iSanook Resort & Suites Hua Hin

Small but comfy very comfy bed

The internet and gym was not that good also not much to do in the area

The resort was great and rooms were spacious and fulfilled in all needs.

The swimming pool is one depth - which makes it quite an issue for an 8-year old to enjoy swimming - if the pool was just a bit elevated on one side it would have been great! Privacy in bathrooms for a family is a bit difficult - rooms not ideally made for families with kids.

Really lovely hotel. We particularly liked the breakfast offerings, and our room was amazing. We booked connecting rooms. our daughters loved the big pool.

Nothing at all.

Good location, nice a quiet. Very Clean the pool and gym were great.

Not able to get an extra room key was very strange. Breakfast was just Ok.

It was clean and the staff very helpful

I didnt stay long enough to have a negative view of the property. But the amenities seemed great

Einfach Perfekt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefüllt.

Frühstück war in Ordnung. Bessere und schnellere Kaffeemaschinen währen von Vorteil.

Great location & staff.

Good value for money. Nice pool. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Big Breakfast menu, average quality. Southern side outside of Hua Hin.

The staff was welcoming and always well mannered.

Upea huone, hyvällä sijainnilla. Oma allas oli erittäin hyvä. Aamiainen huoneeseen todella runsas ja kuului hintaan.

Wc ei anna paljoa yksityisyyttä.

Clean and well appointed

Nice stroll from the beach and beachside restaurants

Service was outstanding. Pool was easy to reach and water clean Breakfast had extended hours and big variety.

Too few parking places, especially covert.

Location, pool, gym, staff and general ambience of the facility

Room cleanliness could have been better

The resort is lovely, location good and staff increadibly helpful and accomodating, while the room and the breakfast are excellent and moderate in price.

I do not understand why the resort is extremely quiet, which makes you wonder what is wrong?

I stayed here many times already, but the best, best thing about this hotel is the staff. Super friendly, super helpful and so on. Will come back for sure.

Frokosten var god. Godt utvalg. Vi elsket kaffebaren.

Lite solsenger.

Clean, lovely staff, amazing pool. Plenty of options to eat nearby. Would stay again without hesitation.

Nothing

On kyllä neljä tähteänsä ansainnut!

Great location close enough to the action but far enough to feel relaxed. The hotel has a modern, stylish feel with a good pool area that’s perfect for unwinding during the day. Rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with everything you need for a short stay. Staff were friendly and helpful, and overall it felt like very good value for money.

The immediate surroundings aren’t the most lively, so you’ll need a short taxi ride to reach the main nightlife or beachfront areas. Some areas lacked a bit of atmosphere compared to more central resorts.

Ideally positioned for our group. Stylish, comfortable and always clean, staff helpful. Room to park hire car. Enjoyed using the gym.

Staff was really friendly. Room was clean, spacious and organized. Bed was incredible. Pool area was nice too.

Shower didn’t have reeeally strong water pressure but it wasn’t actually an issue.

Excellent reception staff friendly and helpful

Housekeeping Wanted to charge me for an extra towel ??

Cocktails tijdens happy hour bevatten zeer weinig alcohol.

Clean spacious and modern. Lovely pool and garden area. Staff always polite and friendly

The hotel is very clean and very comfortable beds. The staff are very helpful.

Nothing

It was all very nice. Staff are awesome, in fact probably the best I have had over the years.

Had a friend come over early so we invited to breakfast with us. Price was a bit over the top. Ours was included

nichts

Wonderful room, great pool area and gardens. Short walk to the beach.

Nothing really. Breakfast felt a bit crowded I suppose.

The staff are very welcoming and friendly. Always available should you need anything.

It would have been nice to have the Pool Bar open beyond 8pm.

Good competent staff

Nothing

Pool bar staff very friendly with excellent services as well as prices.

None

Liked the big open atmosphere in the lobby and arrival area, pool was big but had little shade

Location is a little bit far out from central Hua Hin but near beach and there is some decent places for food and drinks around

Aamiainen oli monipuolinen ja maukas. Huone tilava, vuode mahtava. Uima-allasalue viihtyisä.

Tähän en keksi mitään.

The staff was nice. The rooms are modern, big and have balconies. The pool is great.

The breakfast was somewhat expensive.

Rekommenderas. Väldigt prisvärt!

Hotel is a sizeable.complex over two buildings - 1 and 2. The main foyer is open plan, with no physical entrance which is a bit odd. The hotel is good, clean, staff are great, buffet breakfast was good quality and lots of choice. The star by far is the pool. Huge pool with a small paddling pool adjacent..this is fabulous for kids and adults alike. There's also a free shuttle to the beach which is gorgeous and town.

The only downside is that the poolside bar and the restaurant closes really early. No swimming after 8pm.and getting a bite or a drink after this time is also difficult. There is a couple.of bars down the road that open till 10pm - 11pm. And 7/11.

Gute Lage Sehr gutes Pool und Gym Schmackhaftes Frühstück, gute Auswahl

Frühstücksraum eng, dunkel und laut

All staff exceptionally friendly, front desk, porters, breakfast & pool bar staff. Nothing was a problem for them. Always helpful

Stayed in the studio room, my Wife was not a fan of the bathroom set-up. Next time I would book a different room.

Size of room and excellent jacuzzi

Slightly further from reception than expected but not really a problem

Het zwembad

Niks

Ligger i for os lidt for stille område

Personalens proffsighet och välvilja.

Bättre utrustning i gymmet stor yta där man kan sätta in fler maskiner.

Pool access room was nice

Pool was freezing cold

The hotel was fairly modern, clean and the pool was very good. The staff were excellent, helpful at every turn. Lovely atmosphere, and about 5-10mins walk to the beach.

It can be a little quiet for some people and the facilities close at 9pm.
