It’s so nice and neat and treat us good

Struttura ottima con tanti servizi. Personale molto disponibile e gentile. Sembra una città dentro un'altra città per quanto si estende l'hotel. Piscine, bar, ristoranti, palestra, centro massaggi e spa sono stati davvero eccezionali. Per non parlare della vista sulla città.

Una cosa che non abbiamo gradito è stata la presenza di piccole blatte in camera. Alla richiesta di cambiare stanza il personale si è reso subito disponibile e gentile nel gestire la situazione scusandosi per l'accaduto.

Me tocó en la parte no renovada y no estaba bien limpio el baño fatal aparte de que se atascaba el wáter,la cortina de la ducha asquerosa, la luz de la habitación se apagaba sola y no iba ,dimos las quejas y lo único que hicieron fue desatascar el wáter,de la parte renovadas me imagino que estaría súper bien porque el hotel no es malo pero antiguo el desayuno bien ,y el personal bien es

location, buffet food had sufficient variety but was not happy with the coffee provided as this was from a tap and tasted ordinary for a quality Hotel such as this and can be vastly improved with a good coffee machine with selections provided for type of coffee desired. convenient location. beds were comfortable enough.

the swimming pool had no privacy and people could view you swimming in the morning from the buffet food areas. so that could be improved especially with so many cultures who prefer a private setting for bathing in the open. thanks for listening

Super lokalizacja, baseny , pokoje duże i komfortowe

Es un hotel inmenso, con dos entradas principales (una delante y otra detrás), con personal muy servicial que te lleva el equipaje a la habitación, te orientan hacia donde ir (porque varias veces te pierdes dentro de las instalaciones), te ayudan en todo. Tiene 32 plantas y 4 edificios separados pero conectados entre sí a múltiples niveles (más de 700 habitaciones). Tiene dos piscinas, una más cercana al ocio del bar y mirador en la planta 11 y otra más grande y tranquila en la planta 12. Tiene un gimnasio enorme que abre de 6am a 10pm, un parking en la planta 10, spa, varios restaurantes en su interior, una tienda sastreria, etc. El buffet del desayuno es de 7am a 10am (cierra estrictamente a las 10am) y es muy variado: comida asiática (arroz, pollo, tallarines, ensalada, sushi..), estilo americano (salchichas, tortitas, patatas horneadas, huevos de todo tipo) y europeo (cereales, leche, yogurt, tostadas, bizcochos, croissant, mermelada..). La decoración e instalaciones son antiguas (estilo Hilton de los años 90) pero muy equipada y confortable (baño con secador de pelo y accesorios, TV, aire acondicionado, control de todo desde la mesita de noche, teléfono, ..etc). El wifi va perfecto.

Locatie is perfect ten opzichte van alle bezienswaardigheden. Aan de Ba Bao pier eenvoudig met de boot "bus" naar de locaties voor omgerekend €0.26. Familie suit met 2 slaapkamers en betaalbaar. Mooi zwembad met pool restaurant. En voor goede koffie is er in de lobby een Starbuck.

Douche zit op Aziatische hoogte wat wel meer voorkomt in Thailand. Dus dat is niet handig als je groot bent. Douche mat met zuignappen mag beter schoongemaakt worden. Uit ervaring is het beter direct de zuignappen in te smeren met zeep en heet af spoelen zodat je niet in de oude zeepvlokken staat tijdens het douchen.

The hotel is just beautify. Huge corridors with statues everywhere, four towers, two pools... it's huge. Breakfast was amazing. Really one of the biggest I've ever seen. The pools are both very nice and both of them have a shallow water area for little children. We got the Family Room which was big enough for 5 of us and the view from the 16th floor was amazing. Bonus point: check out the shopping mall downstairs (Bobae Tower): clothes are cheaper there than in more famous shopping mall like Platinum! Also, the location is awesome: very central, close to everyghing, yet traffic is decent and it's connected by boat

It's a huge hotel, so it can get busy at times. The reception might have a small queue. We ended up coming back and booked directly with the hotel and somehow our reservation was lost: we still got the room, but it took a while to clear that up.

- war an sich sauber, aber unter den Betten sammelte sich der Staub massiv an…aber das Gesamtpaket war insbesondere wenn man das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis beachtet wirklich super und an sich gab es nichts zu bemängeln

I ve had rooms all 4 towers. Some are great with new designed bath rooms (A-Tower) and some are not so. The location and especially the staff is brilliant.

Breakfast is reasonable - if you have come along other Bangkok hotels, you might be little disappointed (no pancakes ;))

Beim Check-In unfreundlicher Empfang, Zimmer und Möbel veraltet, Handtücher waren deutlich veraltet, Sauberkeit war mäßig, Durchlüftung in den Zimmern war schlecht, Es ließ sich nur 1 Fenster kippen in unserem 2-Bedroom Unterkunft.

