Room and Bathroom: The room was spotless and fully equipped with every amenity needed for a great stay. Special mention to the bathroom—it is super spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The Balcony: The balcony views make the room an incredible, peaceful spot to unwind while taking in the surroundings. Service: The staff provided excellent service, always attentive, friendly, and looking after every detail.

The amenities the hotel said they had, they did not. The Restaurant was closed. There was one pool not two. There was no spa. It was on the 4th floor with the gym. But was closed. The was construction going on the whole time we were there. That was noisy and there were booming sounds going on too. We first thought it was thunder. And there was only 3 people we could find that spoke English. That was crazy. We were in Florida.

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026I booked at Marco Beach Ocean Suites because I wanted to be able to walk to South Marco Beach. Although the waves were too high for me to swim, the location could not have been better.
The fact that my information was shared with representatives from a different hotel who then used up a whole day out of my stay there giving me a huge sales pitch. I would have preferred to have been asked for my consent before sharing my information with another company. This is the only reason why my overall rating was not higher.

The restaurant in the building is closed until October. Detail they do not tell you. The pool bar only opens from 11-4. No beachside service. No place inside the building to have coffee and/breakfast. You have to walk outside to go eat something.

A szoba tágas, csoda szép kilátás volt. Problémánkat azonnal orvosolták. Összességében ismét ide foglalnék, szívből ajánlom.
A kanapéágy behorpadt, felnőttnek kényelmetlen lett volna, de gyereknek megfelelő volt.

The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, the location was perfect—right on the beach and close to great restaurants—and the amenities, including the beach bar, were excellent. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that we lost hot water both nights of our stay, which made showering and bathing our baby difficult. Otherwise, everything was wonderful, and we would definitely stay here again.

I would not recommend this property. There is active pool construction with loud noise that comes directly into the room and onto the porch. The bathtub pipes made loud, unpleasant noises and odors even when we didn’t use it. Guests must carry their own beach chairs and umbrellas to the beach. Construction noise is still audible on the beach. There is no restaurant, and no food or drinks are available beachside. To use a restroom you have to walk back to the main building. Please be cautious with recent positive reviews — in our experience the property does not match them, and it is not worth the price.

Although beach chairs and umbrellas are available in every room, it’s not the same as it was before that beach chairs and umbrellas were provided at the beach for all guests. Therefore, if you want to rent beach chair/umbrella at the beach to avoid the hassle of carrying them from the room, you’ll end up paying $60 for the day.

Parking garage was under active construction when we arrived, no clear signage to exits, elevator out of service, stairs closed due to maintenance, had to walk down the parking garage ramp where cars are driving up! SO unsafe! When we got to our room the baggage rest was broken and the other one had a screw falling out. Do not waste your money staying here. A dear childhood vacation spot has now been ruined by condo owners.

Reviewed May 17, 2026First of all, the pictures are very misleading… there are no Marco Beach Resort cups because there is no beach service, you have to take your beach chairs and umbrellas from the resort to the beach which is not a short walk at all. The sink in our suite had backed up water bubbling up on the other side, it smelled and looked gross. The suite with a garden that we paid full price for was not accessible, they had a sign on our garden door that we couldn’t go out there and had to go all around to get to the pool. On top of it all, we found blood stains on our comforter our last night there. It was extremely disgusting and unacceptable for the price we paid for the suite there. We do not recommend this “resort” at all. 0/10. We called and spoke to Destiny and voiced all our issues and she was apologetic but nothing was done.
