Thon Hotel Arena

Temiz, çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve ilgililer, kahvaltısı iyiydi.

Konum olarak Oslo’ya 15-20 dk sürüyor.

Fikk en stille suite (680). Stort rom med sofa og spisebord. Eget soverom.

Allt, rummet, hotellet, personalen!

Very clean, spacious and a lovely town

I booked the hotel based on the spa and it was very small, the steam room didn’t work and full of children.

Restaurant

Badkamer oud

Everything was good

The hot tub was closed when I got there

Very clean and good location

Great room and great shower . Fantastic breakfast

Frokosten var ekstremt bra

I stayed at this hotel as a part of the Best of Scandinavia Kesari Group Tour. The beds, the bed linen and amenities were excellent. This was a quiet and comfortable hotel facilitating good sleep. The breakfast served was varied and of very good quality. The staff hosts were friendly and welcoming . Overall a highly rated experience and a highly recommended hotel. A note for international tourists includes the room locking system. The room doors do not have a standard lock and chain system. The room locks are operated electronically. I requested the reception staff to assist me to ensure that I was familiar with this new system. The reception staff were extremely cooperative. However at check out time after breakfast there was some sort of a power outage and I was concerned about using the electronic locking system of my room. It was check out time anyways so I did not pursue the issue or try the locking system. The tour guests were not accommodated in rooms within closer proximity or level so getting help within the tour group is difficult. Also late check ins and early check outs can be a bit concerning. As a hotel policy it is better to accommodate tour group guests within closer proximity. Some hotel rooms in Scandinavia do not have a phone in the hotel room and there is no direct connection to get help from the reception staff. This can be stressful when international tourists are unaware of more recent upgrades and are not adequately informed either by the hotel staff or information brochures of dealing with unexpected changes and possibilities with extremely limited tourist assistance. However overall the hotel is highly recommended.

Excelente breakfast!

Bad cleaning, broken bathtub

Breakfast,

Roomsize

Would have rated 5/5, but the receptionist who (barely) greeted us on arrival seemed bored and uninterested. Didn’t even give basic information like breakfast times. Pillow in room not good either, way to flat. Plastic furniture in room also gets a minus.

Swimming pool and jacuzzi were lovely. Breakfast was very good.

Steam room only on later in the day and the sauna looked like it wasn’t working. Limited stations on tv in room. We arrived on a Sunday afternoon to find that no restaurant or bar was open. We had to order take away to be delivered which wasn’t ideal. I think we should have been told about this as this was the last thing we wanted to do after a long day travelling.

Very nice hotel with nice location & nice staff !

Very small & limited place of car parking !

Staff in lobby and bar very nice and helpful. Daria in the Brasserie was great, helping me to make a reservation for a big group. Thank you Daria❤️ The pool area is great.

Nothing

Everything was clean, and staff was always nicking and nacking, sweeping. Duvet's were amazing and the beds as well.

Best and most clean hotel I have stayed in.

Location

Gym

Vicinanza al centro congressi, colazione varia e ricca.

vetri sporchi e staff poco disponibile.

When attending a conference, the location of the hotel was perfect. Friendly staff, nice room and good food. The breakfast was top notch and the service from the staff was also great. Appreciated being served coffee - a small thing but very nice.

Goede locatie. Netjes hotel, aardig personeel, goed ontbijt.

De kamer was erg klein, soort pijpenlade. Geen nachtkastje om iets op te leggen. De kamer was erg warm.

Store rom

helt greit
