The staffs are very accomodating. They even gave us a room upgrade! Will definitely be back!

The lobby and public areas were nice as the photos lead one to expect. The town of Sorsogon was impressive and organized. The pool and surrounding area were a delight.

The room was twice what we had paid elsewhere in Bicol but no more room of furniture. Don't believe the "20 sq. meter claim - there was a concrete beam intruding along one wall at shoulder height that partially limited access to one side of the bed/ When I got up in the dark I hit my shoulder hard against it. The food in the diner was very disappointing in quality and value. Bottle of mid-tier wine was delivered to table already opened, arousing suspicions.

I like the place is more accessable for everythings you needs all stafts and reception are very friendly services are very good .

The only complain about this hotel is to allowed the guess to drunk the room but im not sure if they know about that because they are very noise and louder nextroom inside the next room in the middle of the night end my husband going the reception im also regular customer using this hotel all the time because is very good but i have a bad experience just for one night very noisy next door and the wall is not noise proof.apart from that i dont have anybad experience just one night only but hopefully never happen again

As a foreigner you better stay on the main streets. There's coffee shops I wanted to spend money in but was told not to go there because of the area is not safe to walk alone. I still went there and the coffee was great but it was not a good idea.

Breakfast was great with many options for everyone; family was happy with the room and location, we walked to almost everywhere and the staff and feel of the hotel - spacious and green - was really great. Overall great time for everyone, I recommend this hotel, a hidden gem in Sorsogon.

I liked nothing. The building is in a very bad shape. From outside and in my room. It even leaked red rain through the ceiling at night. The bathroom has a water leak behind the toilet and stretched 1yard around the bowl. Tiles very old and bad condition. Internet very poor mostly not working esp. wifi. used my own.

Again. Nothing. The pool was not usable.

The price is the most positive and location to the center of town. It’s ok not a modern hotel and the prices reflect that. Maybe staying on the wing in the back of the hotel is quieter and safer. The cafe has good food and is convenient and fairly priced.

Asked for quiet room but was given a room facing the cafe which is the noisy side of this hotel. You’re awakened around 6 am every morning to the sounds of coffee being ground, smoothie blenders and dishes clanking with crowd noise too. The pool deck is filled with leaves and leaves in the pool. Needs to be netted and deck cleaned daily perhaps twice daily because it is an outdoor pool. Tiles on this older pool make walking in the pool very slippery beware you might fall. The room was outdated and needed a modern upgrade even the AC was an older box unit. The nicer quieter side of the hotel had split AC and fans on the balcony. That wing of the hotel was built after the original main building and it’s obviously better. Hotel has the old style key attached to the fab that controls the electricity in the room so if you leave your room the power including AC goes off. TV was very small I think the smallest sized Tv available. Guests and staff in the cafe can watch you leave your room too as well as observe how many people are staying in the room. They know when you’re coming and going which is creepy because they could target you or your room for a theft.

When I first booked we have had the bigger room however when I re booked for the next 3 nights I did not realised I booked a budget room so obviously there is much difference on the size of the bedroom and facilities but then it never stopped us having a fab stay, the staff were dead friendly, the location is perfect for our morning run to the Pier and knowing that we will be back for a very nice pool and breakfast so it made us run further! The food at Cecilia's was exceptional! Overall our stay was excellent and I highly recommend the place and as long as you know what you paid for then there will be no moaning!

I did not like that I have to use my own Netflix log in, I would say would have been better if the Netflix was free :-) it is a nice add on for when you just wanted to stay in and having a quiet day :-)

This hotel is a heritage hotel, but it is very well maintained...the room is spacious, the bed comfortable, the toilet a bit small. the breakfast options are quite limited, but the food is very good

I arrived at the hotel at 9 am and they told me I should wait until 2 pm. The room was too small for a queen bed. I should have had a full bed instead. The shower was horrible, there was no soap for bathing and the tile was full of mold. They cleaned it a little. I asked to be moved to another room and they told me there wasn't one until the next day.There were flies in the room and when I took a shower the water came out of the bathroom drain into the bedroom. I had the worst night of my life in a hotel.

On the second day they gave me a larger room...full of light but there was a nest of ants. The hotel is nice outside... it has an excellent cafeteria with affordable prices The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Thanks to the supervisor who helped me move yo another and better room

We usually take trips as a family which I then book a large room. Since I was alone this time for a short weekend visit to my wife's relatives I booked a small budget room. Surprisingly it was comfortable and clean. The amenities were very nice as they had a restaurant with a beautiful outdoor garden dining area as well as a beautiful cozy indoor dining area. Next time I visit i will book a larger room which does look beautiful on the website. More importantly, I have to give big kudos to the staff who were all very friendly, nice, and helpful. The front desk staff are excellent!

