Reviewed Jul 17, 2026Mooi gelegen gebouw, vlak bij Lech. De beek beneden is heerlijk om te zitten en eventueel te grillen. Er is hout beschikbaar om zelf een vuur te maken voor het grillen. Veel speeltoestellen voor kinderen aanwezig. Aardig personeel die overdag aanwezig is bij de receptie voor vragen of tips voor activiteiten.
Kamer was niet helemaal schoon bij aankomst, nog wat etenskruimels op de tafel bijvoorbeeld.

Reviewed Feb 8, 2026Warm welcome by the host Alexander. Explained all the options available to us. Property features a mini-market with a large and varied selection of food and drink options. All fairly priced. Room was comfortable and well appointed. High praise for the kitchen equipment (high quality for a rental and well equipped). Property features a sauna. Covered carport and ski room with boot heaters. Enjoyed the "brötli service" (order breakfast breads the night before and then pick up on the next morning). We ran out of tissues in the bathroom and advised receptionist. She immediately provided a new box - top service.
While this has been commented on by other travellers, the only "downside" is the size of the sauna. Its far too small for this property considering how many apartments/guests. It is open from 15-21hrs and its normal that most will want to use it after a ski day and before dinner. Unless you are open to using it outside the peak hours be prepared to wait your turn or deal with many other guests. We were confronted by larger groups (6-7) of friends to parents with a young child. Not conducive to relaxtion. We tried on several days and times and found after 7pm had the least of traffic.

Das Angebot an Speisen und Getränken lässt wirklich keinerlei Wünsche offen und man kann auf das Mitbringen eigener Lebensmittel wirklich komplett verzichten. Die Preise sind mehr als fair bzw. eher unter Supermarktniveau. Sehr nette Gastgeber, wunderbarer Aufenthaltsraum mit sehr viel Spielmöglichkeiten und Spielzeug auch für kleinere Kinder. Großzügige Parkmöglichkeiten in wettergeschützten Carports. Toll: 2 Ladesäulen für E-Autos mit 22 kw am Haus.

Reviewed Jul 30, 2025Wunderbares, modernes Appartment mit bequemen Betten, gut eingerichteter Küche und schönem Badezimmer. Das genialste war, dass es im Haus ein kleiner Laden hat, in dem man sehr vieles kaufen kann (Käse, Wurst, Teigwaren, Fertiggerichte, Saucen, Getränke, Bier, ...). Liebevoll gestalteter Aussenbereicht mit Grillstelle (und Holz) am Fluss. Die Hosts waren sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und freundlich - wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
Das Haus befindet sich etwas ausserhalb vom Dorfzentrum, ist jedoch in ca. 10-15min Fussmarsch gut zu erreichen - und es fährt ebenfalls ein Bus, wenn man nicht zu allzu später Stunde unterwegs ist.

Reviewed Feb 1, 2025Great location, very quiet and peaceful, surrounded by mountains. Our studio was on the back of the house - you could lie in bed and see the stars, snowy trees and a mountain through the window. The interior is minimalistic and friendly. The “Zimmer für Feines” is practically a mini market. We didn’t even need to go to the store except for fruit and vegetables. Kitchen was well equipped including Nespresso coffee maker. Bread service is good and easy to order. The busstop is a short walk and the bus takes you to the village and the skilifts Steffialp, Jägeralp and Salober in a few minutes.
Only downside: we could hear our neighbours quite well. However, everyone sticked to the “quiet between 10pm - 6am”

Reviewed Apr 9, 2024The view of Lechtal mountains and river from our East-facing apartment and the shared terrace was lovely. Our apartment (#12) was well equipped and we thought the onsite shop was great, with its abundance of choice local products, all at reasonable prices. The sauna area and relaxation room were well kept and inviting. There was plenty of covered parking and an excellent bus route in both directions, practically on the door step. You had plenty of toys and books and a common area for guests to play and socialise, should they wish to do so. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated you facilitating an early check in for us.
This is a small thing, but a flash of contrast colour was missing from the decor which would make the monochromatic apartments more welcoming. Perhaps scatter cushions and matching table runner...

Sauna in the object is a big benefit, it could be bigger for that amount of apartments and people, I imagine that could be crowded there. But be prepare for a calm village place. The place itself is 5 min by car outside of the Warth, so not really in walking distance but who wants to meet people can drive there easily.

Ski room, sauna from 15:00-20:00, no breakfast, but a small grocery shop on the 1st floor and fresh bread in the morning. 5min bus ride up the hill to the town, but nothing else really around in walking distance except other hotels. Clean, freshly new and comfortable rooms, large windows with mountain view and all the amenities you need to cook meals, dry clothes, Netflix on flat screen, fast wifi etc. Parking covered, dog friendly. Highly recommend for short ski trips

Reviewed Feb 6, 2023the appartment was very well equiped, beautiful, the bed was confortable. the nigts were quiet, the skiroom was practical and I liked the refrigirator self-service. the ski-station is really close with free parking.
if there's one thing I have to criticise, it would be the uncomfortable pillows. but that's really the only thing in my opinion...
