Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Really good location close to the airport and Munich Surftown, and I very much liked the staff: helpful & friendly. Room/bathroom is nice, breakfast good, the lobby is big with tasteful interior design. Windows was well isolated, so the noise of the planes didn’t bother me.

Parking was extra. Noise from aeroplanes is very significant. I accidentally left something in the bathroom; staff did not respond speedily to emails, after several trials I detoured back to the hotel to be left waiting 20 minutes and then told nothing was found; things not just disappear like that!

Lamentable. Llegamos de madrugada y había bastante gente durmiendo en los sofás de la recepción porque les habían dejado sin habitación. Nos dieron nuestra tarjeta y no abría la puerta y al volver a la recepción nos encontramos con un viajero que le habían dado una habitación que estaba ya ocupada. Nos dieron otra tarjeta...y entramos con miedo de encontrar alguien dentro. la habitación no la limpian si no lo pides. La ropa de cama apenas cubre la cama. las almohadas muy incomodas una por demasiado grande y otra demasiado pequeña. La habitación triple tenia una televisión que a pesar de apagarla en reiteradas ocasiones, de madrugada se encendía con publicidad del hotel y la luz nos despertaba varias veces por la noche. Tenia unos cuadros de decoración llenos de manchas. Un desastre. no habíamos visto nunca una cosa así

The airport shuttle arrangement wasn't super clear from the website and I did message on booking.com but that was ignored. The room had no space to open the suitcase up other than on the bed. Staff at reception weirdly didn't seem to speak much German.

Wasser am Waschbecken spritze in alle Richtungen. Es fehlte der Perlator in der Armatur und das schon länger wie man an den Kalkflecken erkennen konnte. Das Fenster links war schlecht eingestellt, da man an der Seite nach draußen schauen konnte und die Geräusche von außen sehr laut waren. Außerdem lies es sich dadurch nicht öffnen. Die Klobrille im Badezimmer war verschmutzt. Zwischen den Nächten war kein Zimmerservice da. Eine Flasche Wasser hätte auch nicht geschadet.

Rezeptionsmitarbeiter am Abend brachte kein guten Abend, schönen Aufenthalt über die Lippen. Eher genervt gewirkt.

When booked it was clear food would be available into the evening. There was no food and the local Italian was shut on a Friday night. There is nothing around the hotel other than a commercial estate. Be aware that there is no food available, not even a sandwich.

Die Matratzen waren leider deutlich durchgelegen, was den Schlafkomfort erheblich beeinträchtigt hat. Insgesamt entsteht der Eindruck, dass das Hotel eher auf Kurzaufenthalte ausgerichtet ist. Während des Aufenthalts wurde zudem nur wenig Flexibilität geboten. Auch die Gästeorientierung hätte ich mir deutlich stärker gewünscht – auf Anliegen wurde nur wenig lösungsorientiert eingegangen.

Pay attention to room descriptions, I'm not sure I would have wanted a roommate in this tiny room, but it was perfect for me. I dropped luggage after landing and before heading into the city. The location was good. A six-ish euro bus ride to the airport, which was scheduled beforehand and was one time. The rooms were clean and had air conditioning, although I had to turn it on after I arrived. The room became nice and cool on a 39.5 C day in Munich. I enjoyed pizza from the bar. Good value. Nice atmosphere. Good service.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026Wir wollten unser Auto parken in der Garage, leider war die Türe defekt… Das war der eine Hauptgrund für die kurzfristige Buchung, weil wir in der Nacht nicht mehr 300km fahren wollten, leider war der Mitarbeiter nicht wirklich hilfsbereit und eine Lösung zu suchen… Wir waren nicht bereit unser Auto im freien stehen zu lassen, Risiko das es abgeschleppt werden könnte…Er hat dann die Buchung storniert und sind gegangen, wir erwarten das unsere Zahlung von booking zurückerstattet wird…

Toll finde ich, dass es für kleines Geld bereits ein Early Bird Frühstück gibt, falls der Flug sehr früh ist, außerm gibt es einen regelmäßigen Shuttle.

