Reviewed Sep 27, 2024It is located in a very nice place. You can feel the fresh air and touch of cloud from the balcony. The manger was super supportive, dedicated, flexible and friendly. He arranged everything to keep us comfortable in this inclement weather. The food was very tasty too.

Reviewed Feb 8, 2024The staff seemed really lovely and nice. Our room had a big balcony.
The beds were so hard it was like sleeping on a slightly more comfortable floor. Our overhead shower did not work. We told the staff. Someone fidgeted with it for a few minutes and then left saying they'd be back and did not return. The toilet also stopped flushing for a while. The lack of hot water made showering in 2 degree weather quite the undesirable experience. The staff also seemed like he didn't have a set price for the room when asked so we were overcharged a bit compared to the booking price. Don't know if this was due to the balcony but we didn't request a room with one.

Reviewed Apr 1, 2023I liked everything about this hotel and stayed there for 7 days. The room was spacious and clean with amazing mountain view from the balcony. There was hot shower, kettle, TV. The bed and blankets were comfortable for sleep. The food was good and delicious, there were Nepali and Western dishes with prices as other local cafes. Staff were friendly and they did everything I asked. The location is optimal. Not far from the shopping and bus stop area and not far from beautiful hiking trails.

Reviewed Feb 26, 2020We had a good time at Mountain Resort. Suzan and his stuff are so helpful and nice. The tasty breakfast at the terrace with a beautiful view was so great 🌄 Unlucky my girlfriend catched a cold so we had to leave one day earlier 😔 We wish Suzan and his stuff all the best and many guests who also enjoy their stay at Mountain Resort.