この値段でこれだけの広くて素晴らしい部屋に泊まれて　しかも朝食ブッファまでついて最高過ぎた　立地はあまり良くないとはいっても王宮とかもタクシーでも近いし　他のとこも現地ツアーをくんだので　全然不便じゃなかった

シャワーの水が床に漏れてて　困ることはなかったが　ビックリした。洗面台の水を溜める状態になっていたので　流したいけど　流せなくて　結局水を溜めっぱなしで使っていて切り替えスイッチがどこにあるかわからなかった。

Onestamente la struttura appare come molto lussuosa, disponibilità immensa di camere ( 30 piani di edificio), servizi eccellenti come due piscine, palestra perfettamente funzionanti fino a tarda ora. Camere pulite, molto spaziose, io ho preso una singola ed era ottima come tripla. Bagno pulito, attrezzato con tutto il necessario compreso shampoo, bagnoschiuma, spazzolino. Staff cordiale e disponibile in qualsiasi momento. 7 Eleven appena sotto la struttura.

Posizione leggermente decentrata rispetto alle principali attrazioni da visitare ma facilmente raggiungibili con mezzi di trasporto locali.

May not be the newest hotel in town, but it is a nice one. Impressive building, you can easily get lost. Family room was a bit oldish, but everything still good and clean. Staff is very friendly, nice pools and a very good breakfast. I think it’s food for families and solo travellers.

La buena ubicación que tenía y el trato del personal. El desayuno bastante bueno y con horario amplio. Solicitamos que nos dejaran el desayuno listo uno de los días ya que el tour comenzaba bastante temprano y con muy buena disposición nos lo dejaron en la recepción.

Elegimos este hotel debido a las imágenes que vimos en booking (que eran relativamente nuevas), al estar en obras el hotel nos tocaron otras habitaciones en donde las instalaciones eran bastante antiguas, los enchufes que están al lado de la cama no funcionaban y las tarjetas para abrir la puerta de la habitación tampoco, y eso que pedimos que las cambiasen. Estoy segura que una vez que remodelen el hotel quedará increíble pero creo que le falta más para llegar a ser 4 estrellas.

Lokalizacja hotelu jest dobra, posiada dwa baseny, oraz mocna klimatyzacje, obok bardzo fajny lokal z miejscowym jedzeniem. Jednak po zastanowi karaluchów nie potrafię już znaleźć plusów tego obiektu.

W hotelu są karaluchy, ostatniego dnia pobytu, jak wróciłam z nocnego targu zastałam karalucha na umywalce w łazience, kolejnego znalazłam rano w wannie, a godzinę później mały karaluch chodził po podłodze. Całe szczęście że wydarzyło się to ostatniej nocy! Nigdy tu nie wrócę, było to obrzydliwe. Zgłosiłam sprawę w recepcji, Pani przeprosiła, jedyne o czym marzyłam to by wyjść z tego miejsca, klimatyzacji nie można było wyłączyć nawet na noc. Nie polecam nikomu takiego doświadczenia.

Sono una persona con disabilità. La struttura è suddivisa in quattro torri. La prima notte, avendo una prenotazione separata, sono stato sistemato nella torre principale. Ho chiesto al front desk di poter rimanere nella stessa camera anche per le notti successive, ma ciò non è stato possibile. Per le tre notti successive sono stato trasferito in un’altra torre, dove, dei tre ascensori presenti, ne funzionava soltanto uno. Questa situazione mi ha causato notevoli disagi, soprattutto in considerazione della mia disabilità.

The hotel& facilities were great. The outdoor gardens & pool were outstanding. The restaurants were excellent, enabling us to have breakfast in coffee shop & dinner by the pool. The food was excellent.

We were hoping to experience restaurants close to hotel but did not find any that we were comfortable eating at. The shower was cold throughout our stay. We did ask if this was normal at reception but did not receive an answer so didn't take it further.

Zimmer sehr alt, Boden uneben, alle Schranktüren quietschen extrem, Kühlschrank sehr alt und schief, Türschloss von der Eingangstor nicht ok, und da ich Behindert bin und nicht gut gehen kann war der Weg zum Touer D shr weit( ich habe eine Gehhilfe).

El hotel está muy bien y estuvimos muy cómodos. Por la relación calidad-precio, yo no me lo pensaría!.

El único problema era la cena ya que si no querías cenar en el hotel, no había restaurantes alrededor. Sin embargo por 150-200 baths un Tuk Tuk te lleva al barrio chino donde hay muchas tiendas y restaurantes, y está muy bien.

Pieza amplia, con todo lo necesario incluido. Desayuno buffet con muchas opciones, todo muy limpio.

We used 2x the te hotel taxi service, 1x the driver dropped us at the wrong to restaurant and the other time we got stuck in traffic jams but the driver was not using Google maps To avoid traffic jams zo we got stuck in the cab a LOT longer as needed.