The staff from Grace at the front desk reception, to Miss Micka and Romeo at the restaurant, there service, smiles and greeting was fantastic, will definitely stay here again.

stayed in room 207, great room would be so much better with a privacy screen on the balcony, on the left as you walk out to block out the noise and view of the workers there , something simple and nice would be great.

The room is located directly in front of the dining area and kitchen, so food smells easily enter the room. It was also quite noisy due to activity in those areas.

Safe location, maaliwalas ang surroundings with garden feel, naiiba sa usual ko na hotel dito sa Sorsogon. Value for money, the room was ok and important na malinis - and may tao sa front desk even late at night convenient sa akin remote work at night din and wifi was excellent no lags for me. Parking is also nearby and safe so when I needed to get something I forgot sa car early morning, i felt safe, which important sa akin as solo traveler. I will stay here from now on, highly recommended din ang breakfast, sulit sarap!

Loved the location, so near from the shops. It's also so easy to ask for extra beds and other services.

Property is very convenient and easily accessible to shopping, restaurants, transportation and stores. It's located near the city government.

The property needs an update. You can smell the sewer or clogged pipes inside the room where we stayed. There are also noted molds in the toilet, few cockroaches (unsure from where) and ants (bed/flooring) We were upgraded to a bigger room which is better than the old one. However, cleanliness should be observed in all rooms. The common restroom near the reception is in bad shape making it too hard to breathe. The hotel needs an update on its plumbing and pest control. Great customer service though.

The food was excellent, the environment of the dining area and pool outside area was very pleasant too and it was convenient for being a short walk from the bus terminal.

The room was very basic and the initial room had no window which we didn't know about so the manager kindly upgraded us to a room with daylight!

To be honest none, the moment we arrived at the hotel. No one approached us, the receptionist just sitti g in front desk and that's it. They're just talking with their colleagues.

There are a lot!! Totallya lot. 1. Overpriced food and room - the food prices are very expensive. Same goes with a basic room that they have. 2. Room accessories - The remote of the T.V., The T.V. reception is not clear majority of the channels, electric kettle (this is only a display and not functioning), and the comfort room had a broken doorknob. This is at room 216. 3. Hotel hr The food and room prices are exorbitant. Both the meals and basic rooms are priced very high. In room 216, there were several issues with amenities: the TV remote, unclear TV reception on most channels, an electric kettle that was decorative and non-functional, and a broken doorknob in the bathroom. The morning shift receptionists were unresponsive and preoccupied with personal conversations upon our arrival, failing to greet or assist us promptly. There was a lack of communication regarding our early arrival request made during online booking. Despite indicating willingness to pay extra for an early check-in, no response was given. Upon arrival, we were informed that early check-ins were not permitted, with the standard check-in time being 2 pm. Despite offering to pay extra for temporary accommodation until our designated room was ready, we were informed there were no vacant rooms. This left us sleep-deprived and extremely fatigued after a long flight. We were allowed to put our belongings at the front desk but had to wait five hours before accessing our reserved room. This prolonged wait added to our exhaustion, making for a very challenging start to our stay. To cut the story short. This is my WORST Hotel experience ever. NEVER AGAIN! Always look the 1-star rating of this accommodation they are all true.

water leaking from the toilet flush, ants on the mattress, the place to change clothes in the pool was completely dirty and you couldn't walk around barefoot. the TV only has YouTube available and nothing else. there is no external antenna for live TV. the sheet was torn. the safe inside the room was not working.

Limited choices on the menu and most foods aren’t available! Airport transfers were a nightmare even though we pre-booked it. Upon arrival, the car was nowhere to be found!!! The worst experience was on our last day going to the airport at 4am. We didn’t know if the driver was going to turn up. Very bad experience!!!! Wouldn’t come back or recommend this hotel.

The bed was so hard and I had to get a upgrade because the room I booked was a jail cell not the room in the photos

The staff are all very friendly. The front desk are always very helpful and knows what they’re doing. Restaurant staff needs more training on customer service. It takes forever for them to take our orders considering there are so many of them just hanging around doing nothing.

The Hotel is closed to the main town attractions. Easy access. Big bathroom area. Good hot shower. Daily cleaning. New towels everyday. Hair drier great to have. Helpful guard.

Not much choices and not much available food to eat. The aircon is not that cold. The shower head holder is only one screw that holding. The beddings still have marks/stains. To noisy from people talking and working in the kitchen area and dining area. Swimming pool is dirty

Fernando’s has incredible staff. From the front desk to housekeeping, maintenance, security and restaurant. They are friendly, attentive and helpful. The location is perfect for a stay in Sorsogon City. The museum, market and night market are all in walking distance to the hotel. I would not hesitate to recommend Fernando’s.

I always like to stay at Fernando hotel in Sorsogon city. The hotel is clean, the staff are friendly and parking is available. They also have one of my favorite dish at their restaurant. I enjoyed my travel to Sorsogon staying at Fernando s that they help me solve problem I encounter in between.
