I will say that everything else, the facilties s d gorgeous pool and everything I found chatting and welcoming and well maintained. Great Vale for money, but simply great, regardless if price. Definitely coming back. Tomorrow even 😍

Needs some TLC. Broken tiles on ground floor entrance badly patched and ground floor art-work needs repair. So looks downmarket and depressing before you check in. Lift lobbies on each floor and passage carpets need a deep clean. Bathroom had black mould around the fittings so I bought bleach and cleaned it myself. Room needs a proper clean not just a quick wipe and sweep.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of food choices. There were many kinds of cheeses, fish, fresh vegetables, and fruits, all of high quality and very fresh. It was a great way to start each day. Highly recommended!
The only downside was our experience at the pool bar. The staff member there was not as friendly or pleasant as we expected, which affected the overall experience. Aside from that, everything else was very good, and we enjoyed our stay.

Cleanliness
7.1/10Generally reported as clean in many reviews, but several mentions of not-clean, towel shortages and a smelly pool area due to smokers; occasional bathroom water spray issues.
Service
8.4/10Mostly praised — friendly, professional reception, upgrades and quick, courteous service frequently mentioned; a few reports of unfriendly staff or slow check-in.
Location
8.8/10Strong positive consensus: central, near restaurants/pubs and transport links (Ramat Gan / Tel Aviv), close to Bialik street — repeatedly highlighted as a key plus.
Room Quality
7.7/10Rooms described as spacious, comfortable and clean in many reviews; isolated negatives include an uncomfortable mattress and small/shower fitting issues.
Amenities
6.4/10Rooftop pool is a major plus and well-liked, but issues include smoking at the pool, expensive pool-bar prices, paid parking and lack of dinner/laundry options for some guests.
Value for Money
7.5/10Several guests say the hotel offers good value and fair pricing; extra charges (breakfast not always included, parking fees, pricey bar) reduce perceived value for some.
Food and Beverage

Overall Experience
8.5/10Overall positive guest sentiment — many recommend the hotel and report enjoyable stays, with mostly minor issues that did not outweigh the benefits.