Nous avons passé 4 jours dans cet hotel. Le 1 er jour était horrible. On est arrivé en fin de journée et on s’est retrouvé dans une tour fantôme qui était très éloignée du reste du bâtiment (chambre familiale très sale et chambre sans fenêtre). Nous avons demandé de changer de chambre, ce que la direction a bien voulu. Sur les 4 jours, nous avons pris qu’une fois le petit déjeuner de l’hôtel bien qu’on avait payé les 4 jours car la qualité était très médiocre. La nourriture était froide et la salle ne nous donnait pas envie. On a préféré aller prendre des brioches à 7 elleven. Bref à éviter si vous pouvez. De plus l’hôtel est très éloigné de tout. Il y a le taxi boat, mais le dernier est à 20h.

Buiten was een grote bouwput en op de beneden verdieping altijd druk. Het is een groot hotel dus altijd druk. De eetverdieping is mega luid en mega druk. , al vanaf dat je de lift uitstapt loop je tegen en tafel aan. Zwembad was koud( ik ga uit van het weer dat het hotel er niets aan kon doen) deze was ook veel kleiner dan de fotos aangaven. De kamer had ook veel mindpunten( doorgegeven bij de receptie). Het eten was okey, Wij waren hier mega overprikkeld.

The place was completely different from the photos shown on the website. The furniture was incredibly old, and all the wooden furniture smelled so bad that I can’t even describe it. We really didn’t like it at all. Everything was extremely old and in terrible condition. It was honestly awful and looked nothing like the photos on the website. We also saw cockroaches in the kitchen.

Kakkerlakken. Alles is verder gewoon ontzettend oud en ze zijn met een renovatie bezin maar dat is meer een pleistertje op een grote wond. Wij kregen na klagen over kakkerlakken een gerenoveerde kamer die wel een stuk beter was maar het gebouw zelf is nog steeds 20 jaar oud en dat zie je.

Malgré que cela reste relativement abordable, pour moi le personnel n'était pas compétent (exception bien entendu) et ne reflétait pas la qualité du service attendu pour un hôtel de 4 étoiles. La propreté dans la chambre y est tout à fait relative, notamment quand je trouve à mon arrivée un poil sur la baignoire, de la poussière en évidence. Des prix affichés qui ne correspondent pas à la réalité (taxes non affichées précisément ex: prix affiché 40+++ = le client a ce que je sache n'est pas censé savoir ce que cela signifie. Hors ils font dans les lots surprises apparemment : découverte à l'achat). Abordable ne signifie pas baisse de qualité avec autant d'étoiles affichées au compteur. Rapport qualité-prix côté restauration interne décevant.

Pas toujours facile de comprendre ou trouver les équipement (spa, piscine, restaurant car il faut naviguer dans( tower A,B,C,D) au début du séjour. Le deuxième jour ça va.

La colazione è stata fantastica, ricca di opzioni per tutti i gusti. Personale cordiale e disponibile. Gentili e comprensivi nel tenere i nostri bagagli per l'intera giornata del nostro check-out. Bella vista sulla città dalle camere e dalla piattaforma al 11simo piano.

Purtroppo c'erano diverse lavori di aggiornamento quando ho soggiornato nella struttura. Comunque, un buon segnale per l'attenzione all'ammodernamento.

الغرفة قديمة جدا وبها روائح غير جيدة ومياه الحمام عند الاستحمام تخرج للخارج لا تسير في المجاري المكيف حار جدا الغرفة بها مخلفات أوراق وكراتين فاضية في الدولاب لنزيل سابق ولم يتم تنظيفها سلة المهملات ليس بها أكياس زباره واخبرتهم بتلك الملاحظات ولاكن لم يعطوا اي أهمية بتلك الملاحظات

Le personnel est très gentil. La vue est exceptionnelle. Les suites sont très grandes. L'hôtel est beau et immense. La piscine est belle. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Bangkok.

La chambre était vieille et à rénover , la climatisation faisait du bruit , le petit déjeuner était bruyant , on a été mieux accueilli dans des hôtels lambdas, il n'y a rien autour (restaurant, bar, )on attendait mieux de cet hôtel je ne recommande pas du tout

فقط تحتاج تمشي شوى وليس كثيرا لغايه ماتوصل الغرفه ولكنها رياضه تعود بالفائده بالصحة لفوائد المشي

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Prince Palace Hotel Bangkok und können viele der teilweise kritischen Bewertungen anderer Gäste persönlich überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen. Ein echtes Highlight war für uns die Dachterrasse des Hotels. Der Ausblick über Bangkok ist einfach beeindruckend besonders am Abend, wenn die Stadt mit ihren unzähligen Lichtern zum Leben erwacht. Ein wunderschöner Ort, um den Tag ausklingen zu lassen. Auch der alte Straßenmarkt direkt am Hotel hat uns begeistert. Zwischen den vielen kleinen Ständen, Geschäften und Garküchen erlebt man Bangkok ganz authentisch und bekommt einen tollen Einblick in das tägliche Leben. Nach unserer wunderschönen Thailand-Reise war das Prince Palace für uns ein super schöner Ausklang. Wir konnten noch einmal richtig entspannen und die letzten Tage genießen.
