very disappointed in front desk staff

The property was clean and well located

Overpriced and not at all dog friendly. Our Dog was not allowed in the courtesy car to Florence and we had to pay €49 one way for a cab. Breakfast was poor and if you wanted fresh orange Juice it was €8 a glass and fried eggs were an extra €10. We paid almost €700 for two nights and the extra charges for the dog were very stiff at €85. We paid for a city view room and had no view and were on a very noisy road. We’re travelling across Italy over several weeks and staying in hotels all the way, so far this was the one that stands out as not being at all what we expected.

The Villa Fiesole is a beautiful hotel in a stunning location with glorious views over the city of Florence. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We had a fabulous lunch in the Michelin star restaurant.

Staff is amazing, the place is very beautiful and cozy. The environment with trees, lots of green spaces and amazing inviting scenario. They have shuttle service to Florence, we didn't use it as we were driving, but that was very convenient. Great thanks to Aurora, the entire staff is amazing, but she was over the top! Great breakfast and happy hour food. I would definitely come back.

We could have a better variety of breakfast, but this is a minor point in my opinion.

My deluxe room was ground floor next to reception and smelt badly of mold.

Staff was fantastic! We were celebrating our 25th Anniversary and received complimentary wine that was sent to our room. f Thefree shuttle to downtown Florence city center was wonderful and we got a perfect recommendation for a fantastic dinner place.

Although this was far from the downtown area a road with fast cars was right outside our bedroom window.

Receprionist altrettanto valida ed efficienete pronta soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta. Ristorante annesso di altissimo livello.

Nulla in particolare. Un suggerimento. L'area piscina, forse sarebbe da migliorare un pochino, rendendola un po più accogliente (comunque cconfortevole con acqua riscaldata).

Jättetrevlig personal (speciellt mannen på frukosten), otrolig utsikt, god mat, fräscha rum. Allt var helt fantastiskt.
