Sehr gutes Hotel, zentral gelegen. Frühstück könnte besser sein. Das Personal war insgesamt sehr freundlich.

Bei der Zimmerausstattung muss man kleine Abstriche machen, aber es ist nicht so schlimm. Der Rest stimmt schon.

Im Angebot sind 20 € für das Frühstück aufgeführt. Berechnet werden allerdings 22 Euro. Somit ist das Angebot falsch bepreist und wird über die Auswahl nicht korrekt dargestellt.

Good location to old city. Beautiful facility and staff was very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable.

Air conditioner was not working properly and was not corrected even though we reported it.

Perfecte locatie

One of our favorite stays on our 30 day freelance Europe trip. Staff, room, breakfast were outstanding. It is vintage, but very well maintained and very clean. Their lobby Christmas Tree was so inviting.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, ein Klassiker und total zentral gelegen. Allerdings fanden wir im uns zugeteilten Zimmer das Bad enttäuschend. Es war winzig, renovierungsbedürftig und es gab keinerlei Duschabtrennung, so dass mein Mann gleich nach unserer Ankunft das Bad komplett unter Wasser gesetzt hat (obwohl er sehr vorsichtig war). Da wir einen deutlich überdurchschnittlichen Preis bezahlt hatten und das unter diesen Umständen nicht akzeptabel fanden, haben wir daraufhin um ein anderes Zimmer gebeten, dieses haben wir auch bekommen, allerdings nicht ohne die Anmerkung, dass es sich dabei um ein Upgrade handele. Das zweite Zimmer war deutlich frisch renoviert und hatte, etwas extravagant, das Bad voll verglast, das wichtigste war uns allerdings, dass die Dusche eine Glaswand hatte, sodass es uns alles in allem sehr gut gefallen hat. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, aber nichts besonderes.

Wie oben beschrieben - wenn man in so einem Haus ein Zimmer mit einem Bad bekommt, das eher Jugendherbergsstandard aufweist, kann man schon mal enttäuscht sein. Aber da das Problem von Seiten des Hauses gelöst wurde, waren wir letztendlich sehr zufrieden. Was ich nicht so recht verstehe, ist, warum es hier wie in so vielen Hotels auf den Zimmern zwar eine Kaffeekapselmaschine gibt, aber keinen Wasserkocher. Als teetrinkerin fühle ich mich da immer benachteiligt.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Wunderschöne,,weihnachtliche Lobby mit kleinen Bistrotischen. Sehr gute Lage. Sehr sauber Die Möglichkeit früher einzudecken ist super. Sehr gute Betten.

Viele Mängel. 220 Euro pro Nacht,ohne Frühstück. Für diesen hohen Preis kein Telefon im Zimmer.Der Schalter für beide Nachttischlampen in der Mitte des Kopfendes funktionierte nicht so das man im Dunkeln durchs Zimmer musste bis zum nächsten Schalter.Eine Email wurde nicht beantwortet. Bei 2 großen Fenstern nur an einem Fenster ein Rollo. Trotz Teppichboden und hoher Zimmerdecken klangen Schritte von Gästen über uns wie Stampfen über längerem Zeitraum.Exrem nervig.

Staff was very nice and hotel was spotless and breakfast was delicious. . Close to everything. We Felt safe walking around the beautiful town.

The description on Booking.com said we would have a city view. We didn’t. They said the hotel had been renovated and maybe that was why our category of room didn’t have a city view. They gave us an option to pay for city view or they could move us to a park view at no charge. We moved to park view. Room was much bigger and very nice.

Tolle zentrale Lage

Very cool older hotel with exceedingly polite staff, gorgeous decorations, and a pretty good breakfast. Onsite parking is always great, and they even provided wash cloths in the bathroom, a rarity for Europe. Great location, easy walk to the Dom, Rathaus, Christmas markets, etc. Don't forget to try the smoked beer.

The hotel should ensure parents keep their children in tow instead of allowing them to run around the breakfast room . The hotel is stunning and the staff or wonderful but it’s not a cheap total so children need to be told to behave and big spoil it for other guests

Rezeptionspersonal sehr sehr freundlich. Begrüssung mit einem Glas Weißwein und von der Besitzerin selbst gebackenen Apfelkuchen. Am Abreisetag mit einem. Cappuccino und Gebàck auf das Taxi gewartet.

Tolle Lage, schönes historisches Gebäude. Sehr schöner Frühstücksraum.

Bad und Toilette waren in unserem Zimmer getrennt. Kein Waschbecken in der Toilette. Keine Seifenspender, Duschgels nur in kleinen Tuben. Badeslipper gab es nur auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption. Aufzüge viel zu eng.

Aber gute Lage für Erkundung der Umgebung und der Altstatt.

Zu teuer. Frühstück musste man trotz des hohen Preises von 2 Nächten für 600 Euro im DZ dazu buchen für je 22 Euro pro Person. Sowie den Parkplatz für 25 Euro am Tag.Das Frühstück war etwas lieblos und für diesen Preis gab es nicht viel frisches u Wurst sowie Ei aus der Packung. Das Hotel ist niedlich das Personal nett. Aber für diesen Preis erwarte ich mehr .

The hotel was beautiful and centrally located! The staff were very helpful even letting us check in early. Any questions we had the staff were always available and very friendly! I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Beautiful room, great climate control, lovely staff.

The shower stall was very small with no curtain or glass. It was impossible to take a shower without flooding the bathroom.

Bra rum stor säng. Hade önskat två täcken. Avstod frukost då vi ansåg 22€ väl saftigt.

Arriving by car is a little tricky due to the one way system but the hotel staff made it very easy to negotiate our way.

A wonderful, old-world hotel in a perfect location. Room had excellent amenities including a min-fridge (two bottles of water were restocked daily free of charge) and a small Nespresso machine. Restaurants, coffee shops and a grocery store all within a few minutes. Walk to the old town hall in less than 10. Can't get much closer to the historic center. A beautiful neighborhood with grand homes and a park is just around the corner. Staff was very helpful with directions and calling taxis - train stations was a 10 euro taxi ride away.
