Leider war das Zimmer verstaubt, und das Frühstück nicht gut, fast jedes Ei lag roh dort. Bei der Buchung einer Familie wurden die Zimmer aufgeteilt in 2 Häuser und am Ende stellte sich heraus, es gab doch noch ein Zimmer, zuvor sollte ich aber erst ein Upgrade machen mit Aufpreis.

Rummet spartanskt, ingen möjlighet att värma vatten till te eller kaffe. Badkar och ingen dusch. Svårt för en med problem att gå. Persienner trasiga. Inget kaffe i baren. Frukostmatsalen har för lite personal, diskplock fungerar ej, vissa varma rätter endast ljumma, svårt att hitta frukost ingredienser.

Iš pradžių gavom kambarį su labai girgždančia lova, bet personalas supratingas ir draugiškas, pakeitė kambarį į kitą ir dar geresnį.

Towels were dirty and had random hair in them. The shower water temperature was not consistent. The room had the bare minimum of soap only. No kettle, no fridge. The ironing iron was dirty, and the button on the iron was off, so I had no idea what heat setting it was on. The ironing board was dirty.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026The room was very clean and equipped. There is a gym and swimming pool that the guests can use. You also have an option to have a breakfast. The breakfast was amazing, there were a lot of food choices and it’s impossible to stay hungry. The staff were so nice as well.
It’s pretty remote. To get to the central Stockholm, you need to take a train, and then a bus as well (ca. 1 hour).

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026The hotel lobby was really cool, felt like you were in the jungle. Quite big room room for three people. Breakfast was good. Staff was welcoming. Comfortable bed, except the pull out sofa was always making squeaky noises when you move.
It's a pity there wasn't a refrigerator or mini bar in the room. Couldn’t open the windows in the room, no fresh air coming in and out of the room, air went did nothing.

Hotellilla ei ole omaa parkkia, vaikka on ikäänkuin 'autohotelli', mutta ohjaavat viereiseen parkkihalliin, jossa EasyParkin kautta 25€/yö. Katuparkeista hotelli ei tiedä mitään, mutta niitä riittää hotellin ympäristössä ja EasyParkilla hoituu maksu ok - yön hinnaksi tuli ostarin kulmalla reilu 10€. Hotellin oven edessä olevia lähimpiä katuparkkeja kannattaa välttää, jos haluaa säästää.

Frukostrestaurangen. Plottrigt. Ogemytligt och med tanke på det stora antalet gäster så var det märkligt att det inte personal syntes till som torkade av borden med jämna mellanrum. Fick ingen känslan av att det var rent. Bortsett från ovan stående saknades min bokning i systemet. Hade dock bokningsbekräftelse utskrivet i pappersform, vilket var tur och att hotellet inte var fullbokat.

Reviewed Jul 10, 2026Great family stay, just watch out for parking fees! We thoroughly enjoyed our family stay at the Scandic Infra City! What we loved: Spacious Rooms: The rooms were incredibly comfortable and gave our family plenty of space to relax. Kid-Friendly: As a family traveling with kids, we loved that the hotel provided so many great activities and a wonderful play area to keep the little ones entertained. The only downside: Parking Costs: The only real drawback was the parking, which we found to be quite expensive. Overall, it’s a fantastic choice for families and we would definitely recommend it!
