El baño un poco viejo. No me gustan las bañeras porque son poco accesibles y puedes tener una caída porque resbala.

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026La habitación es amplia y las camas cómodas, la zona de estar sentado no tanto. Decoración clásica muy elegante. Ubicación perfecta a un paso de la catedral cruzando el puente de Santa María, inmejorable. Baño cómodo con agua caliente estupenda e inmediata, aunque actualmente me gustan mas los que disponen de ducha que de bañera, iluminación algo escasa.
La iluminación del dormitorio es algo escasa y no se dispone de enchufes en las mesillas para poder recargar o conectar móviles o tablet. Parking del hotel muy angosto, plazas pequeñas y sin reserva de las mismas o de una plaza designada para tí, por lo que podías llegar al hotel y no tener donde poner el coche o tener que hacer mil maniobras, poco práctico para el precio, casí hubiera preferido reservar otro parking aunque estuviese fuera del hotel.

We had a disabled room with a useful wet room. It would be really helpful if there was a hand rail positioned next to the shower.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Sensationelle Lage ,5 Minuten zu Fuss zur Kathedrale .Es ist ein altes Kloster, alles sehr stylisch. Das Frühstück was phantastisch und hat unsere Erwartungen bei weitem übertroffen. Die Bäder sind neu und total modern.Das Zimmer war insgesamt sehr gemütlich und schön. Leider blieben wir nur 2 Nächte, da es uns weiter zog. Diesem Hotel würde ich ,wenn es möglich wäre, auch 20 Punkte geben.
Naja das Einzige ,das in Spanien immer etwas trickreich ist ,sind die engen Tiefgaragen.Das Auto sollte nicht zu gross sein.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026De premium kamer was echt wel premium: een kleine inkomhal, een heel ruime kamer met salon, een aparte dressing en een heel ruime badkamer. Het bed was heerlijk en groot. Het ontbijt was een van de beste in Spanje en we hebben al op veel plaatsen in het land gelogeerd. Buiten de klassiekers die je in de meeste viersterrenhotels krijgt, werden hier ook veel lokale producten aangeboden. Daarnaast waren er ook heel gezonde, vers gemaakte fruitsappen/smoothies, met verrassende combinaties. Die werden ook aangeboden door het personeel dat permanent een oogje in het zeil hield of alles naar wens verliep. De locatie was ideaal. Met een wandeling van 5 minuten stonden we aan de ingangspoort van de oude stad, vlak bij de kathedraal. Dit hotel is zeker een aanrader. Voor toekomstige verblijven ga ik zeker nakijken of er een NH Collection in de buurt is. Dit hotel was vroeger een klooster en met heel veel respect voor het originele gebouw omgevormd tot een prachtig hotel.
Op basis van eerdere commentaren hebben we de hotelparking niet gebruikt. We stonden achter de hoek in een openbare parking, wat zeker een goed alternatief is. Ik kan dus ook geen commentaar geven bij de hotelparking zelf.

Atmosphère feutrée (sauf salle petit dej plutôt bruyante) Parking à l'hôtel possible mais nous avons eu la chance d'avoir une place gratuite juste en face de l'entrée. Hotel choisi sur le chemin du retour pour une nuit, donc nous n'avons pas testé d'autres services.
Propositions du restaurant pas à l'image du reste.

Communal areas great, bar staff very friendly. However, the rooms are a little tired. Also the hotel states strictly non-smoking rooms! But definitely previous guests had been smoking in the room, smelt very much of stale cigarettes - not nice.

Air conditioning didn’t work that well and staff said there was really nothing to do about it because it was hot and the hotel was full so system was overwhelmed. Temperature never changed despite outside air dropping to 58 F. Room wasn’t ready, had to wait a while. Staff never responded to call and email request for help finding lost item.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Hotel excelente, con una ubicacion inmejorable, el personal muy atento y las habitaciones cumplian nuestras espectativas. esta enclavado en un antiguo convento y la restauracion ha sido hecha con mucho acierto.
en el mimento en que fuimos tuvimos que dejar el coche en un parking público, que aunque estaba cercano no es como acceder desde el parking a la habitacion con las maletas

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Perfect location, a short walk to the cathedral. Very good breakfast, good selection of foods and open till 11am. Very comfortable beds. The room was large and the cleaning was well done.
Room was a little tired with what can best be described as subdued lighting or more bluntly described as gloomy. The WiFi was variable. Despite bath robes and slippers appearing in the brochures none were provided. The toilet paper was cheap, more appropriate for hostel and not a 4 star hotel. Not enough power points and one of the few was broken.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Hôtel aménagé dans un ancien couvent au niveau du rez-de-chaussée en respectant l'architecture d'origine, le petit-déjeuner se prend dans l'ancien cloître. Chambres confortables et spacieuses. Prestations satisfaisantes. Accueil très attentionné et professionnel.
Le confort de la literie n'est pas optimal, l'éclairage de la chambre pourrait être amélioré.

Niks viel tegen, alleen dat we weer naar huis gingen.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026The lobby and common areas of the hotel were beautiful and elegant. Good mattress and shower. Breakfast in the cloisters downstairs was EPIC - I've never seen such an amazing spread!
While clean and well-appointed, our room was a little tattered around the edges. The hotel hallways were long and dark. Aside from the cathedral, there were not many restaurants or other points of interest in the immediate neighborhood.

Não se pode aceitar num hotel de 4* não haver tomadas junto às mesinhas de cabeceira ou à cama para ligar carregadores e muito mais importante uma máquina SPAP para apeneia do sono, o que obrigou o meu marido a dormir sem a mesma. Se fosse mais do que uma noite tínhamos reclamado.

El baño muy antiguo La ducha horrible , muy bajita y no se podía regular la temperatura. Muy poca agua La cafetería muy mal también . Llegamos a las 3 y algo, y no nos pudieron sacar nada de comer. Las plazas del garaje demasiado pequeñas

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026La struttura è semplicemente meravigliosa. Inserita in un contesto storico e in un edificio che da solo vale il soggiorno. Le camere molto ampie e con tutti i comfort necessari. La colazione intercontinentale in un chiostro all’interno dell’hotel completa il quadro meraviglioso della struttura. La Cattedrale e il centro storico di Burgos sono proprio di fronte l’hotel. Parcheggio moto interno dell’hotel.
Al nostro arrivo, le 18.00, la camera non era ancora pronta per via dei gruppi dei calciatori del Cordoba che soggiornavano li, la hanno liberata alle 19.00.

Reservamos una habitación premium, y las vistas eran malísimas, no había productos de aseo en el baño para dos personas, solo un cepillo de dientes y un gorro de ducha. Echamos en falta zapatillas además de otro cepillo de dientes al menos. El personal de recepción.

Anche la colazione è stata eccezionale, con grande scelta e prodotti di qualità. Una struttura che consiglio assolutamente!
