WLAN funktionierte einwandfrei.

Reviewed Mar 9, 2026The host was very friendly and greeted us when we arrived at the property.
I expected the apartment to have a washing machine and a functioning shower. After reading the reviews more carefully, I realised the host appears to have two apartments in the same building listed on Booking.com. Unfortunately, we got the one, which wasn't that nice. One review mentioned the missing washing machine and that the host had taken the guests’ laundry and washed it for them. As we were already on our last night when we realised that our host could have helped us with that, but there was already no point in contacting him. The shower also needs attention. The shower head did not look inviting to use, the water pressure was very poor, and the shower hose clearly needs replacing as it was not in good condition. Overall the shower setup did not feel functional. As it did not seem like something that could easily be fixed during our stay, we did not contact the host. Unfortunately we did not feel comfortable using the shower and instead used a washcloth to clean ourselves during the three nights we stayed.

Reviewed Feb 24, 2026Very spacious, included 2 bedrooms with a total of 3 beds, a large living room, and a kitchen. Good location with easy access from Ourzazate. Do NOT follow Google maps if it directs you through small side roads as we got stuck in one; you can easily get there through main roads. Caretaker Ali was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.
Road noise. Unfortunately the rooms overlook the road, which was noisy throughout the night, though it may have been because it's Ramadan season and the streets only come alive at night.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Ali treated us with the utmost care, respect, and kindness. We stayed with him twice, and each time he was extremely accommodating and sweet. The place was very comfortable. The second time we stayed with him, our room didn't have a washing machine and we needed to do some laundry, so he took our laundry home with him and did it in his own home. That exceeded the level of hospitality that I expect from anyone! Tabounte (this area of Ouarzazate) is also a very safe, sweet place and I recommend the restaurant nearby, Snack Nour.

Reviewed Apr 15, 2024The host was nice, there was a parking spot available in front of the building. The apartment was spacious, the wifi and TV were ok. There were some utilities in the kitchen, although more dishes should be provided and definitely fresh sponge for washing the dishes.
- The bathroom had an unpleasent smell and there was almost no space in it to keep your cosmetics etc. There was no shower curtain which seems normal in Morocco (same situation in a few other apartments), but here the shower is right next to the toilet and the bathroom is not very big anyway, so everything gets wet when you shower. There's a squeegee available though. - The walls are thin, you can hear the people in other apartments, the water in pipes etc. Not for light sleepers. - A cockroach spotted in the kitchen makes you loose your appetite. - No linen for the blankets provided as covers.
