Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Das Hotel ist sehr gut in Prato gelegen, den zentralen Bahnhof erreicht man in unter 10 min Fußweg. Das Stadtzentrum ist auch sehr gut fußläufig erreichbar. Das Hotel wirkt relativ modern (im Vergleich zu anderen italienischen Hotels). Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und ausreichend groß.
Leider war unser Zimmer direkt neben dem Fahrstuhl. Dementsprechend war es nachts sehr laut. Das Frühstück war nicht so gut wie erwartet, eher zweckmäßig. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis könnte besser sein...

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe der Altstadt Prato, dort gibt es ein paar nette Cafés und Bars sowie ein paar gute Restaurants. Die Lage ist perfekt für einen Ausflug nach Florenz per Bahn. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Kostenfreie Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hotel.
Die Freundlicheit des Personals im Frühstücksraum ist ausbaufähig war überfordert. Durch Reisegruppe war das Buffet schnell leergeräumt dazu noch keine saubere Tische. Die Dusche war ein bisschen alt, die dichtung an der Tür war kaputt.

Il garage era completo. Abbiamo comunque parcheggiato all’esterno in prossimità dell’hotel

Il bagno è pulito ma da ammodernare; comunque un cartello sull'ascensore dice che stanno facendo dei lavori di ristrutturazione ai bagni per rendere la struttura più in linea con le camere già moderne.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Die Zimmer sind sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist perfekt für einen Ausflug nach Florenz per Bahn. Auch Prato ist übrigens eine sehenswerte Stadt!
Es gibt nichts zu kritisieren. Es empfiehlt sich allerdings, nicht zu den späten Frühstücksgästen zu gehören.

Il n'y avait plus de savon,ni de shampoing dans la salle de bain. Pas beaucoup de places gratuites devant l'hôtel.

Por ponerle una pega, la habitación no era un poco justa de tamaño.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, falls das Parkhaus im Hotel ausgelöst, 5 min. entfernt befindet sich ein großer Parkplatz. Wir haben von So.auf Mo. 1Euro bezahlt. Wir empfehlen das Hotel gerne weiter. Perfekt für Geschäftsreisen und Kurztrips.

Reviewed Jun 23, 2026Letto meraviglioso, materasso duro ma non troppo. Aria condizionata perfetta, la camera era fredda (giornata da 38 gradi!) ma senza un getto che mi arrivava direttamente addosso. Ho dormito molto bene. molto bella la sala per la colazione.
L´ascensore e´ un po´ piccolo per la quantita´ delle camere.

Reviewed May 27, 2026They have a small private parking space they do mot advertise. The hotel is close to railway station which brings up the issue of robbery. Half an hour after check in our car have bern broken in. It was pure luck my husband was looking through the window and noticed a man opened the car door and trying to enter the back of the car . The hotel staff has not responded to our complaint about parking issue and after my husband insisted they provide a safe parking they gad told us about a garage adjacent to hotel which we were happy to pay for.

Reviewed May 26, 2026The location was good. There is lovely artwork through the hotel and the foyer and outdoor area are lovely. The breakfast was good except for the raw hard boiled eggs you need to cook yourself. Only issue is there are no instructions regarding how long to cook them in the water bath provided. After many minutes ? 10, my egg was still raw and by the the time it had partially cooked, I was well and truly finished with the remainder of my breakfast.
The room was clean but cosy and there were no tea or coffee making facilities. I asked for a kettle and some cups and was given plastic cups.
