Lion City Hotel Ankara

Spacious, friendly staff, accommodating to needs

Facilities are a bit old.

I liked the helpful staff and the amazing location

The cleanliness of the room. The floor was wet and it smelled, and the surfaces weren't wiped clean.

Excellent place to stay in the city center. Clean and very comfortable. Rooms are big as well. Parking was free right infront of the hotel.

Nothing that comes to my mind

Below average

Friendly staff, good breakfast.

Old hotel which needs renovation. Poor surroundings, room window facing a noisy highway. No restaurant found near the hotel

Hotel itself not bad But area is not fine There was construction , and it was noisy neighborhood not very safe and transportation was not easy Staff and breakfast was good

Gayet memnun kaldım,sadece bu seferki oda biraz küçük idi ..

Good staff

The staff knew no english, the location was a bit scary and dangerous, and the place was dirty old and broken

Bed and shower are excellent. Staff is excellent and knowledgeable. It is a good one night layover in Ankara.

Rooms are small. Bathroom has a bad smell

Ankara’ya ne zaman gitsem kalırım 2. Evim 👍

Beklentiyi karşılayan bir konaklama. Tekrar misafir olabilirim

Daha öncede defalarca kaldım, çünkü her seferinde memnun ayrılıyoruz, temiz, konforlu, ulaşımı kolay, merkezi konumlu bir otel. Sigara içilen odalarinin da olması çok hos

Very friendly staff and respectful and kind people who work at the hotel

Ntohing

The receptionist and the cleaning staff are super super nice and kind with my mom .. they were so helpful and helped her so much

Nothing

Güzel ve konforlu bir konaklamaydı. İlk verdikleri odada bazı problemler vardı, ilettiğimiz anda odamızı değiştirdiler, hizmet gayet güzeldi. Genel olarak memnun kaldık.

Ospitalità e attenzione al cliente molto buone. Attenzion, riservatezza, cordialità in ogni momento.

Staying here for the 2nd time. Overall happy for the price I paid, however I would recommend they add some food and update there rooms a little, both times showers not powerful, hardly gives out water, a little update will go a long way. On the bright side, great staff, very clean, amazing free parking easily accessible.

The room was spacious and very clean. The staff was very friendly.

The hotel is a little far from the city center and located right beside a very busy road. The rooms are also not very sound isolated, which means that you can hear people in other rooms and most importantly the cars driving by. Especially at night this was very unpleasant. Some of the staff also didn't speak or understand any English which made communication quite hard.

Çalişanlar çok iyi. Fiyatina göre süper tavsiye edrim

Q

This hotel undoubtedly doesn’t deserves the rating it is rated at. The neighborhood is bad, very far from the central areas of the city, the Wi-Fi practically doesn't work. Don't be fooled by the rating, I definitely don't recommend it!

Reception desk,Staff, restaurant, room cleaning are high level.

Nothing

Çok temizdi

In addition to the quality of service, the young man in reception (Ansi,,!) was so rude and disrespectful to the guests in front of my wife. Even he requested me a marriage certificate...!!!!!

Nothing

Very dirty Far from everything No electic kettle and coffee were there

Alles in Ordnung 👍

Very friendly, helpful and professional personnel Tea any time any quantity

Nice big shower with plenty of hot water. Room was a little small but quite comfortable and well heated.

It is in a bit of a run down neighbourhood with very few restaurants nearby.

The receptionist was helpful

Güleryüzlü çalışanlar

There is nothing good at all because hygiene is not good

The bed and cover were torn and not clean, the bathroom was cracked, the lighting was not good, and there was no coffee or water.

Sadece kaldığımız odada sabah kahvaltıda yapılan yemeklerin hepsi odaya siniyordu onun dışında her şey güzeldi

Staff were nice and friendly!

The internet didn't work in the room, so I couldn't work. Be careful here. The rooms smell like smoke

An excellent hotel, with a very kind and professional staff, great Main Manager, always ready to help on any issue, definitely recommend, very convenient to get to, there is a taxi, a shop nearby, we also got there from the airport quite quickly. Everything is great!

The staff was friendly, the facilities were clean. It is a very good option if you don't want to spend much money.

N/A

Good hotel but far from center

Noisy, additional payment & no working AC

Peaceful room. Spotless bathroom. Overall comfortable room. Clean bed covers

Tiny room. Low quality breakfast. And hot lobby

Price. Parking near hotel, it was important for us. The staff was friendly. 5-10 min by taxi to main attractions. 5 min walk yo metro station. We didn't expect SMTH special for this price. The result is quite consistent with the price

Air condition in our room blue directly on a bed. That's why we couldn't use it during night. If you open a window it will become very loudly, also there is no anti mosquito mesh on the window. This fact ruined whole our weekend. Small things : the bathroom door doesn't open all the way, rests on the sink. there are no stands for accessories (toothbrushes, razors, etc.) the air conditioner drain just lies on the floor in the bathroom. general renovation quite old.
