Reviewed Sep 14, 2026寬敞的室內空間、整潔乾淨、盥洗用品也很不錯，髮質不會變乾、沐浴乳也不會有洗不乾淨的感覺；枕頭有兩顆不同材質的可以任選；有停車場。
床墊有些許塌陷了、沒有雙人可以用餐的地方（只有一張椅子）、椅子上有些許毛髮沒有清潔到。

Reviewed Sep 12, 2026這間房很大 床很舒服 軟硬適中 廁所有浴缸還有乾濕分離 地理位置好 離海安路很近 樓下有7-11跟全聯 附近有酒吧 方便解決吃喝的問題 省去開車時間 最後退房時 送了小禮物 很開心！
唯一美中不足的地方 就是冰箱不冷

進入房間看到投影機有上一位房客蓋的毛巾沒有被收走，才發現投影機關閉後會有很大的音響電波聲，但不關閉畫面又很亮（隔壁房間退房時也有跟櫃檯反應一樣的狀況） 房間木頭地板的階梯沒有加裝反光條或止滑條，關燈後儘管有留足夠明亮的廁所燈，但從床側往下看，完全看不出階梯差，導致家人摔倒，留下大片瘀傷

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Staff is helpful. The room is clean. Facilities are more than expected: there is a coffee maker in the room. The size of the room is fair. And I guess it is only one accommodation among B&B and home-stay in this Shennon St. where twin bed is provided. The hotel decoration and the way they created this hotel is amazing (on the fifth floor of the building) I appreciate their creative idea. Worth money.
Because the hotel is a part of this building so the entrance is not obvious and clear. Even there is a huge sign, but we are definitely not sure this is the location of the hotel, especially we visited Tainan the first time.

床頭及桌子有灰塵，浴缸還有毛髮，清潔細節需要加強，洗澡泡湯前還要等電熱器溫度到達比較麻煩一些，還有大樓是屬於混合型，出入的人比較複雜，可能會讓人覺得安全感稍微差一點°

某一間的房間用吹風機竟然線斷掉起火光，非常危險，還以為要燒起來。枕頭出現螞蟻在爬，浴室也有出現很多螞蟻，還有大蟑螂和小蟑螂。有跟櫃台說要補衛生紙，但是連續兩天都沒有補。

酒店整体住宿体验不错，但在付款方面出现问题。酒店于 2026年5月11日从我的信用卡扣款后，我曾向酒店确认并获告知已付款，但在 2026年6月4日又再次重复扣款。虽然之后已退回款项，但由于汇率波动，我因此损失了 RM80.30，并且需要多次联络银行处理相关事宜。 入住当天晚上约 8:30 及退房当天早上约 9:10，我曾希望向柜台反映此事，但当时未见服务人员，无法当面沟通。 希望酒店能改善付款及退款流程，避免类似情况再次发生。
