1.-Al tener la habitación familiar junto al patio interior el ruido del aire acondicionado era notable.Nos cambiaron muy amablemente a otra habitación sin ruido. 2.-En el buffet había varios croissanes en mal estado, los SIN GLUTEN. Quizás poca variedad. Magnífica la atención de las camareras del bufet.

I made a reservation through Booking.com, but the hotel subsequently sent a direct link, email, and message requesting full payment prior to the stay, despite the reservation already being secured via the platform. I received multiple impolite communications. It is evident from WhatsApp and email exchanges that this process deviates from standard Booking.com procedures. The staff provided inadequate assistance, Wi-Fi was unavailable, and I suspect we were bitten by insects during the night, as I awoke with intensely itchy, red ankles. I will not be patronizing any RH hotel in the future, and I anticipate contact from a Booking.com representative. A refund or compensation would be highly appreciated.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026A cortesia do hotel que nos ofereceu uma garrafa de água fresca para a viagem de regresso. O pequeno almoço era bom e variado.
Na sexta-feira à noite, quando chegamos, e no sábado o cheiro no parque do hotel a esgotos. No domingo de manhã quando saímos já não havia cheiros desagradáveis.

The room i got was smelly and dark, the flooring was somewhat damaged at the end of the bed and i was afraid it would break under my feet. The reservation process via booking.com wasn’t transparent. As a non refundable booking i had to give my credit card details which is standard. However what is not standard was the fact that i was prompted again 2 days before arrival via a ‘cancelled link’ and a dubious whatsup message to pay ahead of arrival with the message that failing to do so would result in the cancellation of my booking. Needless to say i was puzzled and worried since my numerous calls at the hotel did not offer an alternative solution for payment (they had a problem with their payment system which they acknowledged only at arrival!) nor a guarantee that i would get my room. I guess my phone bill equales the price of my 1 night accomodation….it took the staff 2 days to confirm i could pay at arrival! I recommend a more effective crisis management handling by staff that handles reservations and actually a compensation for guests who had to go through all that touble! Next time I’ll stay somewhere else, for example at next door’s Palacio Maria Luisa!

Klimaanlage in dem kompletten Hotel nicht ausreichend. Im Zimmer trotz Klimaanlage sehr warm . Zimmerschlüssel erst um 16:00 Uhr bekommen obwohl ab 14:00 Uhr Check in angegeben war.

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026La habitación triple era enorme. Estaba muy limpio, las camas eran muy cómodas, y el personal muy atento y agradable. Puedes encontrar sitio para aparcar por la zona (de pago, zona azul). El Hotel está justo donde empieza el centro, tienes todo a 10min andando
Como el edificio es histórico, las ventanas son antiguas y entra ruido de la calle. Del pasillo tb entrada bastante ruido.

O quarto ficava para as traseiras do hotel que era fechado por cima causando muito eco, o que fazia ouvir muito barulho.

El colchón no muy cómodo y no había restaurante/bar en el hotel por lo que había que salir fuera a comer o picar algo.

Hemos estado el 18/19 de Julio casi 40 grados y el aire no funcionaba y la neverita tampoco bajé a las 12 de la noche a recepción a ver si nos podían dar hielos para el agua y me Dijeron que no

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026Très bel hôtel très bien placé près du centre et de tous les restaurants. Les chambres sont confortables et spacieuses. Le petit déjeuner est très bien. Un parking souterrain permet de se stationner facilement.

Sängarna och kuddarna var mycket dåliga. Sängen var hård och saknade bäddmadrass. Kunde sova max tre timmar i omgångar för att sängen var så hård.

Reviewed Jul 11, 2026The location was great. The room was spacious and very clean, we also had a kettle! We were grateful that the aircon was very effective! The bathroom was huge, complete with all essentials. There was ample parking at 15 euros a night. We have stayed here previously, so didn’t hesitate to book again.
The bed was very firm so we didn’t really get a good nights sleep.