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026Das Personal war wirklich sehr freundlich. Das Hotel hat soweit einen guten Eindruck gemacht.
Das Zimmer war für Rollstuhlfahrer ausgelegt. Das wäre kein Problem gewesen. Aber eine Matratze hatte wirklich eine schlimme Schlagseite. Diese sollte einmal ausgetauscht werden. Die Spülung für das WC haben wir irgendwann auch gefunden. Entweder habe ich das bei der Buchung übersehen oder es war Zufall daß es so ein Zimmer war. Mit ein paar Hinweisen wäre es ja kein Problem gewesen. Es gab eigentlich so gut wie keine Schränke. Aber in dem kleinen Schränkchen das es gab war Müll in der Schublade sowie Essen. Das erwartet man nicht unbedingt in einem Hotelzimmer. Etwas ratlos waren wir auch bei der Garageneinfahrt. Wir wussten zunächst nicht wie die Schranke aufgeht. Wir haben dann geklingelt. Das hätte man vielleicht noch sagen können.

Das Hotel ist mittlerweile etwas abgewohnt, es scheint, als würde nichts mehr repariert/investiert, teilweise lässt die Sauberkeit im Gebäude zu wünschen übrig.

Reviewed Jul 19, 20261.) Der Fön im Bad war defekt. 2.) Der Saum der Gardinen war am oberen Ende mehrfach ausgerissen. 3.) Die Schalldämmung der Fenster war sehr schlecht. Man konnte die Flugzeugstarts am Münchner Flughafen leider sehr gut hören. In einem benachbarten Hotel (eigene Erfahrung ein paar Tage vorher) ist das deutlich besser umgesetzt! 4.) An der Hotelrezeption, wie auch im Bar-Bereich konnten die Angestellten kaum bis wenig deutsch sprechen. Warum ist das so?

Reviewed Jul 18, 2026Tolle Lounge und liebes Personal. Ein gutes Frühstück (für jeden etwas dabei und auch eine super Auswahl an Milch Ersatz Produkten. (Preislich allerdings im oberen Bereich- schade gerade bei den Backwaren)
Mails werden nicht oft genug gecheckt. In unserem Zimmer war der Fön leider defekt & die Batterie der Fernbedienung leer 😉😅 nicht dramatisch aber etwas ärgerlich- das Wasser aus dem hauseigenem „Markt“ leider völlig überteuert, klein und nicht verschließbar.

It's only steps from the airport bus and a short walk from Surftown. There's a supermarket across the road. The breakfast was good, too. Really good choice if you want to surf for a few days while working remotely.
The rooms are very nicely decorated, but the small rooms are really small (you can book larger ones). Barely enough space between desk and bed to walk through

Il lavandino del bagno si muoveva in continuazione, la doccia non era isolata bene, quindi usciva tutta l'acqua bagnando il bagno. Mancava il bidet. Il pavimento faceva rumore ogni volta che passavi e la macchinetta del caffè non funzionava. Non hanno tolto la carta igenica usata dall'altro ospite. Prezzo un pò alto se contiamo che non era compresa la colazione. Sono da migliorare alcune cose, ma nel complesso ci siamo trovati bene per quello che dovevamo fare. Lo consiglio

Im Vorfeld per Emailanfrage und noch bei der Übernachtung vor unserem Urlaub am 19.06. wurde uns versichert, dass wir den Transfer bei Urlaubsrückreise spätabends noch erreichen können, indem wir im Hotel anrufen sollen bzw..das Infopersonal am Flughafen würde im Hotel anrufen. Beides hat leider überhaupt nicht geklappt!

They knew the AC in the room was not working but they gave me the room anyway. The room was boiling hot and there were no windows that could be opened. When I asked them to change my room, they refused saying they are fully booked. They said I am free to cancel and I may get the refund in few weeks time. When I shouted at the treatment they offered me, they refunded me right away and I booked another hotel

Reviewed Jun 25, 2026למעט המיקום הנוח שהיה קרוב לשדה התעופה אינני מוצא שום סיבה לגור במלון הזה. שילמתי עבור חדר 252 אירו ואחרי התשלום שנעשה מיד בכניסה הסתבר שאין מזגן בחדר למרות שבהסמנה היה כתוב בפירוש שעד מזוג אויר. החום היה 30 מעלות והיה בלתי נסבל לישון בחדר ממוזג פניתי גם לביקיני וגם למלון עצמו לקבלת החזר כספי ועד הה טרם נעניתי
כל מה שלא אהבתי כתבתי .

The rooms are extremely small. I would have paid more to get a large room, but it doesn’t seem like that is an option. Our family had to get two rooms.
