Reviewed Sep 11, 2026The room had been modernized and was very up-to-date and clean. It was also very quiet. The TV service was good.
The hallway carpets are about due for replacement. The breakfast offerings were basic - no hot food - likely because there are no restaurant facilities on site.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026My husband and I checked in about 10:30 pm. We were greeted promptly by a friendly young man who processed us quickly and efficiently, making pleasant smalltalk. The room was adequate in size and thr AC was on. I loved the ventilation system! Not noisy, but kept the room a comfortable temperature all night. The bathroom had instantly hot water, better than at home. We also liked a nightlight of sorts that came on when the room was dark- easily guiding us to the bathroom in the middle of the night. The room was basic but quite clean. The property was well-maintained and the area felt safe. The TV was great and we could easily watch the news on YouTube. The area was quiet as well.
We both found the bed quite firm, but we slept.well. There were four pillows, but they were quite small and very flat. The breakfast was extremely basic. Didn't try the coffee (went to Tims:) but I had orange juice plus cereal mixed with a container of yogurt plus a "pat" of peanut butter, for protein.

-Bath towel had multiple dirt stains on one side. -Shower gel has too much argan oil - it left a slippery film on my skin which I couldn’t get off.

The receptionist on the Sunday of my check out knocking on my door 15 minutes before check out looking me up and down reminding me it's check out at 11am. It was the 2nd of 2 nights I've booked. So uncalled for.

Reviewed May 17, 2026Although solo room had a surprise and other family members staying we discovered and we all enjoyed ourselves so much and thanks so very much to Sid, out front desk and all around employee who was professional friendly and most hard working and dedicated people I have met, many thanks for making a stay in a new place, are so welcoming! Rooms were very clean and newly decorated seems they are making updates all the time to the guest experience with a good Continental breakfast and plenty of parking near rooms. Shopping/dining within minutes! of this hotel made it so convenient.

Reviewed Dec 14, 2025The Good - Clean room, comfortable bed and good towels. The Bad - The heater in our room seemed to have a broken or misplaced thermostat. It was against an outside wall and regardless of setting the thermostat to anything below 68° (for comfortable sleeping) the heater would run to be at 68°. To do this it would run about three minutes, shut off for about one minute, then turn back on. That cycle, with an extra loud fan ran throughout the night and kept us awake. The heater had a freeze protection mechanism so even if the power was off, the heater would cycle through a heating mode every few minutes. A few other bad things- no outlets on one side of the bed, no rug by patio doors to wipe off boots causing floor to get wet from snow on boots and the TV operation guide was incomplete. There was no mention that the cable box needed to be turned on manually. We figured it out the next morning. We had two dogs with us. I checked the hotel policy prior to making the reservation and it stated there is a $30/day pet fee. When I checked in they wanted to charge me $30 per pet/day for a total of $60. I showed the clerk the policy on their website. He looked through his paperwork and then said he would only charge for one pet. Either the policy isn’t written well or the hotel was trying to make some extra $$$. Overall, we would not stay here again. Most of the bad things could be tolerated, but the heater made the stay unbearable.

There were a number of people just hanging around the entrance which made us nervous. Once we were inside I felt a little more comfortable, but I was worried about my vehicleall night.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2025Hotel needs a bit of work but overall clean and not bad for a stopover. The room was too small for the king size bed that they put in it with all the furniture. Laundry machine dial was broken so only small setting was available. We booked online on a phone in the car when it was pouring rain and just wanted to grab the first room available. I did not notice it was just one king size bed. I asked to change to 2 doubles, which were available (I was willing to pay extra), but agent refused claiming since I booked through Hotels.com, I had to go through the site to change anything. Hotels change my room all the time, this was nonsense. Then agent did not want to let us put 3 people in the king room (the third was a child), but finally gave in when I was going to call hotels.com to sort this out. I know I made a mistake, but it was pouring rain, we were soaked from camping (in a tent) a bit of empathy for the mistake and helpfulness is what good hotel service should be.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2025Stayed here before, found it very good so booked again. The staff are very pleasant and friendly. Booked in fine and went to room but could not get in. Went back to reception and they had not programmed the keys so sorted it. There was no creamer and spoon packs for the coffee but after the key issue did not go back again but left it till morning. In the morning asked about the coffee creamer etc and was informed that Best Western had decide to remove them. That’s a backward step for sure as I like a coffee first thing as I get up. The second day the door keys would not work again so off to reception to be programmed, guess someone missed this both days. The room was the same one as last time, maybe they remembered, nice big and comfortable, bathroom fine too. Breakfast was good with bacon and egg muffins, breads, cereal, muffins, yogurt, fruit and juices. So, noting the first paragraph I still recommend this Best Western and would return no problem. Many thanks.

Not sure why they’re allowed to display their religious artifacts in the lobby. And allowing a delivery person to pick the heads off the flowers out front for what I think is for religious purposes. Above mentioned was uncomfortable and not Kool at all. All men staff? Although they seemed polite, a single woman would not feel safe when they have a master key to enter. It appeared most guest key cards were alway failing and I do not think they lock the far exit door at night.

It is a basic, nice place to stay and sometimes that is all you need. Anything we asked of the staff was done quickly and they were very pleasant. The free breakfast is limited but if you are hungry in the morning or need coffee...there it is. Over all very pleased with our three night stay.
